Impressions after 100 km of use
The Rear Disc had reached the end of its useful life and was to be replaced with a new one, so the Pad was also replaced accordingly.
I tried using the pad without pad grease and without beveling the pad surface to get an idea of the pad's performance, but it did not squeal.
It did not work well until it hit, but once it hit, it worked well.
When the hit is applied, it works in proportion to the force of the step, so it is very easy to control the Brake.
I don't know about durability as I just started using it, so I will give it 3 stars.

Genuine GBRacing Pulse Cover for Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R 2016
There are some pretty important parts behind the standard pulse cover so this is a must to finish off the protection job. Although it is a small piece, it does an important job. Even though I have the generator cover and the clutch cover, I had to get this one too to make the bike look complete. I cross referenced the part numbers with GBRacing website to make sure I had the right one for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R. The cost that Webike sell for is really good and around the same as I could source locally. I could not tell you for sure what exactly the composite of these covers is but they have fibre and plastic from what I have read. GBRacing have made a composite of the materials to be durable, long lasting and take a good beating if they need to and yet, still protect the bike. They also look really cool. When I got the packages, the pulse cover looks amazing. The finish is a smooth satin black with some great detail in the logo and lettering looks really cool. Install took around an hour for all 3 covers so not a hard job and anyone can do it. Just remove the bolts stated in the instructions and replace with the ones proveided in the packet. Super simple. End result is awesome. Very pleased with how it all looks and now I do not have to worry about damaging anything. Thank you Webike, great help. View detail

What made you decide to buy?
Since the beginning of the New Year 2024, I have been gradually collecting parts and trying to carry out a customization that I have been envisioning since last year … that customization is to replace the front rear sprocket and chain. Why did I choose the Sunstar Racing Steel rear sprocket? The reason for choosing the Sunstar racing steel rear sprocket and chain is that the power and traction control of modern supersports are constantly subjecting the sprocket and chain to high and fluctuating loads. Although there is no change in weight with the stock steel and Sunstar also made of steel, we chose a rear sprocket that delivers super durability that can take the power.
[How was the installation?
When replacing the sprocket, you will need a racing stand to lift the rear tire and a long spinner handle to loosen the axle nut. Also, a Torque wrench is necessary for Torque management.
Float the tire on the rear stand, loosen the axle nut, pull out the shaft, and remove the wheel. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the removed wheel on the stand. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the wheel on the stand.
While removing the Rear Sprocket, it is a good idea to clean up the area around the back of the Sprocket that has become sticky with the Chain lube. After cleaning, fix the Rear Sprocket, but since there is a little play, fix the Sprocket nut while pulling the Chain in the direction where the Chain is pulled. It is recommended to mark the Sprocket nut to confirm the tightness.
How was your experience with it?
At first, I was not sure if I should reduce the number of pins and make it Long, but I didn't want to have a misprint on the Speed display, and I also liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to use the same 43 pins. So there is no change between before and after the replacement, but the OEM 6R is easier to handle. 21 year old ZX-6R has Front 15T, Rear 43 Dings, Reduction Ratio 2.866, Chain linkage 112.

Wound-resistant DURACON
I used to use a Hook bolt also made by J-TRIP, but after repeated use, the bolt was too heavy.
The scratches on the surface of the wheel have made it look dirty, so we decided to replace it with DURACON, which has been used on Ninja 250R and has a good track record.
It is DURACON, so any scratches are not noticeable.

We strictly follow the routine of one in every two Oil changes, so this is fine.
This one also has an O-ring attached, which is convenient.
There were two types of large O-rings in the package. I used the one with the smaller diameter wire, but I think it is fine.
Is it because of these two types of O-rings that I feel like there are so many compatible car models listed?
A certain "Kansai Soul", which is only cheap, is poorly made, but I think this one can be used with peace of mind.

Gilles High Quality
These Gilles paddock stand bobbins are a little larger than the previous version and use a clever system that holds the spool onto the screw in adapter using a retaining ring inside the spool (see picture). As with the older model the outer spool rotates freely from the adapter when installed. This helps reduce wear on the spool and makes lifting the bike easier. The spool itself is made of a special polymer/plastic that is much harder wearing than Aluminium. The instructions don’t provide a torque setting for the adapter and suggest using a spanner for installation. However there is a Hex fitment on the back of the adapter thread (see picture) that allows for the use of an Allen/Hex key for installation and removal. High quality made item. View detail
Be careful when making a hit.
I have not purchased this product in a long time.
It is a good quality pad that can be used on public roads and circuits in all weather conditions.
The Control at the beginning of the grip is similar to the Rear, which is useful when the foot is unstable.
Braking power doesn't matter in the rain, and it doesn't become blatantly ineffective like a cheap Pad.
It's a little further back that you'll get decent braking power compared to the Pad, which has a quicker startup.
The braking force is satisfactory for use on public roads.
With Circuit, you have to grip it hard to get enough braking power.
I guess that's what I'm talking about in exchange for Control.
I have no complaints about the release condition of the Pad at my Level.
Compared to the 6POT Pad, if overused, Lever will be in the back.
But that is only at the beginning. If you adjust Lever to a wider range beforehand and start driving, there is no problem.
I think it is a good Pad to use with BPF, in my opinion.
This level is just right for that characteristic of gripping a little and entering with a "scauper" sound, and then returning with a jerk after releasing.
I don't think the price is too high, so I will still be Repeat.
What you have to be careful about is when you make a hit.
It does not work as well as you might think, so be sure to check the effectiveness of the system or there is a high risk of a rear-end collision.
Be careful if you use Brake strongly from the beginning and stop after a short distance.

brembo is a trusted brand when it comes to brake parts.
This time I bought it as a Brake Disc for SpareWheel to use in Race.
[Super Sport] Floating Disc is already in use, so there is no mistaking its performance.
Compatible ZX-10R models are DISC DIA. Since it is Φ330, it takes a little time for the Brake to work properly at low temperatures.
It needs to be warmed up with a firm Brake in a sighting wrap.
The higher the temperature, the more stable the Breaking can be.

Since I changed to Marchesini Wheels, I decided to buy Titanium wheels anyway.
Was the installation difficult?
Just apply Screw locker and tighten.

The sparkling Titaniumium Bolt is one of self-indulgence
Also, they don't rust like iron Bolts.
Could be good for someone who wants to clean it up.

OEM is 30mm while Zita is 22mm
Change to the optimum length for an OEMBolt that is too long
They say it contributes to weight reduction.
If you're worried about it, there's a 28mm version, so you might want to choose that one.
Marchesini is 22mm in appropriate size, so you can keep 22mm.
The Bolt in the middle of the image is the Bolt that comes with Marchesini and is too long.
Be careful not to scratch the Wheel through the Adapter.
How did it compare to other products?
The good thing is that it is much cheaper than βTitanium
βMaterial:While Titaniumium costs less than 3000 yen for 1 pc, Zita's is less than half the price at 1243 yen.
If this is the only one, βMaterial:You can choose Titaniumium if you want.
The difference between the front and rear wheels is 24,000 yen.
If you want to use with color, you have to choose βTitanium, but I chose Zita because it has a good base.
