Reliable SUNSTAR
[How is it used?
We used this product for YZF-R25, which is used as a competition vehicle.
How was your experience with it?
This time, I decided to replace the front and rear sprockets along with the chain.
Sprocket is SUNSTAR every time. I like their accuracy and finish.
How did it compare to other products?
I trust the technology and quality control of SUNSTAR.
[Points to note]
In the installation of the counter shaft, YZF-R25 is equipped with the screw lock application to the tightening nut and
The tightening Torque is 75 Newton.
If you forget the screw lock, it may come loose.

XR250 (MD30) Can't use it for upright Fork!
XR250 (MD30) UN-P3044 is the correct answer for the upright Fork.
Cartridge head is 27mm and this product is not compatible with it.
I reported it to Webike, but they didn't listen to me because they said that the distributor supports it with UN-P3041.
Please be careful if you use it in upright position.
Well, I'm sure you know someone who does this kind of work…

Strong and non-deformable
I bought this Parts with Slider because my TitaniumWide Footpeg which cost more than 20,000 yen was worn out and became a sharp protrusion in no time when I fell and skied in Motard race.
Since then, I have been using it for several years, mainly on paved roads, and this is the result of my impressions after many falls.
First, the above Material:It's far heavier from Titanium.
The weight is heavy when you hold it in your hand.
I thought it would be too heavy and would adversely affect the operability.
And it's narrower.
I don't do it much on the road, but I still lost a little bit of stability and stance when standing.
This width is probably narrower than most current Full sizeOffRoad racer.
However, the reduction in width makes it easier to maneuver, such as putting your toes in or stepping on your heels, and I think it also has the effect of reducing the ground clearance when banking, so I think this is a win-win situation.
The sharpness of the protrusion at the top of the footpeg and the grip force are normal or a little weak for an OffRoad racer.
However, even this level of protrusion is quite gouged by the soft sole of the Road boots.
On the other hand, if you ride with OffBoots, you may feel a little lack of grip due to the aforementioned narrow width.
As for durability, I think it's great.
As expected, the projection of the upper part has become rounded with wear, but there is no deformation or breakage of footpegBody at all, and it seems to be still usable. The projection of the upper part will be sharpened by File when I find time.
Common "Falling over deforms the footpeg into a weird position. I have not been able to do so so far.
With this sturdiness, I'm convinced that even if it's a little heavier, it's still narrower.
However, there is one point.
The head of the screw of the Slider attachment part is often shaved by the fall.
So it can be difficult to remove the plate Plus screw.
In addition, there is a groove cut in the joint of the footpeg and the slider, and it slides in, but because the groove is shallow, there were several times when it did not fit well when the groove was worn out by falling and it was crushed.
Every time it does, I correct the groove of the footpeg side with File etc., but it is a little troublesome because it is a place where it is difficult to work.
I hope that the manufacturer will make some structural changes, such as deepening the grooves, to improve it.
However, I don't plan to replace it yet because it's not going to break for a while.

Never spun, never broken!
First of all, the normal Mount made by ZETA rotates a lot, as other people have mentioned in their Impressions.
It has also been damaged and cracked several times.
The wide adjustment range is appealing, but it is not very defensive.
EnduroEngineerRing has the same type of mount that is relatively easy to use and hard to rotate, but ZETA has a wide selection of guards and parts that are easy to find.
I have been using this Mount since it was first released and have fallen over it more times than I can count, but so far I have not experienced any damage to it.
What I think is particularly outstanding is the strength of the Bolt and the sturdiness of the female Screw.
I think the Bolt Body has been subjected to a lot of stress due to the way it is installed, but the Bolt has never been bent or the screw mount has never been crushed.
Of course, it is assumed that the check of the retightening etc. was done before running.
Before I installed this mount, I was worried about the deformation of the Top Bridge and the bending of the PinchBolt, but so far there seems to be no visible negative effects.
It is universal and does not break, so you can buy it once and use it for your next Motorcycle and it is very cost effective.
Installation is done by replacing the OEM PinchBolt with the included long bolt.
Depending on the car model, there may be interference with Brake master or Headlight cowl, but it can be solved by shaving the Hand guard side or inserting 10mm collar at Handlebar end or the connection part between Mount and Hand guard.
The mount itself has two hand guard mounting holes, and the ForkPinchBolt mounting area has been designed to allow for some adjustment.
In addition, it doesn't compromise the overall length of the Handlebar and doesn't increase the stiffness of the Handlebar too much, leaving a moderate amount of Handlebar flex.
Of course it doesn't compare to OpeningGuard, but it's quite a bit different from the Solidly hardened Handlebar Mounting.
If I were to raise one difficulty, it would be that the stress of installation is inevitably applied to the ForkPinchBolt part, so it is difficult to understand the tightening torque.
I can feel a certain amount of resistance when I tighten it by hand, so even if I tighten it to the specified Torque, I think it is probably not tight enough.
However, in the case of the Inverted Front Fork, the torque of the upper pinch bolt does not affect the operation of the fork that much, so I tightened it a little more as a safety measure.

fuel economy improvement
I used it on my 1YP2, when I used the CR7EIX the Idling became unstable and I had to use other Motorcycle
It was hard to feel the goodness than when I used it, but this Plug is also for two wheels in a stone, and
I felt the change. It was a long distance driving, but the fuel consumption was improved and it became smoother than IX.
I can feel it now. The top speed also seems to have increased slightly. The feeling of Torque has decreased.
But I think it's good because I'm actually getting good results. Durability is unknown.

Maybe it's the Brushbo effect, though
It's time to replace the Plug.
I don't think there's a problem with the normal plug, but I was hoping it would lead to a slight increase in performance.
It's TWIN, not Multi, so the price is higher, but I think it's still Wallet friendly.
I think that the degree of difficulty changes considerably according to the car model such as removing the Tank.
After replacing the engine, it seems to have improved the starting, blowing, and power feeling?
Maybe it's the Brushbo effect, but it made me feel good, so I think it's good.

Windshield Replacement from IRIDIUM
[How is it used?
This is a replacement for their Iridium plugs (CR8EIX) that were used for about 12,000km.
How was your experience with it?
There is no difference between Windshield IRIDIUM and Windshield IRIDIUM in terms of starting performance, but when you turn the throttle, the engine feels more powerful.
Since KLX250 is single cylinder and single Plug, I think it is good to choose this product, but in the case of multi-cylinder, I feel that ordinary Windshield IRIDIUM is also good in terms of cost performance.
[Points to note]
As it says on the Package, the tightening Torque is weak, so be careful not to overtighten.

Required Parts for Grip Replacement
When I replaced the handlebar on my KLX230R, I wanted to replace the grip as well, and I tried to remove the OEM grip, but the grip and the throttle tube were attached to each other at Level. I thought I could remove it with a Cutter Knife, but it was too much work, so I bought this Throttle tube.
The problem is that, unlike OEM, the Rib is low, so it sticks to the Throttle Wire's dustproof Rubber, making it difficult to turn the Throttle.
I've made some changes to the way Cover is attached to this point, but I'm trying to figure out what else to do about it.

It's expensive, but it's a very important part, so the feeling of security is Large Threshold.
When I let the shop touch the chain around the wr250x, R and Large body chain, it seems that they do not understand how to tighten the chain adjuster except for Yamaha's official shops, and the adjuster nut is loose after 100 miles. Well, I don't care about it too much because I'm going to re-tighten the Rear Axle Nut and do some other things by myself anyway, but I was worried about the deterioration of the adjuster bolt when I checked it every 500 miles the other day. The difference from the OEM bolt is probably the effect of the bushings, but I feel that the chain is not loose and the axis gap is gone. The appearance is also tightened by Titanium, so it is one of the most popular parts and I feel very satisfied with it. View detail

It works in moderation.
I use it mostly for commuting around town.
There are no worries about the construction because it is a well-known manufacturer.
As for the way it works, I would describe it as a "sizzle" rather than a "bang". I installed it on a single disc off-road car, so it doesn't become JackKnife unless I'm very conscious.
I can't say anything about the durability until I continue to use it to some extent, so I'll keep an eye on it and add more information.
