I reduced the size from T15 to T14 but I think this gear ratio best suites the Mate90. It has great acceleration and at last the third acceleration has become "practicable". The gear ration of the OEM must be aimed for fuel consumption. If you are unsatisfied with the acceleration weaker than small scooters, I advise you to get a T14. You'll be able to feel the difference especially when you're riding tandem. The reason that the maximum speed doesn't change is because the OEM gear ratio is too high to blow completely. I highly recommend this product.
