Zr-7 is now 520.
We have finally achieved the 520Conversion of Zr-7 that we have wanted to work on for a long time.
Since it is not a part that is changed frequently, I installed one Up 17T while I was at it.
My personal impression is that the speed increases after the Engine speed exceeds 5,000 rpm, and it feels more comfortable than with the 16T.
I also did not feel any particular sluggishness in acceleration when starting to open the door from the low RPM range, so I have a good feeling about it in general.

Required in winter!
It has been 3 months since I installed the Grip heater on my NC750X and the day to use the Grip heater has arrived. The warmth is not a problem, but the Horn is above the blinker on Honda cars, so the blinker is not easy to operate with winter gloves. Since we did not expect to use Winter Gloves when we installed the Grip, we had to change the position of the Grip in a hurry. Even after changing the position, the connectors on the Grip heater are still in the way (especially when turning right) and the operation is not easy. The same series I bought before had the hole positioned perfectly, but it was gapped by about 1cm, perhaps due to individual differences.

Since Handlebar is sold with pre-machined mounting holes, I thought it would be meaningless if the holes were gapped.
I think the Handlebar itself has a good texture and shape.

Punishment is outstanding.
I felt that the front suspension of my 2017 vSTROM650 was getting worn out after 40,000 km, and I was dissatisfied with the NORMAL suspension because it was not supple enough to begin with, so I decided to take the plunge and replace it.
I am an amateur, but I lifted up the body of the car by myself, removed the oil from the top, and then removed the spring from the top and installed it.
The work was simple, but the front fork cap was hard and unstable, so it was difficult to do and took about three hours.
After the replacement, they are more supple and softer than the normal ones, and the road surface tracking performance has improved and the ride quality is better.
If I wanted, I would prefer to have an adjustable function even if the price is higher, but even as it is, it is much better than NORMAL.
If the Spring becomes worn out after several tens of thousands of kilometers, it will be replaced with the same one.
(As a side note, I was so impressed with the improvement of the Front that I installed a suspension from Bird's in the Rear as well. It is also much better than OEM)
Even just by replacing the suspension, the suspension is improved and absorbs the impact of rough roads, and is stable even at high speeds.

No slipping, easy ankle hold
OEM footpeg was replaced because it was slippery on rainy days.
Thanks to the Knurl process, it feels as if it bites into the sole of the foot, and the feeling of operation is increased without slipping at all.
I am very happy with the new ankle hold.
The pin for the angle adjustment is thin, and I am a little concerned about whether the hole on the receiving side will widen or the pin will break, but after running about 1000 km, there is no wobble and the Large seems to be strong.

Genuine Suzuki Piston for SV650 2007
The pistons on this bike were not sliding well and starting to cease on one cylinder and therefore it needed a new set up. for both I found the correct parts for the SV650 by using the tools Webike provide in their help section and cross referencing via Suzuki Parts Schematics. Not really a hard find at all. These do fit a lot of different models so are available. The price that Webike had these listed for was really good value. With some other parts in my basket, I placed my order and everything was shipped using EMS and arrived in 5 days. The packages were all well padded out and no damaged was found. The pistons were in their own little Suzuki boxes and both the pistons looked superb. I had already sourced the piston rings and other parts needed for this overhaul previously, so I had everything ready to go when these arrived. I was really pleased with the quality of the pistons, there were no weird shavings or swarf in the boxes and the pistons were clean and free from any contaminants. The new rings fitted eaily and no other issues were found. Not too difficult to fit and well worth the effort involved. Thanks Webike. View detail

I didn't return it because I noticed it after I installed one of them.
The box is in the worst possible sticky condition.

SEROW Filler cap
This is a replacement for an OEM cap. the OEM filler cap was not damaged, it was simply a dress-up. one point it has a nice accent with color. there was also a hole for a wire lock. View detail
