Genuine DID 520ERVT Replacement Chain Link
I always like to have some of these in stock in case of any issue during fitting different chains. The DID 520ERVT is one I do have in stock but have no spares. I found this chain link by just searching through the DID inventory on Webike website. It was really easy to find so you should be just fine. I ordered a few other different chain links along with this as I do like options with spare links. All were shipped together and this saved some shipping cost. My order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The chain link came in a nice sealed packet with all that is needed to refit. You do get the white grease packet in this size chain so that's always a good thing, I have a lot of these anyway but you cannot have too many. The chain link is very well made one, it also is in the gold colour so nice looking too and it is also embossed with the DID logo so you know it's genuine. I keep the rivet link type and this clip joint type but had ran out of this version, hence the purchase. Very happy with these small purchases and these will keep me going for future. Thank you Webike. View detail
The oil filler cap is very convenient to use and decorate
Daytona brand is a famous brand in the production of spare parts for motorbikes from engines to decorations. In particular, the product set of oil cap, reservoir cap and bar ends comes from Daytona premium, I feel the quality is improved compared to normal Daytona. With this set of oil caps, compared to the original cap, I find that it is not only used for decoration with many colors to choose from, but also can be easily opened and closed to make changing the oil easier. With a normal OEM oil cap, I usually spend about 2 to 3 minutes opening and closing the oil cap. With the Daytona oil cap, it only takes 30 seconds to do that. View detail

Nice upgrade from stock wires
Since I upgraded my ignition system during an engine rebuild, I decided to get brand new spark plug wires as well. NGK appears to be the best choice, and the price from this retailer was lower than my local bike parts store. Honestly can't tell or feel a difference between these and the OEM ones,It seems like cold starting is easy. but hey, they're red and they look cool... plus they are backed by NGK, so you know the quality is solid. Fits: YAMAHA SR250, SUZUKI 250SB, HONDA 250T LACustom, HONDA AX-1, HONDA CL135, HONDA CL350, HONDA CL72, HONDA CL77, HONDA CM250T, HONDA CM400T, HONDA CRM250AR, HONDA CRM250R, HONDA FTR223D, HONDA FTR250, HONDA GB250 CLUBMAN, HONDA GB400TT, HONDA GB500TT, HONDA MT250ELSINORE, HONDA MTX125R, HONDA MTX200R
Does not fit the KL250 Sherpa.
The Manufacturer's list of compatible models says it is compatible with KL250 Sherpa, but that's too long.
If installed normally, there will be excess
The quality of the product itself is not bad, so I think it will be fine for cars with longer forks.
KL250 Sherpa's Fork outerTop to bottom of trident is 240mm
Catalogue value WheelTravel is 230mm
100mm remains above the Outer even when shrunk the most without processing.
This would make Stroke about 130mm.
If it was just for Inner Tube protection purposes, it would be fine, but I don't think it is, so I cut it off, even though it will look very ugly lol.
In hindsight, I lightly regret that using the top half wouldn't have made it so ugly.
However, even in this state, the Stroke will be reduced by about 50mm
Boots itself becomes Bump rubber.
Even other companies' products that say they are compatible with KL250 Sherpa are quite long.
Would it be better to just use a shorter product with more extension?
Maybe I'm losing my mind, but I'd like to find a good product!
I bought it + even processed it so I'll be using it for a while lol.

Good looking!
The OEM filler cap on my CB400SF had deteriorated and was not looking good, so I replaced it.
I purchased this product because the Ditona product was good in terms of Cost. Installation was a simple task of removing and replacing the OEM, but I was a little concerned about the ORing being a little loose, but there are no oil leaks, so I think it is a good idea.

Easy to grip due to its folded shape
I replaced the lever because it had been broken by a standing fender bender. I think it is easy to grip even for a person with small hands due to its folded shape. However, the quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) If you want to replace the Levers with different shapes, you should use the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) We recommend replacing the lever at the same time. Changed from Clip to Crimp
When replacing the chain on the KLX230R, the ERVT came with a clip-type joint, but the clip didn't fit well and I had to press-fit it too much and it failed, so I decided to use a Crimp joint, which I am used to.
I think the Crimp is fine for me, and the Crimp is easier to work with because I'm used to it.

Buy wisely in bulk! Recommendation for those who own several motorcycles!
10 pieces Quantity for business use" at a great price:The "Set" is a great recommendation for those who own several motorcycles, because you can buy them in bulk at a low price! It may seem like a lot to have 10 sets at once, but I have a Ninja 250SL and a Z125, and the discount is very helpful for me! View detail

Front sprocket15T CB250R
HONDA CB250R's NORMAL is 13T, but we changed it to 15T because we have to turn the Engine on the highway. No modification is required and it can be installed with Bolt On.
No readjustment of the speedometer is required.
With the NORMAL 13, the Meter display showed 88 km/h even at a GPS speed of 80 km/h, which is about 10% higher. However, after replacing the front sprocket with a 15T, the GPS speed and Meter speed are now almost identical.
I expected to see an increase in distance in terms of fuel consumption, but the higher GEAR ratio and higher engine load offset this increase. However, the higher GEAR ratio and higher engine load offset the increase in speed, and fuel consumption was essentially unchanged from the time when the engine was in NORMAL 13.

Difficult to install on ZX-25R, maybe body issue?
When I installed it on my ZX-25R, it became hard in the middle and could not be tightened all the way. It was floating so much that you could see it.
When I went to Home center and bought a Nut with the appropriate Pitch and tried it, I was able to tighten it to the end, so it may be a MotorcycleBody issue.
Not knowing if I could tighten it by force, I brought it to Kawasaki Plaza for regular maintenance and had it tightened. (I don't know what adjustments were made, as I didn't see them)
After that, there is no problem, especially no Oil leakage.
I'll try Wiring next time.
