It had its carburetor changed when it underwent a full model change. It adopted a newly developed catalyst to its exhaust system to make it pass the Japanese emission regulation. -

It was a mini adventure motorcycle that had an engine based on that of BIRDIE, the business-use motorcycle. It came in two types. -
HONDA CBR400RR
By having another "R" added to the "CBR400R", which was more or less a tourer model, it underwent a drastic change. The 35-degrees forward tilted water-cooled straight 4 engine was changed. -

The initial model of the YAMAHA's motor scooter, JOG, which has been keeping its fame up till now, had a light and compact vehicle body and an air-cooled 2-stroke engine. -
YAMAHA JOG APRIO/EX
It featured a computer controlled digital ignition and a large storage that could hold a helmet. The EX version was equipped with a front disc brake.
