Was the installation difficult?
The shop is in charge of the front replacement, so the process is basically to loosen the axle of the rear wheel, lower the tension of the chain, and then remove and install the front sprocket. The front sprocket nut has a high torque of 140Nm and the OEM is very tight, so it may be difficult to remove the front sprocket without a proper tool.
How was your experience with it?
The OEM YZF-R1/M has a secondary reduction ratio of F16/R41, but even in Circuit, it rarely goes into 6th gear, and most people change it Large. Most people change the ratio to a large one. Unless you want to adapt it to a specific Circuit, it can run in any Circuit to some extent.:As for the Set, I think Front1Down is the best solution, running with the OEM GEAR ratio, In second gear, it's hard to ride at high rpm, and in third gear it's a little heavy." Genuine Brembo 19RCS Corsa Corta fitted to YZF-R1
The YZF-R1 came in wanting to be transitioned onto a track related bike so I went to work on the braking system. One of the first things I wanted to change was the annoying stock master cylinder. Obviously, Brembo was the way to go. I decided on this one as it fitted with the specs of the bike in mind. Finding the correct master cylinder was not hard but there were a few choices but I went for this one, the 19RCS Corsa Corta in the end. It had all the requirements I needed so it went in my basket. I had a few other parts and the shipping was reasonable for what I had. EMS got my order to me in 5 days. The master cylinder came with the standard stock lever length which was perfect for my needs. It is the 18 x 20 one so works good with the floating calipers on the bike anyway. It came in the Brembo box and also came with a few copper washers. I had already sourced the HEL line that would make this all work. The master cylinder is a real piece of kit and fitted really well with the bike and the instrument cluster I was leaving in situ. Not a hard job once you have all the parts together. This master cylinder is awesome and so much better than the stock one. Oh and by the way, looks the nuts. There are just so many adjustments that you can definitely find the right setting for your liking. Thanks Webike for the great service you provide. View detail
Be careful and read before you buy this.
This grip could not fit to your motorcycle. Even if the product describes you can use this, it may not be on your bike. I got one cuz it was supposed to fit my bike but it didn't. so I asked it seller(the brand Kijima) and they replied that 'This item is not compatible with Eliminator 450. Eliminator 450(US imported version) and Eliminator 400(Japanese domestic version) are completely different motorcycles. So I asked about the dimensions of the handlebars to official Kawasaki global and they replied 'The diameter of the EL400's handle bar is same as that of EL450's.' I sent this reply to the seller and got the reply 'The compatibility information on our website states that it is universal. Therefore, some processing may be required. Was the one you received as per Image?
It is exactly as shown in the Image. The manufacturer's thoughtfulness can be seen in the anti-scratch Film that was attached when the product arrived.
Was the installation difficult?
It is an Exclusive Screen for Cowl by the same Manufacturer, so it can only be attached as it is attached.
Rather than fastening the Bolt one by one, it is easier to install the Bolt by first temporarily fastening it sparsely and then tightening it at the end.
How was your experience with it?
