It is fun to try the Best Match with FSprocket!
I always enjoy climbing a certain public road with a 3-speed LITTLE CUB, but 3rd gear is not good at all when the DRIVEN is set at 40 with the standard +1. However, the engine load was too large during the long full throttle sections, and I did not know when the engine would break down. I wanted to give the engine a little more room to rev the engine so that even at 40km/h in 2nd gear, the engine was not at full throttle, so I decided to raise the DRIVEN 2 steps at once to 40, skipping over the standard 39. I didn't have a very good Image at the standard 39 Ding.
So I lowered the Driven to 38 Ding and the result was as I expected at first. I was able to get out of 2nd gear at 40km/h±α without having to go full throttle on every Corner. I was happy to find that I did not have to drop to low even on the tightest Corner climbs, and I did not have to drop Engine RPM on most Corner exits when entering the Corner, so as a result, I was able to drive without spoiling the acceleration feeling too much.
In addition, the engine RPMs are now more generous in 3rd gear on the downhill corner, allowing the driver to enjoy a greater sense of speed when entering the corner.
It's fun to experiment with different FRSprockets and see how they run.

Balance of practicality and price
We replaced it at the same time when we replaced the Chain on the APE 100TypeD.
The replacement will be from OEMSprocket.
There is no problem in use. If you just want to replace it, installation is easy.
However, if you want to work more precisely when installing the Sprocket on the Wheel, it may be better to have a little ingenuity and a certain level of maintenance skill. However, since there is a lot of play in the diameter of the holes, there is a little less than 1mm of space between the Stud bolt and the Sprocket. Therefore, the center of the wheel and the center of the Sprocket must be aligned before tightening the nut, otherwise the wheel will be shaky in the circumferential direction when it rotates.
I think it is possible to improve the tolerance accuracy of the hole diameter, or to prepare a nut that can be centered in the circumferential direction by making the nut ground surface taper and tightening it, or to have a simple dedicated installation tool for high precision installation. or a simple dedicated installation tool would allow for highly accurate installation.
The material is steel, but the surface is coated with a black coloring, so it can change the atmosphere from the OEM-like silver iron.

I appreciate the Lineup of each tooth number of Sprocket with old car gaiters.
The 50CCE engine was replaced by the 100CCE engine, and the Sprocket was installed to increase the speed. This type of KITACO's Sprocket has a lineup of teeth and is very useful even though it is for an old vehicle. View detail

I still appreciate the variety of Sizes.
I bought it to make 5TSmall Rear sprocket for my old Motorcycle, but it was too big for the Chain tensioner, but I was happy to use it without packing the Chain. View detail
High performance not only Sprocket with good durability.
For the test from 30 NORMAL Rear to 29 Short Specification, we changed to KIJIMA's Sprocket this time.
The Sprocket to be replaced is steel, but it is a few 10g lighter than the NORMAL one. Is it because of the parts under the spring?
There was almost no runout and it turned beautifully. I can say that this performance at this price is too good to be true.
To replace the Sprocket, simply remove the Rear wheel, remove the Rear sprocket fixing bolt, and replace the Sprocket to be replaced.
The Bolt side where the Sprocket is installed will probably be pushed by the Sprocket at the moment it is installed, and will be concaved into the middle of the Wheel. After tightening the bolt nut fixing the Sprocket, fix the nut with the locking plate.
There were no problems with operation checks, and the work was completed easily and simply.
The Torque drop on climbs, which we were worried about, was not a concern, and in town, the RPMs were as pleasant as ever compared to the NORMAL, and there was no Torque drop at top speed in the round-the-clock practice course measurement.
The same is true for descending mountain passes, and the negative pressure of engine braking is also lessened in downshifts.
After the replacement, the Corner ring has a slightly milder feel to it, but this is actually easier to ride and makes it easier to enter the Corner.
Meter errors were also corrected from the NORMALHappyMeter to the actual measured values, resulting in an almost accurate display of speeds.
Black color also looks good with the gold chain.

It got easier to ride
I changed to Front15T, but the OEM Rear sprocket (42 pistons) didn't give me the maximum speed and I felt that the first gear blowout was too fast, so I bought it to try.
I personally think it's easier to ride because the range of the low speed GEAR has been expanded.
The top speed also seems to be increasing, but since the APE 50 itself is slow, there is no place close by where you can measure it until it reaches its maximum speed.

AmericanDAX bored up to 75cc (carburetor is PC20) Used for
F15T, R35 Ding, but it's perfect for my everyday legs.
Even with 35 guns, I was able to ride it in the city with no fear of acceleration or lane changes.
If it's a flatland Main, I'd say 32-33 for the Rear would be better.

Iron Sprocket for Peace of Mind
It is used for XE50.
The number of hinges, etc. remain OEM and have been replaced with worn out ones.
It's a plain Parts with no flashy colors or anything like that, but as long as it does its job well, it's OK.
It's also nice that you can choose from a number of settings to suit your preferences.

It is cheap and good
Sprocket is also a consumable part, but since the number of hinges can change the running of the car, it is necessary to change it quite often. It's hard to replace expensive parts, but the price is relatively cheap, so it's easy to get a hold of. If I want to use a different fee ring, I would like to purchase a different number of hinges. Size is the same as OEM's, etc., and it is the same size as Other Brand Product to Other I honestly didn't notice any difference since it's a replacement to Brand Product However, I've lost my distrust of worn out Sprocket, so it's like an insurance policy I'm hoping it will be more durable than the OEM

Mostly good
I changed from 29T to 27T to reduce the engine speed of MONKEY's cruising
The changes to Sprocket so far are..
Bore up time
Fr 13T (OEM) →15T (SUNSTAR)
Then after 4,000km of use
Rr 31T (OEM) →29T (SUNSTAR)
Then a thousand kilometers (This time.)
Rr 29T→27T (KITACO)
I rotated it before putting up the chain
The last time it was MADE IN SUNSTAR, which was also no problem at all I chose KITACO because it wasn't available
Previous Spec. (29T) If the speed is the same as that of the engine, the engine speed will be reduced by about 7%
The result was 5,000 rpm at 50 km, but at 4650 rpm at 50 km, it was slightly lower I can now cruise quietly Also, 1st gear is normally usable
I'm not worried about the durability because it's Chromoly I think I'll use this combination for a while because the accuracy seems to be good
I've seen other imprecisions with BALI on the teeth, but the product I received was very nicely finished and Large satisfied, including the price
I have Chain is Gold, so it looks tighter
By the way, the spec. of MONKEY is..
