The sound becomes Large compared to NORMAL.
This time, I exchanged it with Chain.
I've chosen SUNSTAR for peace of mind. 。 Compared with the NORMAL one, the thickness of the Slim one is very thin, and the difference between the thickness of the NORMAL one and the Slim one is big. I was worried and asked my friend about it, but he told me that the NORMAL's sprocket is sanded with resin so that the sound of the drive chain becomes small while driving. That's noise control! After the replacement, the sound of the Chain became loud because there was no soundproofing effect. 。 It's not enough to bother me, so it's not a problem. 。 I don't know about the durability yet as it's still in use.

Installation abandoned …
The product is fine.
Accuracy and usability are impressive, as expected of a domestic product.
However, it is not compatible with the YamahaRacing kit Sprocket.
Note that the Racing kit and OEM parts have different nut configurations and locking systems.
Naturally, you need to make a unified arrangement with Racing kit or OEM Parts.
I didn't realize the above until during the installation process …I didn't have a choice because of my lack of research.

Reliable SUNSTAR and convenient selection
On the 5-speed Mission ZrX1100, for the purpose of controlling the engine speed at cruising, for a long time the 18T (45T for Driven) was installed. However, the 18T had a problem with the stability at the start and at very low speeds, so I switched back to the 17T with the same number of hinges as the OEM.
The result of turning back the Ding Ding number is just as I aimed for, and it came to accelerate a little but agilely at the time of the start and very low speed.
By the way, the chain size is 530⇒520Conversion, so it needs to be MADE IN SUNSTAR, not OEM.
We have been using SUNSTAR's Sprocket many times, and as long as we give it the proper maintenance, we have no worries about its quality and durability.
In addition, it is very convenient and very reliable that you have a lineup for the 520 conversion. I hope that you will continue to meet the demand for the Petit old car, rare car, and conversion car without reducing the size of the lineups in the future.

And then I'll trade for it
I replaced it while I was working on the Rear Sprocket.
It's hard to evaluate anything because it's not a dramatic change in Parts, but it's a well-known manufacturer, so it's safe to use.

I feel safe
Used with the 530. the near-normal outside diameter is between 16T and 17T.
I used the company's 17T before, but because there was no hole to attach the Bolt for loosening, I repurchased the latest one. Now, I don't have to worry about the Nut getting loose.
The Package includes "Forged" Seal!

God Manufacturer
This is a must when changing the wheels of the J-Series. You can use the ERVSeries chain when you change to 520.
Sunstar, you are a god for releasing such a part for a relatively minor car model.
The drivetrain is a rule for me to make the drivetrain as 520 as possible with SUNSTAR front and rear.

Trust Brand
I purchased for KLX250 which is used widely from the usual commuting to touring and circuit driving.
I think the Size was the same as the OEM, etc. (Confirmation required)
The installation and tooth accuracy are naturally no problem.
I would also choose MADE IN SUNSTAR if there is nothing else to buy.

Installed on NINJA1000SX
I changed from OEM 15T to 16T.
Like its predecessor, the NINJA1000SX also has a high CROSSRatio, so the rear has been replaced with a 40T.
I don't think there is any problem with OEM also MADE IN SUNSTAR.
This year, the NINJA1000SX has been equipped with a cruise control, quick shifter, grip heater, etc., and the TourerSports color has become stronger, so I personally think that 16T is the correct GEAR ratio setting.
I don't think you'll regret the exchange.

Cheaper than shady Manufacturer's Products as a result
I got tired of the fact that the roundness of the Sprocket, which I didn't understand the nameless brand I had been using, was bad (the axis didn't come to the Center) and the chain sticking changed according to the place.
You can't be stingy with these things, but only if you use the right Manufacturer's stuff.
Of course, MADE IN SUNSTAR is perfect.
The roundness of the chain sticking is the same no matter where it is measured, and most importantly, the vibration when driving is gone. Above all, the vibration is gone when running.
Speaking of the obvious, I'm talking about Atarimae, but it reaffirmed to me that there are some things that are not good in the world.
Also, SUNSTAR has good teeth.
The shape is neat and standardized, and Chain's bite and separation is very Smooth.
This is the part where even a small difference can give you a tricky feel, so the Hayash domestic products are great.
All Manufactures are made of steel and have no special shape, so people tend to think that the cheaper the better, but that's not true.
There is a decent difference.
I don't want a Sprocket that doesn't roll smoothly, even if it's half the price.

I'm squeamish.
I lowered the price a notch on my cb250r to have a bit more of a torquey feel. It's a bit awkward and I like it. The Sprocket and Chain are quite large parts and the SUNSTAR products are good in appearance and workmanship. The chain is noisy and the cb250r had the same number of hinges as the OEM; I like to change the Chain and Sprocket because I feel refreshed when I change them, and I like SUNSTAR for some reason, so I will continue to use SUNSTAR. I love SUNSTAR for some reason and I will continue to use it. View detail
no doubt
It's not the Merit that you can feel for the Competition products, but it's SUNSTAR, so I think it's the right product. If you are not particularly expensive, the SUNSTAR is the right choice for you if you do not have a large person's situation. The accuracy and shape of the teeth often comes up in the topic, but the accuracy of the spline on the Drive side of the Sprocket is also a large thing. If the worst-case scenario is that Damage appears on the Output Shaft, it will break the engine. View detail

Safe and reliable SUNSTAR
I always use SUNSTAR for Sprocket. Toothpaste is not a SUNSTAR.
Chain is a combination of DID. It is a safe and secure SUNSTAR because it is cheap, selectable and easy to procure.
It's a brand that can be recommended!

Conversion to 520
Conversion to the 520, which has become the mainstream of recent Racers, and Friction I bought them both before and after to reduce loss and to make them lighter
In my previous sense, if you make the KATANA a thin chain like the 520, it would break off ? I had some doubts about the durability of this product, but it's been a while since I installed it, and there is no problem with its durability
I was a conversion from 530 to 520, but from the moment I replaced it, it was an amateur's I quickly found that it worked for me
It is also recommended for those who want to ride heavy Katana as lightly as possible for ease of use

To change the GEAR ratio
I bought it to change the GEAR ratio
Since Driven Sprocket is also a SUNSTAR, the Drive side is also a SUNSTAR Choice As I expected, the accuracy is good and the chain line adjustment is quick and easy
I haven't driven it yet, so I'm concerned about its durability, but more than anything else, I'd like to commend it for its outstanding accuracy I think

Functionally, I'm happy with it
My VTR250F was too low GEAR, so I changed the front sprocket from 14 to 15 I did
At first I thought about making the Tire flat at 70% without playing around with Sprocket, but I had to do it myself Maintenance
The first thing to do was to exchange Sprocket It was a coverLimit, but it worked fine
There is no problem with it, although there is no rubber on the inside unlike OEM None
The effect feels like a lack of Torque on a 5th speed climb (something you can GEARDown if you need to), but Other than that, I targeted the rest
Street The fuel consumption is also improved by 5-10% and does not fall below 30km/liter The durability is still to come

Chain replacement and simultaneous replacement
Due to lack of normal maintenance, Sprocket's teeth were pretty much cut up before the replacement It was a good Timing as it was exhausting
Installation also prepared a 32Size Socket wrench and completed the exchange without any problems
FZ750 (1FM 1985) However, the number of teeth on the webike's vehicle specifications list and SUNSTAR Front Sixteen Rear 44 and a fractional number Sixteen purchased
But the OEM Product I removed is 17, and just to be sure, I looked at the Service Manual 17 and stated
I don't know the exact information as this motorcycle is 35 years old now, but it depends on the production lot Was there a 16/17T setting?

Front1T, I wanted more
The W800 is capable of reaching approximately 2000 rpm in 5 mph (60 km/h), and has the same high-revving engine characteristics as the SS Compared to Motorcycle
It's a low rpm and tosses and turns...
This is when you get into the 100km/h range of speeds above 80km/h on the highway
It doesn't bother me as a thumping vibration of the Engine, but as an unpleasant Vibration
I put Weight in the Handlebar to absorb the slight vibration, but
Still, through footpegs and grips (Personally.) The unpleasant vibration continues
The SDR that used to be my favorite car (200) It's better than that, because that thing was a sharp vibration that made my feet itch
But uncomfortable
So I decided to change the GEAR ratio to deal with it
I can't find a 16T model that fits the W800's standard 15T
The same goes for the Rear Driven Sprocket, which is a 37T, so I'll be looking for a 35T or so I can't find the
I found both front and rear while trying to change the compatible car model from W800 to EN-6f
Let's try it! Since it's a project, I bought FrontSprocket this time with an emphasis on Cost
Since the Speed sensor is a W800 located in the front sprocket, the speed Meter value is out of whack
If you do the math, it's 6% more Well, I guess it's within acceptable limits
I have no complaints from bottom to top thanks to the slow Torque, which was rather fat when I tried it out
I'm going to ride this for a while
SUNSTAR's Sprocket has been a great help to me with the SRX-6, so I'm comfortable with it
