I used it for an OEMcarburetor overhaul. 。
Parts inside Carburetor.
It is a toothpick-like component called Needle Jet (laughs).
[Carburetor's Needle Jet role].
The Needle Jet is a toothpick-shaped component that sticks into the main jet.
When the Needle Jet is lifted in accordance with the Axel opening, the gap between the holes in the main jet widens and the amount of fuel supplied increases.

(1) Turn off Fuel Cock.

(2) Remove Gasoline in the carburetor.
Loosen the drain bolt and it will come out.
↓
(3) Use Phillips Screwdriver to remove the lower no-screw of the carburetor. The screw is soft, so do not lick it. Turn counterclockwise.
↓
There is a Vacuum Piston in the upper part of the body, where the Jet Needle fits.
↓
(5) New Needle, Clip and put it in VacuumPiston.
↓
(6) Undo.
*Sometimes it is difficult to get the Needle into the Nozzle properly, so please make sure that the Needle fits into the Nozzle by hand.

Used for XELVIS No accuracy problems

No Color, comparable to OEM Product.
After a while after engine OH, oil seal on Generator side and seal on StatorMount started leaking, so I replaced them.
The OEM oil seals that started leaking have only been used for 6 years and 10,000 km since the last OH, and I've treated them with care, but it happens.
The thing itself could be installed without any problems and the leakage was contained.
At the time of purchase, it was much cheaper than OEM, not to mention cheaper than buying a UniversalOil seal, so I was worried.
Not only for OH, but also for normal use, the leakage will suddenly appear one day, and since it is easy to replace, we recommend Stock as a precaution.

The summer Gloves I had been using had torn.

I have been driving a GSX1400 motorcycle for 16 years. The front side of the engine is hard to clean because of the oil cooler, exhaust pipe, oil line, and oil filter, and I have half given up on cleaning it.

What is Throttle Cable?
Throttle Cable refers to a cable that transmits throttle operation to a fuel supply device such as a carburetor. 。 When the Throttle is twisted, the Throttle Cable is pulled, and the Carburetor linked to the Throttle Cable opens the valve, which regulates the engine speed by varying the amount of gasoline supplied.

(1) Remove the register at the bottom of the Switch Box on the RightHandlebar.

(2) Two Accelerator Wires are hooked to the inside of the Grip. 。 Remove the Accelerator Wire from the hole by pulling the wire with your hand to make room for the Accelerator Wire. 。 When doing so, be careful not to damage the surrounding plastics.
The position of the wire ball can only be pulled out at the point where it can be pulled out.
*There are two holes.

(3) On the Carburetor side, there is a ball where the Wire is installed in the same way, so please remove the Wire from the hole. 。
The *carburetor side also has two holes.
↓
(4) Insert the Thailand portion of the new Wire into the holes on the carburetor side and the Throttle side.
Lubricate before installing on the Throttle side.

(5) Tighten the screws of the Switch Box.
The work itself is not difficult at all, so I do not think there will be any problem with individual Levels.
The Thailand part can be removed quickly by changing the angle of the wire slightly.
Wires are also consumables, so periodic inspections and early replacement are recommended.
