Used on CB250R
I changed from 14T to 15T because CB250R is NORMAL and it is Mild because of the hard 1st and 2nd gear donk and engine braking.
It is very easy to handle.
I think this could be NORMAL.
Highways are also easier because the RPMs are lower.
However, as a matter of course, the sense of acceleration is weakened, so the unique DASH feeling of the CB250R is diminished.
At first, I bought a cheap K company's product, but it was not machined with high accuracy and the play of the chain was very different between loose and flat, so I bought this product again.
There was no problem with this product.
When installing, the Chain Slider is difficult to get in afterwards, so hang is required.

XAM XAM Front sprocket
I have had my WR250X for about 35,000 km since I bought it new, and I thought it was about time for this one.
The reason I chose it was because it was on special.
I have used it for about 8,000 kilometers since it was replaced and have had no problems at all.
I don't feel any difference from OEM so far.
The installation could not be done on its own because there is no HANG, Power or Impact.

For driving on forest roads
Purchased for SEROW250.
Changed to OEM15t→13t
It was a little harder to drive on public roads, but once in the mountains, it really came into its own.
I am satisfied with the ease of front up.
The Lock washer claw is set to "Quantity" because the Sprocket is small in size.:If you don't fold 2pc, you will hit Chain.

fuel economy improvement
It was a change from a 19-digit. I think the change was a good decision because the change in Torque is not so noticeable. In the picture of the product, there are 8 holes in the shaft which I think is for weight reduction, but the actual product has no holes as you can see in the picture.
The Sprocket nut is 32mm and large, so unless you have a box wrench, you will need to purchase one. Torque tightening torque is also large (7kg), so it requires a little bit of strength. If you don't have the tools or you are not strong, it may be cheaper to hire a PRO.

520Conversion of SDR200Chain, used to swing the reduction ratio to Long.
I bought it to change the Chain of YamahaSDR200 to 520Size and swing the reduction ratio to Long.
Reason for exchange.
SDROEM is 428 Size, which is not a problem if the OEM reduction ratio remains the same.
However, if one wants to fine-tune the reduction ratio, the front sprocket of the SDR has a special offset, so the only option is F16T if the 428 Size is left unchanged.
By making this 520Size, a rich Sprocket for YF200Blaster is available.
I changed the front sprocket to swing long in order to run at Sports Land Sugo Circuit.
Compatibility
The offset value, which was also a concern, was confirmed to be compatible as a result of measurement, and the unit was installed without any problems at all.
Also, the overall thickness is thinner, so the cost is a little lower.
There is almost no lightweight effect as they say, and the durability is lower than 428, so be prepared for that.
Number of teeth, number of pieces, etc.
SDROEM is 428 Size, 132L Piece, F16/R43 teeth
When converting to 520, it is 520Size, 106L in Piece number, F13/R35 in tooth number, and Large body is the same.
For myself, I swung this to 10% Long and set it to F14/R35.
This blew off at a top speed of 157 km/h at the back Straight in Sugo.
I thought I could swing a little more to Long, so next time I plan to make the Rear sprocket Smaller.
520Size is used quite a bit in other models, so it might be convenient to borrow a bit when reassembling on site.
[Quantity used for 520 conversion:Set]
・X.A.M Japan (XAMJapan) C4202-14 520-14T Sprocket C4202-14
・SUNSTAR (SUNSTAR) Rear Sprocket Part No. RH-119-35 (520Size/35T)
・EK (EK) QXRingSeal chain 520SR-X2 Steel 106L
*I think 106L is enough for Chain if you want to swing to Long with Rear sprocket.

Suitable for full CourseCircuit but also good for touring with high speed.
Comfortable on the highway without too much RPM.

XAM (Formerly a fake AF*M) is badly made.
First of all, BALI is terrible.
Webig's product image shows a hole for the meat removal, but in reality, it is not there.
And some modifications are required for PackageLabel. (Lol)
Well, I don't really care because I'm a Manufacturer who buys without any expectations.

I bought the product and asked my usual Shop to replace it. it is also a Drive system and there was a strong Torque tightening, so it might have been tough to do it by myself. I have no problem with the product.
As others have said, the 0Start is less severe and I can use up to 3rd gear in normal use. I would also like to fill the carburetor setting a little more. 6 speed use high speed revs up a little, but I don't mind it too much.

Suitable for high-speed touring
[How is it used?
Since we do a lot of highway touring, we decided to switch from the OEM 15T to a 17T in order to lower the engine RPM during high-speed cruising and to improve fuel economy. In addition, the chain was converted from 530 to 520 to reduce drive resistance.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I searched around in Webig's Site and found a 520Size 17T that could be used for the FZS600. This research was quite Large strange (lol). What I received was just a cogwheel as shown in the Image (lol).
Was the installation difficult?
I have an Impact Driver, so I did the work myself, but normally it is better to have a motorcycle shop do it for you. The side with more convexity on the drive shaft is the outside, and the side with less convexity (lower) is the engine side. If you install it the other way around, the chain line will be out of alignment. This Sprocket is a 520Size for Conversion Sprocket, so there is no need to use a washer to adjust the chain line.
How was your experience with it?
With the OEM 15T, the RPM was 5000 at 100km/h. After changing to this 17T, the RPM was 4250 at 100km/h. I really wanted to set the RPM to 4000 at 100km/h, but I gave up because the acceleration would be worse if I set the RPM to higher gear. The acceleration was a little bit slow. The jerkiness at low speeds is clearly reduced, and it is very smooth. In case of FZS600, I think the original OEM 15T setting is too low. Fuel economy is not drastically improved, but it runs around 24km per liter on the conStunt.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Included Parts:is nothing.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Nothing in particular, but I was wondering if it was something like this, since this 17T Sprocket, which is meatless, weighed 190g while the 16T Sprocket, which is not meatless, weighed 188g. w

Was the one you received as per Image?
As you can see in the image, I've used SUNSTAR, XAM, and DRC Dura front sprockets in my motorcycle life.
The accuracy of this product was comparable to that of the OEM Product.
Was the installation difficult?
Since this is a bit of a hang job, it is described below.
Put the GEAR into the low.
Lock the rear brake using a Brick or Blocketc. (This is the same action as stepping on a Pedal with weight.)
Insert a suitable tool between the Rear Sprocket teeth and the chain to prevent rotation.
Spinner Handlebar with high-precision socket (Breaker bar) to Bolt to Quantity:Set and turn.
How was your experience with it?
The accuracy of the product is Large variable, and I estimate that it can last for about 30,000km if ChainMaintenance is done well.
The OEM front sprocket comes with rubber, but this product does not, and the chain noise may be annoying, but it's not a problem.
When installing this product, the accuracy of the spline is so good that it cannot be installed on the shaft. The accuracy of this product is so good that it will not cause any problems.
When the number of front sprockets are aligned, the setting (Secondary reduction ratio) It is possible to have a wide range of

Used for Conversion of yzfr1
[How is it used?
For yzf-r1 2014.
The OEM is a 525 Chain, but I chose this one for the 520 Conversion!
Each has a new Sprocket too!
★Chain

★Rear Sprocket [46 guns]
https://www.webike.net/sd/24602628/
I chose 17T without changing the number of knives in the OEM and front sprocket.
I think it's common to use 16T lol.
How was your experience with it?
I'm still in the installation phase, so I haven't used it yet, but I'm hoping it will make the handling lighter!
[Points to note]
This product is 520for Conversion, so please make sure to select "for Conversion" for both Chain and Rear Sprocket!
I chose this one because I thought it was the best. I don't have a deciding factor, but I hope the conversion will make it easier to handle....

best upgrade i did.
depending in on how you use your serow. i use mine 95% street. i tooth more really makes a difference. i feel less vibration now since i dont have to push the engine to get to speed above 60kph. the bikes runs much much better. i felt the 1st to 2nd gear gap before was too far from each other and over all it was really geard too short for street use. i was always finding the the right gear. i can recommed this upgrade if you use your bike like i do. take note of the riders weight though. i am 80kilos. no problem on the hills that i use to pass thru with the 15 teeth OEM sprocket. No need to change the chain. i suggest you order a spare lock for the nut of the sproket. FYI this review was made after i tested the bike for about 60 km only, so far so good no regrets. recommended!!! View detail

Reliable products
On the CD125, the Speedometer and Tachometer (both retrofitted DAYTONA) work about the same in 5th gear (lol), say 55 hundred rpm at 60 km, 65 hundred rpm at 70 km.
It is the Front2two raise of the devil to lower the rpm when Cruising and to be able to run relaxed.
The installation went without any problems at all and the quality is as good as it gets.
As a result, the rpm was safely lowered 10 hundred rpm at each speed, and the 5th gear 60 km became 45 hundred rpm and the rpm of the same level as ZZr250.
It is X.A.M Japan that can be used safely without any complaints or problems. (XAMJapan) It's probably because the quality of the three is solid.

After much deliberation with SUNSTAR!
I was worried about SUNSTAR and XAN, but XAN from Cost performance
I chose the Chain new but the Sprocket was on the back burner. The Chain was new but the Sprocket was later. I'm not sure. The OEM has a more elaborate off-set construction, but the XAM has a simpler construction. The weight is not measured, but I think it is lighter than OEM. However, there was not the light weight hole processing like the photograph of shopping. After installation, I also checked the ChainLLine and it is perfect. Also, the ZX12R needs to bend the FSprocketWasher to prevent loosening. I don't know the durability yet, but I think I'll use XMA again.
