original quality
You have to have a little mechanical ability, but its worth the effort to put it in yourself. A little pricy for older bikes, but not as pricy as the newer models.I installed this clutch in a cmx 250 that I used as , and it made my riding experience much better.definitely good quality.took me about 1 hours the first time . Do you need a clutch set?. Did the clutch set make my bike more fun in the road?Yes. View detail
Best kit if you are looking to improve the clutch appearance and durability
About quality and texture - The reinforced 6 clutch disc kit from Kitaco is made from aluminium, steel and fibres with a lovely machined surface finish on the outer rim, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - The reinforced 6 clutch disc kit would have to be the best kit if you are looking to improve the clutch appearance and durability over the original setup. Would have also been nice if all six posts had been drilled and tapped to accept the corresponding aftermarket clutch lifter plates. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when upgrading the clutch system is a set of heavier clutch springs. There are varying degrees of aftermarket clutch springs available, just depends what suits you. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the reinforced 6 clutch disc kiti is an intermediate task that took 1.0 hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of special tooling and basic hand tools is what is required to access the engine internals and assemble the clutch kit to secure onto the main shaft of the tramsmission. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the reinforced 6 clutch disc kit is no different. About shipping and packaging - With there being no significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the reinforced 6 clutch disc kit, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. From service parts to performance products and even motorcycle gear and apparel, Webike always seem to satisfy my needs in regards to availability and pricing. View detail

Gradual work to improve the performance of the HONDA SUPER CUB 50 CUSTOM engine has led to the need to replace the leading star with more teeth. I did not experiment with manufacturers and looked at the availability of a star with the necessary parameters from KITACO, in their assortment I found the detail I needed. As always, KITACO was not let down, the material and processing quality are at their best!!! View detail

Might increase fuel economy?
The FSprocket has not been replaced yet and has not been run much, but it feels good.
The Meter reading was previously 4000 rpm at 60 km travel, but after the replacement, it became 3500 rpm and I was able to travel up to 6th gear without any discomfort.
Next time I will replace and adjust RSprocket and see.

The weight of the description does not Ate.
OEM 3-type for horizontal JOG (480g) I bought it for the weight Up rather than the
The description gives a weight of 515g, but the actual measurement is only 496g.
OEMs usually increase or decrease by about 5g because of balance shaving, etc,
I could not think of writing an imprementation that I would recommend to others if the Cut-out Outer had an error of almost 20g!
[Regarding installation].
50cc horizontal JOG (3KJ/5AUCase before regulation, 5BM/5SUCase after regulation)
Case cover Gasket is required.
However, the shaft part is thicker than OEM, so when you stop the Nut, insert the O-ring, and try to close the Cover.
The gap with Bearing on the Cover will be insufficient.
So we need to take measures such as thinning the O-ring
・3WF
There's plenty of room to spare. o-ring should be as thin as the 50 story?
You can replace the Nut that stops the Outer with a thin Nut for 50cc

What made you decide to buy?
Since the beginning of the New Year 2024, I have been gradually collecting parts and trying to carry out a customization that I have been envisioning since last year … that customization is to replace the front rear sprocket and chain. Why did I choose the Sunstar Racing Steel rear sprocket? The reason for choosing the Sunstar racing steel rear sprocket and chain is that the power and traction control of modern supersports are constantly subjecting the sprocket and chain to high and fluctuating loads. Although there is no change in weight with the stock steel and Sunstar also made of steel, we chose a rear sprocket that delivers super durability that can take the power.
[How was the installation?
When replacing the sprocket, you will need a racing stand to lift the rear tire and a long spinner handle to loosen the axle nut. Also, a Torque wrench is necessary for Torque management.
Float the tire on the rear stand, loosen the axle nut, pull out the shaft, and remove the wheel. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the removed wheel on the stand. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the wheel on the stand.
While removing the Rear Sprocket, it is a good idea to clean up the area around the back of the Sprocket that has become sticky with the Chain lube. After cleaning, fix the Rear Sprocket, but since there is a little play, fix the Sprocket nut while pulling the Chain in the direction where the Chain is pulled. It is recommended to mark the Sprocket nut to confirm the tightness.
How was your experience with it?
At first, I was not sure if I should reduce the number of pins and make it Long, but I didn't want to have a misprint on the Speed display, and I also liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to use the same 43 pins. So there is no change between before and after the replacement, but the OEM 6R is easier to handle. 21 year old ZX-6R has Front 15T, Rear 43 Dings, Reduction Ratio 2.866, Chain linkage 112.

Why is the same number of Ding as OEMs so expensive….
What made you decide to buy?
I have been working on the ZX-6R for 3 years now, and the mileage is about 10,000 km. I thought it was too early to replace them, but since all the parts were available during the spring sale, I decided to replace them.
[How was the installation?
I found information that the Torque of the Engine Sprocket nut fixing the front sprocket was halfway tight, so I loosened the Engine Sprocket nut using an electric Impact wrench from Tirefor Replacement. After that, I tightened the rear brake with the torque wrench at the specified torque of 147Nm, and finally, I bent the washer over the nut using the water pump pliers to prevent it from loosening.
*We are planning to describe this replacement work in our maintenance diary. Please take a look if you like.
How was your experience with it?
At first I was not sure whether to go with 16T or not, but I liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to go with 15T, the same as the OEM. So there was no change between before and after the replacement. The normal specifications list on the product page says 16T, but the 21-year ZX-6R has 15T Front, 43 Rear, 2.866 reduction ratio, and 112 Chain links.

Genuine DID replacement chain link
As I said before, I always like to have some of these in stock in case of any issue during fitting different chains. The DID 520ERV7 is one I do not surrently have in stock so no spares. I found this chain link by just searching through the DID inventory on Webike website. It was really easy to find so you should be just fine. I ordered a few other different chain links along with this as I do like options with spare links. All were shipped together and this saved some shipping cost. My order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The chain link came in a nice sealed packet with all that is needed to refit. You do get the white grease packet in this size chain so that's always a good thing, I have a lot of these anyway but you cannot have too many. The chain link is very well made one, it also is in the gold colour so nice looking too and it is also embossed with the DID logo so you know it's genuine. These chains are generally used on tracxk bikes from a 530 or 525 conversion so I do use a lot of them. As you can imagine, I go through a lot. Very happy with these small purchases and these will keep me going for future. Thank you Webike. View detail

OEM alternative.
I have been abusing my car, Clutch, which is 90% safe driving lessons and 10% touring, so it finally slipped. That is why I had no choice. I purchased this one and replaced it.
GPZ900R, but the engine has been replaced by GPZ1000RX, so please be careful when purchasing parts. disc, plate, and spring are one more than 900, and everything is in one pack except Gasket and Oil, so it is easy to change to Large kit. The kit is easy to use and convenient.
The disc corks are painted blue, but the OEM disc has a slit at an angle, but this is a very common type. The cork of the disc has a diagonal slit on the OEM disc, but this disc has a very common type of slit. Before assembly, it was necessary to soak the disc and plate in oil. When assembling the spring, the push rod is pushed, so you must push the center as hard as you can before assembling the spring. If you don't do this, I think you will break Housing.
After the replacement, the clutch lever felt heavier than the Large lever.
We had been using ZX-14 Release and MASTER to reduce the weight of the clutch lever, but after replacing it with this clutch kit, the weight became about the same as that of a NORMAL GPZ900R. Meet point is a little far? I wonder if it was like this.... It is like this.
As for the performance, let me just say Good!"
The clutch was slipping and I had no choice but to replace it with this kit instead of the OEM one. Hopefully, it will last longer than the OEM.
