DRIVEN Rear Sprocket 525-43T
Chain size was changed and Aluminum Sprocket was not an option.
The number of pins was also left as OEM.
The product is surface treated in Black.
The installation itself is no problem if you have the tools. Comparing the work, the rear wheel removal and attachment is more large and strange.
Durability is unknown, but I think it will hold up to about OEMLevel.

Water pump pliers
Even a light press-fit clip can DID be tricky, requiring a press-fit of the plate to create a groove to stop the clip. A cheap chain tool often fails to press-fit the clips properly. If you use a water pump pliers to tighten the 6mm nut to the plate with force, you can get a groove for the clip. I do not want to buy a Stripele for my own use, considering the frequency of use. KN Project SEA BASS type Slide Piece
Purchased a new Slide Piece for replacement, the Ramp Plate itself was also replaced by KN Kikaku's one and it works fine.
Even if only one Slide Piece is missing, it will be impossible to build a drive system, so it is better to leave it in Stock.
Thank God they had it in stock.

The teeth are in good shape!
Sprocket from MADE IN SUNSTAR, which I have purchased so many times that I can't remember how many times I have already purchased it.
I have also purchased a Chinese Sprocket, which was quite expensive.
However, none of those cheap Sprocket products were decent.
Even those cheap ones are certainly usable, they don't crack or chip during use, and they are not less durable.
The roundness may be inferior to SUNSTAR, but the difference is not felt in driving, nor is the roundness so inferior that the tension of the Chain changes depending on the rotational position.
So why go to the trouble of using expensive MADE IN SUNSTAR, which is the life of Sprocket? Tooth Shape This is because the
Since the shape of the teeth is determined by standards, there are considerable differences when comparing new products, even though they appear to have the same shape.
The shape of the tooth, which extends upward from the bottom of the tooth, is particularly important, and as an eye test, there is about a 0.1mm difference in shape among the companies.
It can be driven securely by any SprocketManufacturer and will not snag or slip out.
However, the shape of this part is excellent for MADE IN SUNSTAR, and it is very smooth to hang on and off the chain.
This is an area that cannot be determined by turning the Tire, but only by actually riding the vehicle and applying the drive Torque.
In a poor Sprocket, the Chain Roller cannot move the teeth of the SukROCKET to the Smooth, which inevitably results in a snagging feel.
The difference is really miniscule.
Any Sprocket will go from a reduced Sprocket to a new Sprocket, so it will be Smooth and should be very hard to notice.
But if you change the new Sprocket and Chain several times during the day and compare the runs, you will notice that only the SUNSTAR has a smoother drive.
If I can buy MADE IN SUNSTAR, I will never buy another company's product again, especially a cheap Chinese one.

Rear sprocket replacement
Rear Sprocket Replacement
R1-Z is an Offset Sprocket, so Other Brand Products may require a Spacer, but it is a vehicle-specific product, so simply install it and it is Large and strong.
After installation, check the center, adjust the amount of play in the chain, and tighten the axle shaft to the specified torque using a torque wrench to complete the replacement.
It is made of super Duralumin and weighs half as much as the OEM's, so I am looking forward to seeing how it feels after replacing it.

Purchased in conjunction with Chain replacement.
*Buy and replace both front and rear.
It is recommended to replace it with Chain at the same time.

How was your experience with it?
The exchange was crazy Large weird because it was my first time.
The Instruction Manual is included in the package, so you can easily understand the procedure if you do it while looking at it.
It's just that the Belt exchange is difficult and there is a hang.
I don't think I would have been able to do it if I had not been taught to hang at the Motorcycle shop. Also, there were quite a few Parts that I did not use. I think it is really a kit that can be disassembled quite a bit and refresh everything. This time I could not buy any parts that I could still use.
I have driven about 300 km since the replacement until now, and I could see the effect of the replacement remarkably.
Before the replacement, the car was hitting its head at about 100 km/h, but the top speed has increased considerably from there. I feel that the acceleration is much smoother and better when starting off.
I felt a somewhat different sense of security when cruising.
By the way, I replaced the Weight roller from OEM 18g to 13g of Included Parts:, so I thought the maximum speed would drop, but I was surprised to see the increase.
I am not sure how much of the effect is due to the drivetrain alone, but I am glad I replaced the drivetrain, because I also replaced the tires and oil along with the drivetrain replacement.
The downside is that the replacement was Large odd, so next time I replace it, I will have Motorcycle shop do all the work.

Super strong joiner
when joining chain, its recommended to use the same brand to have no weak points in your chain. i have tried one time using a ordinary joiner with different brand. sadly its the weakest point and thus break. Now i learned my lesson to only use trusted brand like RK for joining an RK chain. View detail

It lived up to its reputation!
Not only is it easier to raise the front end, but I can clearly feel when cutting and connecting the clutch at low speeds where the road conditions are bad or when there are bumps and gullies!
The principle was explained as suppressing Spring's vibration.
I am impressed with what I see when I use it.
The price is reasonable, but I am convinced that it is an R&D expense, and it was the right decision to install Large!

Be careful not to overuse
The teeth were not worn down that much, but I thought it was time to replace them, and since the chain was just before the limit of elongation, I replaced it with a new one. I was surprised when I removed the one that was attached to it.
It was worn down to the Reverse side's wall removal Limit.
(By the way, it is not MADE IN SUNSTAR)
Be careful, as you can't tell without removing it, and replace it as soon as possible next time.

Don't buy it.
Bought this to replace a worn out clutch. 39mm nut can be replaced even if you can't loosen it with the integrated Driven! And it's cheap! It was a mistake to choose it with such an idea.
When I checked that it was assembled properly and turned the rear tire a little, I heard a strange noise like "PelePera". After turning it a little and reassembling, the noise did not occur, but it sounded depending on the phase of the driven.
And when I actually used it, I was impressed that the clutch connected at about 3000 rpm immediately after assembly and the sharpness of starting was restored, but after only 40 km of driving, an abnormality occurred. However, after only 40 km of driving, the start became sluggish to the same extent as the worn-out condition. (RPM at this time:6000 rpm)
I had no choice but to keep driving the car, and the connection got better again, which is not so clear, but when I drove the car more, I heard a strange noise like a skirring sound at the start. When this happens, no matter how carefully I try to connect the clutch, the clutch slips and the starting becomes incredibly slow. After riding for a while, the sound was gone, but the car started back to the same nippy start as before the replacement. I had not even driven 1000 km so far.
At the end of the day, the car hit the GuardRail foundation during a sudden stop while controlling a slow start and was almost scrapped. Although my driving was the main cause, I cannot deny that this Part was a remote cause.
It should be replaced with OEMClutch with the proper tools.

I purchased this part for my KYMCO Agility 125, but it was a HondaDIOSeries part.
I chose the right model, but the shape was different.
Webike has the wrong model of car for which it is compatible.
