XR250,XR400 common use?
Since I have the One-touchDrain bolt, I ordered it at my own risk because I thought I could get Clearance with the XR400 Under Guard.
The PRO's Kill Under Guard is installed by removing the OEM Under Guard Pipe.
The included Bolt, Washer, Nut, and Collar are blended with Included Parts:and what you have on hand, and replaced with what is easy to use.
If the product is a 250 item, the Bolt included is probably Quantity:I think it is in the Set.
No modification is required for installation.
It is a perfect fit. However, the rear end is bent by hydraulic press on the premise of avoiding LINK interference when installing the Linkage Guard.
For the oil bolt, the box wrench can be accessed straight through the hole in the under guard if the bolt is used as usual.
One-touchDrain bolt also avoids this, maybe together? I thought.
Oh, and as for weight comparisons.
? Under Guard of a Manufacturer (Solid Type) Over 1kg
OEMOption Resin Guard + OEMUnder GuardPipe850g
PRO'S KillUnder Guard700g
Therefore, it can contribute to weight reduction.

Makeover of One point
[How is it used?
Since the mileage exceeded 15,000km, I changed the Plug Cable while replacing the Plug.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The cap of the front brake caliper was originally OEM and Blue alumite. I tried to match the color of the original.
Was the installation difficult?
The Ignition coil is located just below the left side of the Fuel Tank, so at first glance it looked like it could be done without removing the tank, but I could barely get my hand into the small space. At first, I was going to remove the old Cable from the root connected to the Ignition coil, but it seemed difficult to do so, so I cut the old Cable near the Ignition coil according to the Instruction Manual, and then cut the old Cable from the root of the Ignition coil. I cut the old Cable near the Ignition coil according to the Instruction Manual and connected the new Cable using the Joint in the Included Parts:section.
How was your experience with it?
Since it was replaced at the same time as the plug, I can't say anything about performance, but it's extremely pleasant. I can't say anything about the performance, but I can say that the Makeover effect is much better than that.

The OEMShift got stuck in a debris field and bent immediately.
Since it is not Foldable, I installed this one.

The price is a little higher than KITACO, which is not ZETA, but it has more brand power. I recommend it.

Not many options.
There are not many OversizeRotor for XR250, so I checked and found only this one.
There is a MOTARD 320mm, but since it is for off-road and touring use, I was looking for something around 280mm.
It said "Off-road use only", but I thought it would work. I bought it.
I had replaced the 400MOTARD Brake rotor and Caliper, but as of last year, it was discontinued, and after a lot of research with fewer options, the only one I could find was Webig, who looked into the EBC rotor.
We used to carry EBC's Round TypeOversize at FET Far East, but it was already discontinued.
Webig also checked out the images, changed to PaverelType and uploaded the photos, and I decided on the politeness of their work.
I was a little worried because of the few, not-so-good ratings on Impression by others, but I was prepared to pay a high study fee because there were no more options available for purchase.
I set the Caliper back to NORMAL and installed the Rotor without any problems. The accuracy is not bad either.
The only thing I was disappointed about was that the product danced around in the middle of the room, as is often the case with imported products, and there were some scratches on it, and the black painting on the caliper bracket was bald. (Well, I don't mind since I did touch up the paint)
No problem with performance. Looks modern, too. The only thing is that it is imported, so it takes a long time to deliver and it is expensive.
MOTARDdisc is difficult to use off-road, and STD Size is impossible to return to when using Oversize.
Now we have to see how durable it is on the street.

D Use Repeat with TrackerFront
[How is it used?
D Used by TrackerFront.
Applications:Motard race, FlatDirt, Touring
I bought Repeat three times in eight years.
The brake disc rotor is a D-TRACKER-X large diameter one, and the caliper is OEM.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Just like the image. The base material, Gold, was not too assertive, but rather Large.
Was the installation difficult?
The installation is not that difficult, and if you have enough time, it is very durable.
However, if the piston is sticking or is reluctant to move, it will take a bit of work.
When removing the pad pin or caliper mounting bolt, it is recommended that you use a good precision tool from a proper tool manufacturer if possible.
When you remove the Pad, you can push the entire Pad when you push the Piston back. (Skinning) This can be done easily by using
How was your experience with it?
The performance was more than enough for my level. It decelerated as much as I gripped it firmly, and I didn't have any fading in the race. Other people have used this product in the production car class, but it is more expensive than this product. (One that is considered to have good performance) However, this product was able to decelerate as well as the Disc Rotor, and the life was long.
When I applied hard brakes, there was a lot of zinging sound. It didn't change that much when I removed the surface and applied pad grease, so I just assumed that was the characteristic.
When I wanted to apply a light front brake in DirtSection, this product was able to decelerate delicately, which was a large variable help.
There is no temperature dependence when using it on public roads, and I think it is good that it works well right from the start.

To reduce the squeal, chamfer the short side of the pad with an ironworking file.
Apply a thin layer of brake pad grease to the surfaces of the caliper and piston. (Base material) If you apply it on the whole side, Dust will not adhere well.
If the surface of the pad pin is covered with rust or dirt, I use about #400 water-resistance paper and inexpensive lubricant such as Kure 556, etc., and clean it with oil. Then apply a thin layer of pad grease and install.
Use a mild detergent and tooth brush to clean the caliper. Use a mild detergent and toothbrush to clean calipers. ・Parts cleaners that are less aggressive to rubbers should be used only where there is a lot of dirt. (Chain cleaner) Cleaned at

Comparison with the for International Model
Since I have the Honda OEM manual, I wanted to compare the Japanese specification with the for International Model, so I used it as a reference.
We can do full Overhaul, so I bought this because I wanted to have the material, but I thought it could be a little more specialized.
However, the price is much cheaper than the Gold price of the OEM Manual, so even if you look it up with a dictionary in hand, I think the basic points are comparable to the Japanese specification Manual.
On the other hand, if you can interpret the English version reasonably well, it is more suitable for amateurs than PROSpec.
I can also use the pictures to help me understand.

Replacement is not particularly difficult.
good point
It is easy to grab because of its slimness. So it is hard to make a mistake.
The rubber is thick enough to reduce vibration.
It's a good product for the low price.
A bad point
If you like Raw Rubber, this is not for you.
The barrel shape is cool, but it's hard to grip, easy to make mistakes, and there are many demerits.
I think that OEM or external Grip is easy to handle.
