HONDA will be releasing 125cc Sports Model GROM with new features on Thursday 9th of June.
Since its launch in June 2013, it has captivated the hearts of trendy young riders and owners of large two wheel motorcycles as their second bike for the easy to use compact body size and full scale equipments such as Inverted Front Suspension and Front & Rear Disc Brake that resemble parts mounted to large sports models.
The new GROM is compact but designed with more aggressive and powerful features that exaggerate the volume and dynamism of the vehicle.
By mounting it with new LED headlight that offers innovative spirit and high quality, the unique front face has emphasized and body features have improved with sharp designs.
The new Hinge Tank Cap is convenient when refueling. It is also the first HONDA motorcycle to be equipped with Retractable Key with folding key blade.
Colors can be chosen from bright ”Pearl Valentine Red”, active ”Lemon Ice Yellow” and fresh ”Pear Himalayas White”. Manufacture’s Suggested Retail Price is 345,600YEN. (Tax included.)

Traveling Performance
[125cc Air-cooling Single Cylinder Engine]
The new GROM is equipped with an Air-cooling 4 Stroke OHC engine. The wide range adjustable torque typical for single cylinders will accelerate the light body with no trouble at all. The injection system is equipped with PGM-FI to offer ideal combustion.
The new GROM is mounted with fat 12 inch tires that have strong visual impact which offer easy handling, comfortable rides and unique running style.
[Cast Wheels]
Aluminum Cast Wheels designed with sharp Y-shaped black spokes are mounted to the underparts of the vehicle. The rigidity of the load from ground point is equalized to offer stable control.
[Brake System]
The front side is equipped with 2 Pod Caliper and Φ220mm disc. Rear side is equipped with Single Pod Caliper and Φ190mm disc.
[Front Suspension]
The Front Suspension is equipped with Telescopic Inverted Fork with Φ31mm inner tube.
[Rear Suspension]
The Rear Suspension is equipped with light weight Mono Suspension. It is developed to offer smooth load shift for stable cornering when racing and comfortable rides when riding pillion.

[LED Headlight]
Dual LED Headlights will offer stylish white lights and improve visuality and conspicuity.
[LED Tail Lamp]
The tail lamp features square shapes that match with the sharp designs of the vehicle. Due to LED lights it has improved visuality and is not only good looking but is highly functionable.
[Digital Meter]
The liquid-crystal display offers several functions such as Speed Meter, Temperature Meter, Distance Meter, Clock and displays engine rpm with a bar graph.
[Tank Cap]
The 5.7 liter fuel tank is equipped with Tank Cap with Aircraft Style Tank Cap with Hinge. Parts are obsessed in detail and will progressively offer pleasure.
