Mesh hose for rear brake
It looks cool, the Crimp part is covered and looks luxurious and sturdy compared to other Hoses. View detail
It can be used normally
It is safe and normal. It is also normal in terms of price. View detail
It's all right.
I don't think there is any problem to use it, but the Adapter and the color of Hose are the same Manufacturer.
It's somewhat frustrating that it doesn't fit.

I would have liked to have blacked it out.
I used to use the same size Stainless Steel color at the entrance of Caliper, but I decided to change it to Black color to match the Black color of brembo's Caliper. I am satisfied with this change, even though it is only for appearance. View detail
Brake CaliperCustom accompaniment
Purchased in conjunction with Caliper replacement.
We are also considering MASTEROverhaul at a later date, so the Quantity:I think 1 pc. spare in 1 Set of 3pcs.
The inside diameter is a little loose, so there is no feeling of being snugly fitted, and you can also feel the responsiveness of the crush feeling when Torque is applied.
The thin cheap ones don't feel crushed when Torque is applied, so I'm worried about using the Torque wrench, but these are thick-walled and fine.

Slim Hose is Refreshing and ◎
I like that the hose is thin and refreshing to handle. View detail
Hmmm...
It's not too bad, but I'm a little disappointed that it's not interchangeable with other companies' products.
The company's colors are a little light and don't match the colors of the Hose, which is a little frustrating.

Instruction Manual makes it look like a quick and easy attachment, but it is not.
The Instruction Manual says that the Radiator area will use the existing brake line, so it will not be a full mesh, but it is necessary to train each part to prevent fluid splattering, as well as to remove the tank and air cleaner box, Radiator displacement is a must. The most difficult part of the Large model is that it is difficult to apply wrench due to the shape of the bracket on the Radiator side. I won't go into details, but you will definitely have a hard time.
Bottom line, leave the installation to the PRO. If you want to do it yourself, you will probably find it easier and faster to use ABSUnit's total replacement product, which is Full Mesh.

Banjo is hard to tighten, but
Stable braking force can be applied from the start of stepping on the rear brake to the maximum large step. Since the braking effect does not change with the amount of pressure, it is possible to assume the final braking force when stepping on the brake, even during strong breaking. View detail
Reliable Swage line
The length is slightly generous, but within the acceptable range.
We have used it for several other units in our home and it is our favorite Manufacturer.

Touch has improved beyond my imagination!
If you are considering purchasing a Stainless mesh hose from webike, it means that you will be doing the work yourself.
In my case, the work time was about 4 hours, assuming I take my time and enjoy my hobby.
When removing the tank, Gasoline should be removed as much as possible to reduce tank weight, but since the hose is downstream from the pump, there is no leakage even if the hose is disconnected.
In addition to the kit, all that is needed is brake fluid and a 6mm bolt spacer of about 3mm and 5mm thickness, although this is not necessary.
When removing the normal hose, I tried to loosen the 10mm flare nut from the Block on the Left Side of the Frame, but the Block moved and would not loosen. Once the Block is stuck, the flare nut wrench will loosen it comfortably and snappingly.
After bleeding air, Master Cylinder's Breeder will leave a lot of fluid inside, which will seep out later. It is important to suck the inside of the Breeder with Tissueetc. If fluid seeps out, it is easy to be mistaken for a loose fit.
When assembling the separator and blocks other than the LeftBlock, they are designated to be directly attached to the car body, but since the hose seems to have a lot of stress, we added a 3mm spacer to the separator and a 5mm spacer to the RightBlock.
After assembly, we checked the interference situation of the hose and found that LeftCaliper's hose was installed. "7" The angle of the LeftHoseBracket was bent to be close to the "left" side, and the Stress of the Separator with hose root seemed to be strong. S" character.
After a few years of use, when it is time to replace the hose, I would like to change the hose to Order and send it directly from LeftBlock to RightCaliper and to LeftCaliper with the h-type.
Finally, since the Z900RS is a modern motorcycle, I did not expect much lever touch improvement, but the touch was improved more firmly than I expected.
Stainless Mesh kits are available from several brands, but the reliability of the Swage line's Crimp construction and, above all, the slightly rugged look of the fitting are cool.

trust
There are many inexpensive banjo bolts on the market, but I chose the reliable Swage line because I didn't want anything to happen to my brakes when I was on the road. I have used them on two of my motorcycles and have had no problems, so I am satisfied with them. View detail
Rear brake switch
[How is it used?
To be replaced by PLOTType originalfootpeg this time.
OEMBrake switch is no longer available and we considered installing 3Type hydraulic type.
Photo 1:The product in question (¥9,900)
Photo 2. babyface (¥4,950)
Photo 3. Purchased at a mass retailer (about 5,000?)
The product in question must be purchased separately from Banjo bolt.
Photos 2 and 3 were rejected because the Master Cylinder has been erected and looks like a rear cowl.
Was the installation difficult?
Brake fluid had been removed, so it was not difficult at all.
How was your experience with it?
There is no problem.
[Included Parts:were they on?
I appreciate that it comes with a Crash washer.

It was a little short!
I set it to 350mm and it was a little short.
I used a Bracket to extend the Hose a little.
I set the Caliper banjo adapter to SD20° and twisted the bracket attached to the swing arm a little because it interfered with the spring when I put it around as shown in the picture. Cylinder side is set to 20°.
I will challenge again to handle the Hose after replacing the Swing Arm sometime in the future.

It is well worth the price. It's beautiful and solid because it's Stainless, it doesn't overtighten and crush easily like Aluminum. View detail
