Safe and Secure OEM Parts
[How is it used?
Used for EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This product is Oil seal on Crankshaft/Alternator side. (Crank seal?) to
When this Seal comes loose, 2ndOil leaks from the Crank to the Alternator side.
Although there was no leakage during the O/H this time, it was replaced as a preventive measure.
How was your experience with it?
OEM Parts is the only choice for Engine parts.
There is no problem with quality. Since it is press-fitted, it requires a hang to pull it out of the crank. In my case, I lightly drilled a hole with a drill, screwed in the bolt, and pulled it out with pliers.
When hammering, the amount of hammering was carefully measured with Caliper using Socket.
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.
[Points to note]
Be careful not to hit too hard or too supple.
If it doesn't leak, it doesn't matter...

TZr50R Oil Filler Cap O-ring
[How is it used?
Used for EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This item is an O-ring of Oil Filler Cap.
It is not a part that needs to be replaced, but we replaced it because it was a good opportunity to do so.
How was your experience with it?
OEM parts are the only choice for engine parts. There is no problem with quality.
I compared it with the old O-ring, but the old one was still hardened.
Oil does not leak from this area, but does it affect the pressure application?
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.
[Points to note]
I installed it while taking care not to twist it during installation.
Grease is also applied just in case.

Yamaha OEM Thrust Covers
This Zinc plated pressed steel cover with rubber seal fits over the swing arm bushes to prevent dirt and water entering /damaging the inside of the bushing .The Yamaha TW200’s swingarm is not floating on sealed precision bearings like most other motorcycles.Floating on a set of simple bushings is how our TW200 swingarm does its job.Tw200 need two thrust covers.Unlike wheel bearings, swingarm bushing look more different. These bushings call for lithium soap base grease to added at specified intervals and these two thrust covers are very important becuase if you don't grease the swingarm or excessive power washing, moisture finds its way inside and corrupts the inside bushing. Once water gets inside, it's trapped, then breaks down will happen. If there is roughness, tightness or binding grease the swingarm pivot with soap base waterproof grease.these thrust covers will sealed the swingarm completly. Don't forget to grease the swingarm bolt .The TDUB was designed to be very simple and reliable and solid-mount bushing are just that. With that said, are you trying to extract every ounce of longevity and “performance” from your TW200? It is best to lubricate the bushing often as the lithium grease is your “ball bearings!.I would say WEBIKE shop one of the best online shop in the world.Anybody can get the parts for your bike at reasonable prices. Genuine Yamaha Shim
This little shim inexpensive and very useful. My tdub's swingarm rebuild project finally come to end because I replaced all the new parts step by step.Installed two outer bushing then two inner bushing after that replaced two oil seals.grease the bushing collars and installed.this little shim want to place before the right side thrust cover back on.Before place this little shim need to measure the length of both bushing collars and note the measurement.also measure the width of the engine mounting boss.measure the swingarm head pipe length.calculate the side clearance by adding together both bushing collar lengths and engine mounting boss length, and subtract from that figure the swingarm head pipe length measured above. If the side clearance is greater than the specification ( swingarm side clearance 0.4mm - 0.7mm) need to put that this brand new shim in. Thickness of this brand new shim is 0.3mm..I would say WEBIKE shop one of the best online shop in the world.Anybody can get the parts for your bike for reasonable prices. Durable,The best value for the money
I don't know how many shift I did since I start my riding period. After so many years my bike shifter rubber cover was cracked & needed to be replaced. This OEM shift pedal rubber cover looks heavyduty and strong. This rubber cover will protect my left boot from damaging when I shifting gears.Installation Process is very easy .Apply waterproof grease to the rubber cover contact area then slowly push it until the rubber cover goes into the shifter lever.this small rubber cover makes a difference! Not sure how much it protects boots but most importantly it protects my foot by distributing the pressure much more evenly. It seems well made but thick. It's also soft rubber. After Installed I went for a ride . I really didn't notice any difference in the position of my shift lever and how I shifted. It's slightly noticeable because of the thickness, but the shift cover is so soft that it really didn't interfere nor change in the way it felt. I actually forgot I had it on.That's when I realized that it works pretty good. SO I given it a 5 star.great value for your money as it is cheap, but not in quality, the price is low but it gives exactly what you need..Thank You WEBIKE!!! View detail

HANDY TO HAVE A FUSE LIKE THIS
MY 1987 tw200 has Older model glass fuse & hard to find OEM Quality FUSES nowdays .The older one like mine have 10A OLD STYLE GLASS TUBE .WHEN I went to replace mine I was having a hard time to find OEM QUALITY FUSE. This one I bought as a spare one because handy to have spare fuse with me everytime so I can ride with confidence. My 1987 tw200 Our electrical system is simple. Which complicates things. One fuse covers the entire bike. The fuse is sized to save the CHARGING system, overall rather than the individual components and wiring. In order to do that the fuse is sized just a bit UNDER rated alternator output and just a bit OVER the expected stock load (headlights, running lights, dash lights, etc.) . Use an oversized fuse and if you have a short you'll fry EVERYTHING. Newer Tw200 modle 2001-2022 bikes things are somewhat worse in that regard. When Yamaha increased the output on the newer bikes they spec'd a 20A fuse .ALL THE INDIVIDUAL WIRE SIZES REMAINED THE SAME AS THE OLDER (1987-2000 )TW200 BIKES and no SINGLE wire can handle more than 5 amps before meltdown OLDER OR NEWER. So on the NEWER model bikes if you have a short you'll REALLY, REALLY FRY EVERYTHING, even without an oversized fuse. So keep the main fuse stock..1987-2000 Use 10A glass fuse and 2001-2022 Use a 20A modern blade type fuse. QUALITY PRODUCT View detail
