Genuine Yamaha Plug Straight Screw for XT250
One of the only parts I do insist on changing is the oil plug on bikes after and oil change. Mostly due to the screw becoming a little messed up and could be harder to remove over time. Even though this bike is a pretty young bike, it has a lot of years left in it and I would hate to have to drill out the bolt to change oil in the future. The correct part was found by using the tools Webike provide on their help section. I then did a cross reference with Yamaha schematics to make sure. The screw was not expensive but when you get a genuine Yamaha one, you know it will be perfect for the job. With a few other parts, my order was shipped using EMS and arrived in one piece and perfect condition in 5 days. The screw came in the standard Yamaha packet and wrapped in bubble wrap envelope. It was really clean on the threads and no shards or swarf were found. Along with the genuine Yamaha gasket all was fitted eas=ily and no leaks once torqued correctly. Very pleased witht his purchase. [How is it used?
I used it because I needed to Blind the Indicator Plug because I cancelled the AIS of the YAMAHA XJR400R.
I initially used an external rubber cap, but was afraid of sucking secondary air, so I purchased this OEM product.
How was your experience with it?
OEM Product is still the best.
Secondary air is not a problem and there is no concern about it coming loose while driving.
How did it compare to other products?
I used a KITACO rubber cap instead, but it is still not a dedicated product.
The inner diameter, rubber texture, and height were different from OEM Product.
Although there was no problem in using the carburetor, it is safer to use OEM products for carburetor-related products.

OEM RELAY WORKS GREAT
My 1987 TW200 has a unique electrical system.This white relay known as Ignition Circuit Cut Off Relay ,can be used on both older model and newer version of TW200.This relay located under the right side cover next to the CDI unit and it has four copper pins that directly plug into the main wire harness. Back side of the relay has a rubber grommet..In the front of the relay two pins are negative terminals and the other two pins are positive terminals (rubber grommet side).Sky Blue wire that directly comes from the main harness that attached to the neutral switch and neutral indicator bulb ,that wire connected to the one of the negative terminal pin of the relay.The other negative pin terminal plug into the blue with yellow tracer wire.that wire goes to the CDI unit and the sidestand switch..One of the positive terminal of the relay pin attached to the brown wire of the harness. that wire directly comes from the main switch (ignition switch).the other positive terminal pin attached to the blue with white tracer wire. that wire connected to the side stand switch and the self starter switch on the right side of the handle bar. This white relay clicks when the key is turned on and neutral is selected .If the relay working properly No one can start the bike in a gear while the side stand down,Clutch had to be pulled in to start(side stand up position)..The other thing is start the bike in neutral position and shift into the first gear while side stand down then engine dies..that what this Ignition Circuit Cut Off Relay DOES..Installation process is very easy .Anyone can test the faulty relays. with battery voltage applied to the relay terminals that connect to the brown wire (battery positive) and sky blue (battery negative) wire. Check Blue with white tracer ( multimeter positive )and blue with yellow tracer ( multimeter negative) for continuity.If there is no continuity.
