Reliable SUNSTAR
I have used Sprocket of other Manufacturers, but I think the durability, quality and MADE IN SUNSTAR is the best.
It was removed after about 20,000 km for chain conversion from 630 to 530, but it is still usable with no large wear.
Other companies sell inexpensive Sprocket, but considering durability, I choose MADE IN SUNSTAR even if it costs more than other companies.
In case you are wondering, the Chain is made by DID and the Sprocket is MADE IN SUNSTAR, and this combination is the best I have ever seen.

The speed range is now easy to use.
GRASS TRACKER BIGBOY Speed had no growth, so Sprocket replacement was performed.
The low-speed Torque drop, which was a concern, was hardly noticeable.
I can now ride comfortably from city driving to Touring.

Fourth gear is now easier to use.
I don't think the top speed is the same, but the pull especially in 4th gear seems to have improved.
Fifth gear feels like it is not overworked at about 60-80 km, but 5th gear is not usable on hills, etc.
Cost performance is high because of the low price.

I used it on a CBR650F 520for conversion.
The original size is 525, so there is not much difference. The throttle response may be a little lighter.
Naturally, both Chain and Driven must be exchanged.
I think the durability will decrease as the size becomes smaller, but since not much time has passed since the replacement, I am not sure how long it will last.
However, the durability of Sprocket depends on the quality of ChainMaintenance as much as possible.
Driven Sprocket is a Material:Aluminumetc. is also available, but I think Driven Sprocket is mostly made of iron.

Why did you choose this product?
The installed Chain was due for replacement, so Chain was Conversion.
This time we will be replacing Sprocket in conjunction with Chain's Conversion.
As for SUNSTAR, we have been using it for a long time and it is durable enough, so we chose it in the expectation that it would be reliable.
Impressions after using it
Since it is for Conversion, the teeth themselves are thin and have the SUNSTAR's unique fleshing out, which is a nice touch. (I forgot to take a picture...)
I installed it and drove the car without any unusual noise, so I think it meets the minimum functionality.
From my own experience, as long as the Chain is properly adjusted, it can be used for a long time.
I will continue to use it carefully so that it will last for a long time.

The GSX-R1000R's front sprocket is a large nut and very hard and tight, so it may need an Impact.

Standard Ding Number Up
SR400 front sprocket replacement (19 Ding⇒20T).
It was considered a standard item on social networking sites, so I tried a DIY replacement. The replacement process is a simple one, if you have the right tools.
The effect of the 5th gear up (?) is that I hardly ever use 5th gear in normal city driving. As a result, I hardly ever use 5th gear in normal city driving. I think it improves fuel economy because I can drive in 5th gear.
At high speeds, the RPMs are about 500 lower than with the 19-digit. This improves fuel efficiency and reduces shaking.
