Replaced from OEM (old part).
With the new battery, the old part maxed out at 14.1v, but this one goes up to 14.7v even during city driving. It is stable at over 14v while driving. It feels like it is doing its job. We will have to wait and see how durable it is. There are heat resistance measures, so I have high expectations.
I am glad I got a longer Bolt for the fixation because as you said, the fin part of the Bolt is thicker than the fin part.

Engine might be good ?
This is the first time I tried the Racing plug.
I heard it's Life good.
First of all, the engine starts well. When I lightly stirred the Axel, it seems to turn a little lightly.
I'm looking forward to running the car at full throttle during the next Sports run.

Power up with AS Uotani
[How is it used?
AS Uotani was installed to strengthen the electrical system of YAMAHA XJR400R.
As AS Uotani's Manufacturer, we recommend the use of NGK Iridium Plug and Power cable together, so we recommend the use of NGK Iridium Plug and Power cable together.
We decided to install NGK Iridium Plug and Power cable in addition to AS Uotani.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just as Image.
Since there are four cylinders, a total of four bottles are required.
The price is about 1.5 times that of NORMAL, but the quality is quite good.
Was the installation difficult?
Installation is easy, as it is the same as for a regular Plug.
Gap was adjusted from 0.8mm to 1.1mm for use with AS Uotani.
How was your experience with it?
Power has increased dramatically, partly due to the use of AS Uotani and NGKPower cables together.

Genuine Yamaha Exhaust Gasket for YZF-R1 2008
A few extra parts for the R1 old project bike in my garage. The old exhaust gasket was not doing it's job as it should and rather than using extra exhaust paste to seal the joint, I went for the replacement instead. It just makes sense. I used the tools provided by Webike to link to the manufacturers website to find the correct part number. Easy. As this was part of a larger order with many parts, the shipping worked out to be briliiant. This cut down the cost of shipping by quite a lot. EMS express shipping was used this time and delivered within a week from order. Everything packed neatly inside the sealed box. Webike even filled any empty spaces in the outer box with additional bubble wrap so nothing could get damaged in transit. Even the small parts like this one arrived in perfect 100% condition. The exhaust gasket came in a Yamaha packet and was well packed. The gasket is a copper gasket or some composite with copper inside. I have had these before and they do a great job. I bought this one because it was partially torn after 2.5 years of use.
DAYTONA's Cover was slightly open at the feet.
This product is about to cover up to the foot limit.
It also has Rubber in the front and back of the feet and does not seem to flutter in the wind.
However, I do not know how many months Rubber will last.
It is designed to be stopped at the bottom and middle with a buckle.
It is unlikely to fly or flap even in some wind.
There are holes for ventilation in the area that hits Mirror.
It also seems to have good breathability.

3XV Regulator Replacement
[How is it used?
Rather new TZr250R (3XV) I bought it because the Battery of the "I" had gone to the point of non-rechargeable after about 2 weeks and I thought, ah, Regulator.
Other symptoms were that YPVS was acting suspiciously even after changing the Battery and that the voltage was not stable during Idling.
I was worried about the quality of Chinese products, so I decided not to buy one. I tried to replace it with one made by Yamaha in Taiwan, but the price had gone up so much that it was more expensive than I had heard, so I chose this product.
Was the one you received as per Image?
This product comes with Heat sink as shown in the photo.
Was the installation difficult?
The 3XV regulator is visible from the outside, but the right side bolt position is directly in front of the suspension, so the work area is quite small.
As long as that Bolt can be replaced quickly, the work can be done in about 5-10 minutes.
I got some impressions that the Bolt was not long enough, so I decided to use the YamahaOEM 30mm Bolt. (95027-06030) separately in theQuantity:I bought 2pc
How was your experience with it?
By using this product, the electrical problems that had previously appeared were eliminated.
It has only been a little while since the replacement so it remains to be seen how long it will last, but so far I am satisfied.

Bolt for installation should be prepared separately with a 30mm bolt.

Low RPM range...
Immediately after the replacement, the acceleration felt better, but the low rpm range (around 2000 rpm) had a strong lean feeling.
This is especially noticeable when trying to accelerate without changing GEAR from driving under 2000 rpm on an uphill.
The leaning decreases above 2000 rpm and the acceleration increases from 3000 rpm.
The only way is to drop GEAR or otherwise cover it, but it's a shame because expectations were high for Motorcycle only.

Thoughts after 30,000 km on a Ninja 1000
I installed the MOTO-DXPlug as soon as it was released.
At the time, Ninja 1000 was not applicable, but was purchased at one's own risk because it matched Size and heat value.
It was then officially adapted to the Ninja 1000.
The product claims are.
D-Shape outer electrode."
Ruthenium compounded central electrode.
Improved performance (acceleration, durability, stain resistance, fuel economy, startability, etc.) required for Spark plugs.
Long life.
In the end, we did not experience the benefit.
D-Shape outer electrode."
Electrode shape that is less likely to impede the flow of the air mixture! →Who knows that?
Electrode shape that is less likely to inhibit flame spread! →Who knows that?
Excellent ignitability with D-Shape outer electrode! →Who knows that?
If that's true, why not do that for 4-wheelers as well?
Ruthenium compounded central electrode.
Outstanding ignition performance improves throttle response during acceleration! →I have no idea.
Improved combustion efficiency improves fuel economy→Plug can't change fuel economy.
New structure that is resistant to smoldering and covering! → It's FI to begin with, so there's no way to cover it up!
Long life.
D-Shape outer electrode with new material and Ruthenium blended center electrode for improved durability→Manufacturer's recommendation is to replace the electrode after 8,000-10,000 km, but there is no problem even after 30,000 km.
Even if the durability doubles, the price more than triples.
I would like to hear if anyone says that the outer electrodes are now D-shaped and the air mixture flow is Smooth.
In a reciprocating engine, the compressed mixture is burned, the piston is pushed back, and the crank turns. If the intake - compression - combustion - exhaust combustion can be done in a timely manner, I don't really care about the plugs.
I ended up with Standard Plug BP5HA's CR9E.
I am not saying NGK is bad. We are grateful for the reliable quality of the products they provide.

I used it on my Ninja 1000.
The specified Plug is CR9EIA-9, but if the heat value and Size are the same, it should be usable...so it was installed.

So far, we have used CR9EIA-9 twice and CR9EDX-S once.
I hear the DXPlug doubles the service life? Still, Manufacturer recommends 10,000 km replacement.
General Plug is 5,000 km.
But after 30,000 kilometers I had no problems.
So the price triples.
So maybe we shouldn't worry about life expectancy in general Plug?
So I put it in.
The results do not experience a difference as expected.
The designated Plug, CR9EIA-9, is a Windshield IRIDIUM but only One Side, so it does not have good longevity.
CR9EDX-S is a Ruthenium-formulated central electrode, but unfortunately there was no perceptible change.
No one may have a general Plug in their Ninja 1000.
It is solely at your own risk.
I think I am good because of the low price.

The feeling of acceleration after the replacement is still different.
Manufacturer recommends replacing the engine after 30,000 km or so. However, for large motorcycles, it is better to replace them after 10,000 km or so.

Expect durability
[How is it used?
The NGK IXPlug, which was replaced from OEM after 8,500Km running, has been running for over 12,000Km and the starting performance has deteriorated to the point that it is difficult to start the engine every time, so we decided to replace it.
The Z900 was not listed in the compatibility chart by car model, but NGK's homepage listed the CR9EDX-S as compatible with the OEM CR9EIA-9, so we judged that we could use it and it worked without any problem.
How was your experience with it?
First of all, starting is no longer as difficult as it was before the replacement.
However, sometimes I had to turn the Cell for a long time to get it to start, and this did not improve until the first time when I was able to start it the moment the Cell was turned. I guess this means that the worsening of starting is not only a problem with Plug.
When I started driving after the replacement, the first acceleration was unexpected. O 〜〜〜〜" The Engine's rotation feels so smooth and precise that it makes you say, "I'm so happy to be able to run. It feels so good. I screamed (laughs).
When stopped at a traffic light, the Idling was slightly rough before the replacement, but after the replacement, it is stable and crisp.
However, it is possible that it is not because it is a MotoDXPlug because it was replaced from a deteriorated Plug after running 12,000Km.
How did it compare to other products?
When I replaced the IX with the same NGK StandardIridium plugs at 8,500Km, I felt only a slight difference in engine rotation, but this time I felt a significant difference. But this time, I felt a considerable difference.
Also, I changed the plug of my other car, Moto Guzzi V7, from Normal plug to Denso plug at 9,000Km. Iridium Power. If MotoDX is really superior in durability, I think I will use this plug again next time to reduce the frequency of replacing the plug of Z900, which is quite expensive.
[Points to note]
Depending on the car model, plug replacement can be quite tedious and require tools that are not normally used.
If you can replace it yourself, good, but if not, secure a Motorcycle shop that will take it in and replace it before you buy. I haven't yet No Bring Your Own." Some stores charge outrageous labor rates. The local Kawasaki plaza is not cheap, but they were willing to work with us regardless of whether we brought the bike in or not.

Yamaha OEM Oil SEAL Replacement Effort
I'm going to install this new OEM OIL SEAL ON MY 1987 TW200.This OEM oil seal is located under the clucth lifter arm on the left side of the crankcase. First I had to drain the oil first then remove the left side cover (stator side) from the engine .Need to remove the clutch cable from the clutch lifter arm side..pull back the rubber clutch cable cover and loosen the clutch cable adjuster nuts with 12mm wrench.After removing the clutch cable from the clutch lifter arm ,loosen the clutch lifter arm stopper screw with #2 phillips screwdriver.remove the clutch lifter arm stopper screw and washer.remove the clutch lifter arm.Now I can Clearly see the older oil seal.before removing the older oil seal first I have to remove the snap ring with snap ring pliers.remove the older oil seal with a flat screwdriver.drive in the new seal with a suitable driver or socket that has the seam outside diameter as the seal.Install the snap ring into its groove with snap ring pliers. lubricate the clutch lifter arm upper portion with lithium soap based grease and lower portion of the clutch lifter arm apply fresh engine oil.Insert the lifter arm into the crankcase.Fit the spring into place on the lifter arm.Install the stopper screw with a washer so that it fits into the top groove of the lifter arm shaft.Tighten the stopper screw to 12NM/8.7 FT-LB.PUT BACK the left side cover and the clutch cable.don't forget to add fresh engine oil ,You 're Done.I do lot of stuff my self when its come to repair.DIY or Pay Someone smarter.As usual package arrived on time and neatly packed .WEBIEK High Quality Packaging right there. OEM VALVE PACKING INSTALLATION
TW200 PETCOCK VALVE PACKING GASKET IS VERY HARD FIND THESEDAYS.So I ordered one from The Webike Shop.Valve Packing Installation process is very easy. First I had to remove all the fuel in the tank and removed the petcock from the tank .Older petcock valve gasket might need to replace cause sometime rubber material may worn out or cracked . mine still in a good shape but I got a brand new one inmy hand. to reach the older valve packing ,first unscrew the two phillips bolt that hold the valve in place. valve has a o-ring seal that fuel doesn't leak out .then the older valve packing. place a new valve packing and install the rest in an order .product price is so cheap.I ordered so many product from the WEBIKE store and never had a problem.
