A little short, a little thick
I installed it on a ZrX1200ZrX1200 DAEG and it was a little short in overall length.
I think 125mm is just right. i bought some Sponge from Home center and filled the gap.
The thickness is about 33mm compared to about 30mm for OEM. It is just right for me. It may be too thick for some people.

Small
I bought it for my BMW R1150GS because it fits VST 1050, but it is smaller than I expected. I bought it knowing that it would not fit over the SIDEPannier, but I did not expect that it would not fit over the Top case either. The storage is compact. View detail

What made you decide to buy?
Since the beginning of the New Year 2024, I have been gradually collecting parts and trying to carry out a customization that I have been envisioning since last year … that customization is to replace the front rear sprocket and chain. Why did I choose the Sunstar Racing Steel rear sprocket? The reason for choosing the Sunstar racing steel rear sprocket and chain is that the power and traction control of modern supersports are constantly subjecting the sprocket and chain to high and fluctuating loads. Although there is no change in weight with the stock steel and Sunstar also made of steel, we chose a rear sprocket that delivers super durability that can take the power.
[How was the installation?
When replacing the sprocket, you will need a racing stand to lift the rear tire and a long spinner handle to loosen the axle nut. Also, a Torque wrench is necessary for Torque management.
Float the tire on the rear stand, loosen the axle nut, pull out the shaft, and remove the wheel. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the removed wheel on the stand. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the wheel on the stand.
While removing the Rear Sprocket, it is a good idea to clean up the area around the back of the Sprocket that has become sticky with the Chain lube. After cleaning, fix the Rear Sprocket, but since there is a little play, fix the Sprocket nut while pulling the Chain in the direction where the Chain is pulled. It is recommended to mark the Sprocket nut to confirm the tightness.
How was your experience with it?
At first, I was not sure if I should reduce the number of pins and make it Long, but I didn't want to have a misprint on the Speed display, and I also liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to use the same 43 pins. So there is no change between before and after the replacement, but the OEM 6R is easier to handle. 21 year old ZX-6R has Front 15T, Rear 43 Dings, Reduction Ratio 2.866, Chain linkage 112.

Aftermarket parts are well stocked, so there is a sense of security.
I think it is semi-floating, so it should be reasonably durable, but even in case of emergency, it is helpful that all the parts can be purchased at Repair Parts. 。
I am currently using a Brembo caliper with no problems.

Genuine DID replacement chain link
As I said before, I always like to have some of these in stock in case of any issue during fitting different chains. The DID 520ERV7 is one I do not surrently have in stock so no spares. I found this chain link by just searching through the DID inventory on Webike website. It was really easy to find so you should be just fine. I ordered a few other different chain links along with this as I do like options with spare links. All were shipped together and this saved some shipping cost. My order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The chain link came in a nice sealed packet with all that is needed to refit. You do get the white grease packet in this size chain so that's always a good thing, I have a lot of these anyway but you cannot have too many. The chain link is very well made one, it also is in the gold colour so nice looking too and it is also embossed with the DID logo so you know it's genuine. These chains are generally used on tracxk bikes from a 530 or 525 conversion so I do use a lot of them. As you can imagine, I go through a lot. Inaccurate information on the website
The information on the website say that it is suited for Ninja 400 13-21. I find it is unable to install to my Ninja 400 2020. I think the lever is for the old version of Ninja 400 but not suited for the new one. It is a little bit misleading. View detail

I was not sure about BlackSteel, but I decided that lightness is justice.
I changed from 43T to 42T, but since it is Rear, I don't think it changes anything experientially.
Next time I will change Front as well and see how it goes.

Genuine Puig Hi-Tech Racing Grips
These grips were purchased for a customer who wanted a little more bling on their bike. The copper colour was the one they wanted. Searching Webike and found these fairly easily and at a better cost than I could source locally. With a few other small parts already in my basket, I got all shipped with my chosen courier which is of course EMS. They just get the orders delivered fast and I mean fast. Thsi all arrived in 5 days from being shipped which you cannot argue about. The grips themselves came in the standard Puig packet/box and were also covered in bubble wrap to keep them safe. The colour is more true to a copper than I would say orange but as it happened, this worked perfectly with the colour scheme of the bike anyway, win win. I personally have never tried this style of grips but once fitted, they do feel alright. I have to say though, the finish and quality of these are absolutely awesome. Really good CNC work on them and the grip part is super grippy so no issue with slippage. The customer is very pleased so thanks Webike, nice one. View detail
