”STREET BUILD OFF” Faces a New Stage

It has been announced that Harley Davidson ”ZONNEVLEK”, made by Japanese custom team ”Custom Works Zon” will be exhibited at the bike show in USA.

The aim is to transmit Japanese custom culture to the world and pursue unlimited possibilities of STREET750.

The first will be the ”2016 Los Angeles Calendar Motorcycle Show”, a custom show that has been held 25 times. ZONNEVLEK has won Grand Prix in the street category.

Winning the Grand Prix, Yuuichi Yoshizawa of Custom Works Zon commented.

”The new model we exhibited won a award and I’m honored to win two awards in USA, the home of custom motorcycles. I’m excited about the fact that a lot of people will have an opportunity to see made in Japan custom bikes at Sturgis.”

ZONNEVLEK will be attending the ”Full Throttle Magazine Bike Show”, ”Harley-Davidson Editor’s Choice Bike Show”, ”Easy Riders Custom Show” and ”Rats Hole Custom Bike Show” at the 76th Annual 2016 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally that is scheduled to be held from 8th August local time.

What is the Custom Project ”STREET BUILD OFF”

The ”STREET BUILD OFF” Project was a custom competition between 5 Japanese leading custom engineers nominated by the Harley Davidson Design Team to pursue unlimited possibilities of STREET750; a Harley Davidson model for the next generation that was developed with ”Blank Canvas” concept.

At Willie G. Design Studio in Harley Davidson’s Head Office, 5 companies produced unique and ultimate custom bikes during a production period of 6 months under the supervision of Japanese Industrial Designer, Dais Nagao. The bikes were exhibited at ”Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show” the world’s biggest custom show, and the headquarters design team chose ”ZONNEVLEK” for Grand Prix.
