ESTRELLA has a 16T Recommendation
[How is it used?
I wanted to make ESTRELLA's Final longer, but the Rear Sprocket, including the Other Brand Product, only has the OEM number of pins, and only SUNSTAR has a 16T Front sprocket, which is longer than the OEM. One Front sprocket has about three times the change of the Rear sprocket, but I wanted to make the Final longer anyway, so I tried the Front 16T.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The product was as per Image, as I have used made in sunstar Sprocket for other vehicles.
It will be a Black Sprocket made by Chromoly, but it has been carefully processed and is expected to be durable.
Was the installation difficult?
Quantity with Rear Sprocket and Chain this time.:The replacement was a set of 3-items, but if you only need to replace the front, you can remove it if you have 27 sockets. However, removing the Washer Crimp and the Nut itself is quite large, and even with the Rear brake in 1st gear, I could not remove it by hand, so I borrowed an Impact to do it.
How was your experience with it?
The driving has drastically changed after changing to Front16T. Basically, I commute down the main road, so it is good if I can drive comfortably in the range of about 60 km/h. However, with the Number of teeth on the OEM, I felt that the RPM was too high even when cruising at 60 km/h, or that I needed one more speed. The 16T has reduced the RPMs when cruising in 5th gear, which improves fuel efficiency, reduces vibration, and reduces fatigue.
If I had to say something negative, I would say that the Torque feel has faded with the longer speed, so when re-accelerating after deceleration, the GEAR is still the same and just opening the throttle is not enough to make it lean. If you drop one gear, there is no problem at all.

A shadowy powerhouse!
Since it is not usually visible, the change does not change the appearance of the parts much, but it is a large part!
If you are thinking of changing the acceleration or top speed settings, you can cosmetically change the number of hits on these Parts!

First SUNSTAR!
I bought it because it was discounted.
I thought it would be gaudy when combined with DID's Gold chain, but it wasn't and I'm satisfied!
However, since the Gold is so clean, I am more concerned about dirt and more enthusiastic about washing my WW than I was about the OEM.

I purchased this product to REPEAT what I currently have installed.
Chain and Driven Sprocket (ENG side) will be installed at the same time (front 14, rear 46)
Gold chain also eliminates friction loss and lasts longer.
The speed is stable and reasonable even at high speeds.

conformance check
CB1100, used in 11 years
When we changed the standard 18 to 19, we were told that the Chain hit the Case, so we had it shaved to accommodate.
Please note that this was a compatible car model, so if you are the same as us, please be careful.
The OEM speed was 60Km at 2000 RPM, but with this product and 2 less on the Rear side (37), the speed was 68Km at 2000 RPM, which was quite effective.
I am satisfied because it runs well enough and I can expect it in fuel consumption etc., although the bottom is weakened.

Very good!
First to third gear blows up quickly in city driving, and Gear changing is busy and
Tandem touring with my 8 year old son, because of the strong embrace when I put the Axel back on.
I replaced it with a new one because I often stumbled backwards.
The result is a wider Range for each GEAR and much less Gear changing.
Embellishments are much lessened and it is now moderately Smooth.
There is almost no feeling of slowing down the acceleration, but on the contrary, it feels good to be able to pull and drive.
I've only driven it up to about 80 km, so I don't know about cruising above that or at higher speeds.
I think it will be no problem at all for city driving and downhill touring, or it will be easier.
This is just an impression at a sensible speed and driving, not at the full throttle of Axel or attacking Corner… (Lol)

Secondary reduction ratio change to high gear ratio
[How is it used?
FZS600 has the Largeest Torque of 6.2kg and Mission's 6-speed GEAR ratio is 1.074, which is enough for practical use but at high speed cruising, the car is running 100km/h at 5000rpm in 6th gear. I decided to change the front and rear sprockets and set a high geared secondary reduction ratio to lower the cruising speed a little more.
Was the one you received as per Image?
This lightweight Sprocket is anodized in Champagne gold. The processing quality is the most beautiful.
Was the installation difficult?
Since FZS600 is equipped with a center stand, the rear tire is floated, the wheel is removed, the Sprocket Nut is removed using the Impact Driver, the OEM Sprocket is replaced, the Nut is tightened using the Torque wrench, and the wheel is re-installed on the Swing Arm. Then, the Wheel is installed on the Swing Arm, the Chain tension is adjusted, and the work is finished. Even if you work at a leisurely pace, two hours should be sufficient.
How was your experience with it?
After changing the Driven Sprocket from OEM 15T to 17T and the Driven Sprocket from OEM 48T to 44T, and changing the secondary reduction ratio from 3.200 to 2.588, 100km/h cruising in 6th gear at 4000rpm became possible. Even with a secondary reduction ratio of 2.588, there was no lack of torque or difficulty in riding, and in fact, there was no jerkiness at low speeds, making the setting easy to drive and fatigue-free. However, the Axel is still too tight and the Axel opening angle increases, causing wrist fatigue, so we replaced it with an ACTIVE Throttle inner pipe 42Φ and compensated by making it High Solo. (OEM Throttle inner pipe is 37Φ)
In the case of FZS600, the fixing method of the Driven Sprocket is NutFixed Type as mentioned above, so both sides of the Sprocket can be used, making it more economical. (With the taper bolt type, only one side can be used.)
Also, the chain size was changed from the OEM 530 to 520 to match the front and rear Sprocket replacement to reduce weight.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I didn't notice it with the OEM Iron Sprocket, but the DuraluminSprocket has a GEAR squeal, or a squeaky operating noise. the Chain line is straight and not Gap, so is it a Material specific sound? It doesn't bother me that much during the ride, so I leave it alone.

Well, it's normal.
It is the same as the OEM one, so I was able to put it on with no problem.
On some motorcycles, the bolt that is removed by the 6mm Hexagonal Wrench that holds the 36mm Nut and Speed sensor may be too hard to remove and you may have to give up.

Replaced by drivetrain Total
This is a simultaneous replacement of the front and rear Sprocket and Chain.
I think most people replace these three items at the same time, so please refer to this page.
Since it is a FrontSprocket, the appearance and weight may not be much different from OEM, but since it is made in Sunstar, there will be some Advantage.
Durability will be as outstanding as OEM since it is made of steel.
I did the replacement myself, but I thought Impact was essential for removing the old Sprocket on my model of car.
It is tightened with so much Torque that it cannot be managed by human power.
If you are not confident, it is safe to ask Shop.
And don't forget to order an OEM Parts anti-looseness washer.
This is basically non-reusable, so prepare a new one.

SUNSTAR is still a perfect circle
The front and rear Sprocket and Chain are replaced at the same time, so this may not be a review for Single Body, but for Large Body, I think the Chain Sprocket is replaced at the same time, so please refer to it…
As I wrote in the Chain Review, after the replacement, the push and pull of the Motorcycle became lighter.
This may be a Large effect of Chain, but I still feel that it is somewhat related.
I personally like the slightly understated Champagne gold look, which is very pleasing, not glaringly like XAM.
And SUNSTAR's unique roundness processing technology is also very reassuring for my mental health.
The durability is indeed inferior to OEMetc. steel, but it is a TradeOff of Parenthesis quality and lightness.
Compared to the removed OEM iron Sprocket, the lightness is overwhelming.
If you can agree with that, you will not lose anything by buying it.
I did the replacement by myself, but it is necessary to remove and install the wheel, so if you do not have a certain level of equipment, knowledge, and experience, it would be safer to ask a shop to do it for you.

I was concerned about the initial Judder of FBrake, and after replacing CaliperOH, Pad, and disc without improvement, I gave up halfway through.
The Stem Nut was closed more, and it was improved successfully.
The replacement parts have been effective and have resulted in a wonderful Brake Fee Ring.
I am considering Brake line for my next project.

Expecting better fuel economy when touring!
My impression after installation is that there is little difference in fuel consumption, acceleration/deceleration, etc. in town.
I haven't gone on any long-distance Touring trips yet.
I am looking forward to seeing how much it will affect fuel economy when touring since it is now about 200 to 300 rpm lower in the same speed range as before.

Used for GALE SPEED Wheels. 630 KATANA was converted to 520 via 530 in OEM.
All of my vehicles use Sunstar Duralumin, except for my old Ducati, and I am not a big fan of aluminum.
Considering the Lineup of Reduction Ratio, Aluminum has a wider range than Steel, so there is a high probability that the result will be Aluminum.
Steel is fine, but I feel that aluminum makes me want to keep it beautiful, so that I can get into the habit of cleaning it more often.
