Genuine FRAM Air Filter for VMX1200 V-Max 1994
New air filter needed replacing due to routine maintenance on the V-MAX 1200. I have had other non genuine air filters before and mostly I have not been overly impressed. Decided to go for the FRAM for a change as these are a good alternative if you cannot get OEM ones. I used the tools provided by Webike to link to the manufacturers website to find the correct part number. The original air filter had seen better days adn this looks a good buy so should be pretty good. The price was really good for the FRAM filter and better value than I could get from my local motorcycle parts dealer. As I had other items in the order, the shipping was cushioned somewhat and very reasonable, Delivered by EMS fast and arrived within a week of placing the order. All the items in my order were in perfect condition as Webike have the forethought to add extra packaging to the box to keep everything neat and tidy and unable to damage anything else in the same box. Great idea, why doesn't eveyone do the same thing? The air filter looks the same as the previous one in regards to the shape and it also came with the seals needed to install. Only time will tell if it is any better in performance. Nice smooth edges and no sharp plastic burrs to catch your fingers on. After removing most of the top body work, the air filter is relatively easy to install, it's putting everything back which is a pain. There is no substitute for the factory items.Generally older oem Yamaha parts are overlooked for their elevated cost for used parts. This starter relay included all the necessary cables, mounts, and rubber boots which most Yamaha's from that time used. Such a joy to have period parts.couldn't be more pleased with the results. This was installed to replace the dreaded ticking with no crank issue my webike bought solenoid gave me .This one will plug in directly with no splicing needed,I have been use this products for months now.I'm happy with what I ordered.. parts number 3AY-81940-00 and 4KD-81940-00 looks identical. I put it on my 83SR500.
I felt that the front brake of the OEM setting was not working well.
It doesn't even seem to lock up at all when I grip it.

I'm thinking it would be a good Pad with no noticeable wear.
