meticulous manufacturing
It was good up to the point of installing the Coupler on the body side of the NORMALIndicator with the Coupler, but the remaining Black color code was installed with Tap for Connection and the Instruction Manual's Sky blue code. The sky-blue code is used to connect to the Quantity:There are 2 pcs and the first connection failed, but I opened the Tap and connected it to the dark sky blue cord and it lit up fine. View detail
Fits: SUZUKI ST250, SUZUKI ST250E, SUZUKI INTRUDER250, SUZUKI GRASS TRACKER, SUZUKI GRASS TRACKER BIGBOY, SUZUKI VOLTY
This is my second purchase.
Quantity:It's convenient because it's in a set! It's a great help because it's a hassle to look for a product by looking at the part number!
I buy it with Repeat.

The size is just right and the texture is good.
Used in 2008 YZF-R1.
LengthSize is also really Exactly.
I did not originally intend to use parts cleaner, but I was able to get in without any difficulty without using Bond paint parts cleaner.

Genuine DID 520ERVT Replacement Chain Link
I always like to have some of these in stock in case of any issue during fitting different chains. The DID 520ERVT is one I do have in stock but have no spares. I found this chain link by just searching through the DID inventory on Webike website. It was really easy to find so you should be just fine. I ordered a few other different chain links along with this as I do like options with spare links. All were shipped together and this saved some shipping cost. My order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The chain link came in a nice sealed packet with all that is needed to refit. You do get the white grease packet in this size chain so that's always a good thing, I have a lot of these anyway but you cannot have too many. The chain link is very well made one, it also is in the gold colour so nice looking too and it is also embossed with the DID logo so you know it's genuine. I keep the rivet link type and this clip joint type but had ran out of this version, hence the purchase. Very happy with these small purchases and these will keep me going for future. Thank you Webike. View detail

It was defective.
After installation, the Fuse jumped when I checked the operation. I checked and found that the Bolt of the Blinker's Wiring Fix had contacted the Earth of the Horn and was shorted. I did not expect high quality because of the low price, but if you are going to sell them under the GarageT&F brand, you should at least check the operation of all of them before shipping, etc. I was disappointed when I installed it after processing and repairing it. Does not fit the KL250 Sherpa.
The Manufacturer's list of compatible models says it is compatible with KL250 Sherpa, but that's too long.
If installed normally, there will be excess
The quality of the product itself is not bad, so I think it will be fine for cars with longer forks.
KL250 Sherpa's Fork outerTop to bottom of trident is 240mm
Catalogue value WheelTravel is 230mm
100mm remains above the Outer even when shrunk the most without processing.
This would make Stroke about 130mm.
If it was just for Inner Tube protection purposes, it would be fine, but I don't think it is, so I cut it off, even though it will look very ugly lol.
In hindsight, I lightly regret that using the top half wouldn't have made it so ugly.
However, even in this state, the Stroke will be reduced by about 50mm
Boots itself becomes Bump rubber.
Even other companies' products that say they are compatible with KL250 Sherpa are quite long.
Would it be better to just use a shorter product with more extension?
Maybe I'm losing my mind, but I'd like to find a good product!
I bought it + even processed it so I'll be using it for a while lol.

It's not very plain, but I always replace it.
Purchased this one because it is slightly cheaper than OEM. I don't think there is much of a problem. I know many people reuse them because they tighten so tightly, but considering the significance of Gasket being used there, I think they need to be airtight. So I'm not being stingy and replacing it. I want to change the OEM with an external Exhaust System, which for some reason comes” regularly! I change them when I'm in the mood to”change them. View detail

Front sprocket replacement
Changed Front from 14T to 16T and Rear Sprocket from 48T to 46T.
I thought it would be sluggish at the start because the GEAR ratio was quite low, but I don't mind that much.
It is easy to handle for long touring and city driving.

Changed from Clip to Crimp
When replacing the chain on the KLX230R, the ERVT came with a clip-type joint, but the clip didn't fit well and I had to press-fit it too much and it failed, so I decided to use a Crimp joint, which I am used to.
I think the Crimp is fine for me, and the Crimp is easier to work with because I'm used to it.

Grip is consumable.
This time, I bought the Grip I use for SR because it was getting old. I thought about the Grip again (laugh).
What is ☆Grip in the first place?
It is located at both ends of the Handlebar and is directly connected to the Throttle.
☆ What is your role?
Motorcycles transmit road conditions and body vibrations from the Handlebar, but vibrations and shocks can easily cause fatigue. Therefore, Grip works to absorb such shocks and vibrations.
☆ From what perspective should Grip be chosen?
Various materials are used for grips, such as gold, hard rubber, and soft sponge rubber. What is the best material among them?
→ As a matter of fact, which one will fit you will vary widely depending on your individual preferences and the Situation you use.
☆Situation and example
Harley-Davidson's custom machine→Sponge rubber has excellent shock absorption properties and is used for example in the case (SR and single cylinder are also used here).
◎for Race→ thin and easy to grasp the road surface and tire conditions. Therefore, it tends to be favored by people who enjoy riding. A typical example is the Grip, which was used in Yamaha's production Racer TZ250 on an OEM basis.
◎Touring use→ The thicker the better, the easier it is to reduce fatigue in accelerator operation.
The thicker the Demerit→, the more difficult it is to transmit information from the road surface and tires, and the smaller the hand, the more difficult it is for a small person or woman to operate the lever. The thicker the accelerator operation is, the more it can respond to a large amount of movement, so it cannot be said that the thicker the grip is, the better. 。
This is all a story of difference, so I think it is at least a matter of not interfering with the Lever operation and preference.
This one, which can be called the barrel type Type, was replaced this time.
Why did you choose this one?
→Touring Main to reduce vibration, Style was the deciding factor (lol) and price.
good point
● It is thicker, so it absorbs vibration. Because the vibration of SR without →Balancer is great (laughs).
● Soft and easy to grip. →Durability will be low.
Analog atmosphere suits the car body.
A bad point
The thickness of the Accelerator makes it difficult to perform precise Accelerator operations.
● Because it is held forcefully, it is soft and easily progressively wears out. 2 years may not be enough (laughs).
How to exchange ■ ■
(1) Remove the existing Grip.
Existing grips are generally removed using a slotted screwdriver and parts cleaner.
(2) Clean the Handlebar.
Old glue remains on the handlebar after removing the existing grips 。 Use parts cleaner or a spatula to remove the adhesive and clean the Handlebar.
Before installing the new grips, apply Grip Bond to the handlebar. 。 If too much is applied, the bond will stick out when the grips are inserted, and it is a hassle to clean it up, so apply a thin coat. 。 It is necessary to allow the Grip Bond to cure overnight.
Point to note:When removing the grip, do not damage the throttle cone with a slotted screwdriver + remove the old adhesive firmly (the adhesion of the new grip will deteriorate).
Grips are considered to be consumable parts and not permanently usable parts, so if you continue to drive for a long time, you will probably have to replace them at some point (laugh).

The ball joint could be a little stiffer from the start….
The price and designability are excellent, so Cost performance is high, although I personally like it,
The ball joint at the base of the mirror was shipped very loose, and although a special tightening bracket was included in the package, it was difficult for me, a clumsy amateur, to retighten it.
(I had the shop do it for me since it was also in conjunction with the Handlebar replacement …)

METAL but not Snap.
I always thought it was Casting Iron because SV650 has a magnet on the Left Front Brake disc rotor, but when I looked up the magnet on the CB1000R, a high-end motorcycle I recently bought, I found that there is a magnetic stainless steel version, which I think is the one used in commercial motorcycle rotors. I think the motorcycle rotors are made of it. It is said that about 70% of general stainless steel is SUS304, and the 300 series is the most rust-resistant stainless steel without magnetism. I could not see much change in the pad. But it should have a good life span. View detail
Dress-up??
I wanted Accent and I bought it.
I was torn between Gold and Red until the end,
The Engine part was Bronze, and it was Gold.
I think it was the right decision.
