This time , I was invited by Motule Stunt Fest 2017 for judge and show. And USA stunt rider Aaron Twite was invited too. Honestly I knew Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi because it’s very famous, although I didn’t know Da Nang city, after I visited this city it became to my favorite city.

Da Nang is here , middle Vietnam area. Da Nang is river and sea side city and 3rd biggest city in Vietnam.

It was 6 hours flight from Tokyo Haneda airport. First day of Da Nang I started to set up my bike at the workshop.
This workshop is wash cars and tire change store. We borrowed part of work area for set up our bikes.

This time , I brought FRP from Japan and made a tank rip for better riding like this.

I spent 2 days for the set my bike.

And weekend , The Stunt Fest 2017 was held in Da Nang.
They made great arena for this competition! It’s great organized!!

This time’s work is not only show , but also I was this competition’s judge.
Around of me , they are organiser’s staffs. We often work with them in Vietnam , so we became good friends now.

He came from Thailand!

Ninja250 and MSX(Grom) are the most popular stunt bike in South East Asia.

And this time , Kamboja rider came too!! I think this is the one of the biggest competition event in South East Asia.

After the event , we went to some sightseeing spots around Da Nang.
There are a lot of must visit place from Da Nang.
That’s why , I prefer Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi now.

I visited these places. Sorted by my prefer rank and point of touring rider’s view.

1.Marble mountain
Good access from center of Da Nang , and a lot of must see place such as pagodas , cave , statue of buddha and view from peak. But you have to walk in the mountain and that would make you tired.

2.My Son World Cultural Heritage
If you rent scooter , it should be good 50km touring from Da Nang.
You can go Hoi An on your way to My son.

3.Hai van pass peak
You should rent a scooter , because riding winding road is so fun and you can see good view during riding! Way better than bus tour!!

4.Son Tra mountain peak
You can go mountain peak in 40 min from center of Da Nang by scooter.
When I came there , it was cloudy , we could not see anything from mountain. You should go there in a sunny day. Also you can go Linh Ung Pagoda before come here. Must rent a scooter.

5.Linh Ung Pagoda and Lady Buddha
There are big statue of Lady Buddha , some pagoda and traditional buildings. Oops! dogs too!! You can come here by bus. If you wanna go to mountain’s top after this pagoda , you need rent a scooter!

6.Hoi An City
World cultural heritage city. You would see two different face in daytime and night. Atmosphere is completely different!!
You can come to Hoi An by bus or taxi. We chartered taxi for 25$ with 2 people from Da Nang in round-trip.

If you go to Da Nang and you are rider , I strongly recommend you to rent a scooter!! You can go everywhere!!
