TZr50R Oil Filler Cap O-ring
[How is it used?
Used for EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This item is an O-ring of Oil Filler Cap.
It is not a part that needs to be replaced, but we replaced it because it was a good opportunity to do so.
How was your experience with it?
OEM parts are the only choice for engine parts. There is no problem with quality.
I compared it with the old O-ring, but the old one was still hardened.
Oil does not leak from this area, but does it affect the pressure application?
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.
[Points to note]
I installed it while taking care not to twist it during installation.
Grease is also applied just in case.

Genuine Yamaha Piston Circlip for YZFR125 2014
As we already had all the other relevant parts for the cylinder and piston rebuild, of course we needed the new circlip to make sure this pin stayed in place. Not something you would reuse as it could becaome damaged during removal. The part was not hard to find and I used the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. This piston was really good value and better in price than my local Yamaha dealer could beat. I had a few parts for this rebuild to ship so got them all together. I used EMS and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. Thsi was also a small part that came inside a larger bubble wrap envelope and wrapped pretty well. I do like how Webike make sure there is minimal chance of any damage to parts, especially these small ones that are not as robust. Anyway, the circlip was top notch, not really much else I can say. Although, the original one did not fail, we still swapped out for a new one to be on the safe side. Thanks for the help Webike. View detail

OEM VALVE PACKING INSTALLATION
TW200 PETCOCK VALVE PACKING GASKET IS VERY HARD FIND THESEDAYS.So I ordered one from The Webike Shop.Valve Packing Installation process is very easy. First I had to remove all the fuel in the tank and removed the petcock from the tank .Older petcock valve gasket might need to replace cause sometime rubber material may worn out or cracked . mine still in a good shape but I got a brand new one inmy hand. to reach the older valve packing ,first unscrew the two phillips bolt that hold the valve in place. valve has a o-ring seal that fuel doesn't leak out .then the older valve packing. place a new valve packing and install the rest in an order .product price is so cheap.I ordered so many product from the WEBIKE store and never had a problem. Great Communication and Smooth Transaction.Highly Recommended .Webike Shop Beyond 5star View detail

Oil Seal Installation
According my odometer reading have ridden over 70000 kilometers on my 1987 Tdub. front wheel bearing and the front oil seal still in a good condition.I think it is good time to replace the front wheel oil seal.Seal. In wheel end applications are key in determining the life of the wheel. If the seal allows external contaminants to enter the bearing or lubricant to escape from the bearing, then premature failure of the wheel.seals are designed to keep your wheel bearing lubricant within the wheel end, and keep all debris, dirt, and other contaminants out while on the road.to replace the front wheel oil seal need to remove the front wheel first. Then remove the dust cover & the spacer .Can be easily removed the old oil seal using a flat screw driver or a seal puller.Inner brake hub bearing does not have a seal. Grease the edge of a new seal and drive it in on top of the outer bearing .I used same outer diameter socket to tap the new oil seal in liitle bit further.New seal will sit slightly below the surface of the front wheel flange..This is how I done it.Thanks webike for the support. Very Nice OEM Oil PLUG
I replaced my Old Oil filler cap because It's too Old & Time has come to install a brand new OEM oil filler cap to my 1987 TW200 ENGINE.The oil filler cap seals the oil fill opening, which is where you pour the motor oil. My newer oil filler caps have "Yamalube " written on them .That's So Nice ,Reminder In other words, the oil filler cap is the cap you remove when adding fresh oil to the engine. This OEM Oil Filler cap has Long SERVICE LIFE.So we don't need to replaced it time to time.Another common site of leaking oil is the oil filler cap which covers the hole in the engine where oil is added.Pressure from the engine can put stress on the oil filler cap, causing oil to leak out, if the cap is broken, loose, or even missing. If you're not sure whether your filler cap is bad, it's a good idea to replace it anyway. There's no harm in investing in a new filler cap. It's better to spend a few dollars on a replacement filler cap than deal with a old filler cap.when I tightening it as tight as I can get it by hand .So turn it until it stops naturally, and then might be able to twist it another quarter of a turn until it properly sealed.( Don't forget to put O-ring In it).Once I Place a order at WEBIKE , THEY SHIPPED PACKAGE VERY QUICKLY TO THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. It is very convenient because the package arrives in Sri Lanka within two or three days after it is airlifted from Japan. Most of the time packages will arrive on time. This is why I choose WEBIKE EVERYTIME WHEN I need parts for my bike. It's SAFE & SIMPLE. It's bring me a joy when I see the '' WEBIKE'' LOGO ON THE BOX.THANKS WEBIKE !!! Good company, good product Have had a wonderful experience with This will be the perfect accent to my engine from them View detail

GENUINE PRODUCT
little leaks can be annoying! Well, upon closer examination, my tw200 the shift shaft seal was leaking. that's just the lowest point of the case when the bike is on the side stand, so virtually any leak will drip off right there. To remove the worn out shift shaft oil seal I had to remove the gear shift lever & left side cover first .This can be done without draining the oil by laying the bike over on its right side. Be careful about leaking gas and/or battery acid if you do it this way..At that moment I didn't have any seal remover tool or seal pick, old oil seal isn't come easily SO I threaded two wood screw into the old shift shaft seal until seal was loose from the engine.I wrapped in elecrical tape on shift shaft ,prevent damaging the new seal when installed it.I always choose OEM oil seal bacause of the longevity .QUALITY IS WAY WAY HIGH NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IT. VERY WELL PACKED AND RECEIVED PACKAGE VERY QUICKLY.THANKS WEBIKE ! Webike Always give customers more than what they expect to get, shipping chargers and the products prices are very low. GREAT SHOP ! Yamaha OEM Cap, Radiator
Original radiator cap for Yamaha YZF R1. I have already replaced the cap in the radiator once. After the fall, my lid was deformed and antifreeze began to pass through. But after replacing the cover, the motorcycle began to function properly. More antifreeze does not pass. View detail
