About the participation details of each team in EWC Final Round Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race
Each main team will participate with the new CBR1000RR SP2 and aim for the champion title at the Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race which will be the 40th anniversary Race.
F.C.C. TSR Honda, which has entered the World Endurance Championship Series (EWC) from the 1st round of the season will aim for the victory of this Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race that will be in the final race of EWC with Stefan Bradl who is participating in the FIM Superbike World Championship Series anf Dominique Aegerter who is participating in the Moto2 class of the FIM Road Race World Championship.
MuSASHi RT HARC – PRO Honda aims for the first victory in three years with Takumi Takahashi, is currently participating in the JSB1000 class of MFJ All Japan Road Race and has experience of three times winning so far in Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race, and Moto2 class rider Takaaki Nakagami. They will be joined by last year’s MotoGP Dutch TT winner Jack Miller, who will be competing at the Suzuka 8 hours for the first time.
Satu HATI Honda Team Asia, which has won eighth place last year’s in Suzuka 8 hours with the highest ranking of Honda, will challenge to aim top prize this year with Dimas Ekky Pratama who is participating in the FIM CEV Repsol Moto 2 European Championship and Ratthapong Wilairot and Md Zaqhwan Zaidi, who are participating in the FIM Asia Road Race Championship.
Au & Teluru Kohara RT will be in the team structure of Kosuke Akiyoshi who is participating in the JRR JSB1000 class, Hikaru Okubo who is participating in the FIM Super Sport World Championship and Tetta Nagashima who is participating in the Moto2 class.
Honda Dream Racing will organize a team focusing on Tatsuya Yamaguchi who is currently participating in the JRR JSB1000 class. And MORIWAKI MOTUL RACING to return to Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race for the first time in nine years aims at winning with the organization of Yuki Takahashi and Ryuichi Kiyonari who are participating in the JRR JSB1000 class.
In addition,DREAM RT SAKURAI HONDA will be the first participant in the JRR J-GP2 class for the first time in two years, with Ryo Mizuno participating in the JRR J-GP2 class and the British Superbike Championship rider Jason O’Halloran
Team SuP Dream Honda,which is a coalition of 16 Honda parts suppliers, will aim to get the champion with Shinichi Ito who has experience of 4 times winner of Suzuka 8 Hours, and Greg Black and Josh Hook who are participating the EWC entry.
