klx250Brake pin replacement
I had no problems, but since it is an old car, I replaced the brake pin to prevent it from sticking due to rust, and since it is integrated with the cap of the blind, I don't have to worry about losing it. View detail

effective
I used it on a KSR-? I used it on a KSR-?
I've already replaced it with a regular new Plug at the Shop's delivery service, and I didn't have any problems with it.
I popped Windshield IRIDIUM in the mood.
After the replacement, the first thing to start is a KICK. It used to take 2 to 3 kicks.
When I started driving, I noticed that the Rose around 5000 rpm (based on the Tachometer reading I had installed over the New Year's break) was reduced.
In addition, the engine has a strong extension from 6000 rpm. In other words, the speed of the vehicle is improved.
I don't think I experienced as much of a difference with the Hackdrill when I put the then VXPlug on my old Large TZr250...
Because SmallEngine Displacement Volume? Improved technology? It changes a lot.
Iridium plugs are installed from the beginning on new cars nowadays, but I think they are effective for old cars, 2nd strokes, and SmallEngine Displacement Volume.

Heater performance is Large satisfactory
Only the palm side of the hand gets warm, and the back side is exposed to the wind, so the fingertips and other parts of the hand remain cold, but the warming effect is large enough to warm the palm side alone, and the degree to which the hand becomes numb and immobile after a long ride has been considerably reduced. The power is supplied from the car body, so there is no need to worry about the power supply or hassle when using it.
However, the performance as a grip when the heater is not used is not so good:the rubber itself is thin and has low cushioning, and the surface has little mold, so it requires a little bit of grip when operating the throttle. It is not a problem when riding around town, but it is a little hard when long touring.
I thought that the switch part (the part you press when turning on the power) was separate from the Indicator part, but in fact it is one piece, so the switch part is Large, which could cause accidental power (switching) operations when operating the Blinker.

Purchased because OEM Boots ripped.
I chose this one because it was somewhat cheaper than the SEROW250 OEM.
There are more bellows than OEM.
The length of the screw that fastens the upper side is so long that I feel it might hurt my hand when I hit it while working, but I changed the angle so that it is difficult to touch.

Standard Grip heater
KIJIMA's Grip heater is a standard item, but this is the first time I have purchased one. Until now, I have been using DAYTONA products. The quality was not that different from that of DAYTONA.
The shape of the Wiring Connector, and whether the Grip has a core or not?
I think the Grip is the same thickness and quite thin.
I think the length from the cord coming from the Grip and Switch to the Connector is too short for a Handlebar Up Type Motorcycle. It is necessary to be creative in handling.
There is a 2x price difference between a separate Switch and an integrated Switch. I hope the integrated type is a little cheaper.

Both Boots and Frame can be protected.
When I was riding my YZ125, the Frame and Boots rubbed against each other.
I bought it to keep both Boots and Frame down as they are both coming down.
The frames have not decreased in size, and the boots do not seem to hurt as much because the plastic is softer around the boot.
However, the Frame protector was clearly more sharpened after just one ride.
I thought it needed to be replaced regularly.
I did not feel any particular discomfort in the Knee gripetc. when I rode.

The NORMAL air bleed cap is a minus screw.
If you open and close it many times, the Screw Mount will be crushed.
This makes it easier to bleed the air itself and prevents the Screw threads from being crushed.
There have been instances such as when the Fork Overhaul is sent to the Shop for shipping, or when Oil comes out during servicing.
I am keeping the NORMAL ones and replacing them when Fork is serviced.

My motorcycle is a YAMAHA XMAX300. I replaced the brembo brake calipers on my motorcycle, but because the pump was not replaced, it doesn't feel so good to use. So this time I gritted my teeth and bought a brembo 15RCS. After replacing it, the effect was different, the brake became linear and not stiff. The feel is also better. -------------------------------------------------- -------- My motorcycle is YAMAHA XMAX300. Satisfied ( ??? )
This is my first time installing a Grip heater and it works great!
As stated in the instruction manual, it would be easier to insert the Throttle side if it is warmed and softened once when the Grip is installed.
In my case, I had to shave the Throttle sleeve with File. I thought that if I shaved a little, it would fit, but I had to shave it until it was almost smooth to fit.
Mounted with heat-resistant Grip bond.
It's about 10 degrees Celsius outside and with winter gloves, Level 4 is warm enough. This was a good buy!

Radialization of brembo makes it easier to control.
[How is it used?
The OEM Master Cylinder was a brembo Semi-radialType MASTER with 3-step ratio adjustment (MCS). I was not worried about the touch, but I wanted to overhaul the master cylinder, but the price was not that much different from the OEM master cylinder because there was no Piston Single Item and I could only replace the master cylinder with an assembly. I decided to replace it with a radial master cylinder because the price was not that much lower than the OEMMASTER and I could overhaul it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The package arrived in a gorgeous brembo style, but the product itself is a racing master, so it was a simple design with no unnecessary features.
Was the installation difficult?
It is the same as replacing a normal master cylinder, so if you can add a fluid and bleed air after replacing the master cylinder, you can replace the brake. However, since the brake is a life-threatening part, it is safe to ask a shop to replace it if you have never done so before.
How was your experience with it?
The OEMMASTER was 16×19-21, so I tried the MASTER with the same Piston size of 16×18, but the lever needs to be gripped more than before due to the smaller Ratio. I think the MASTER with 17mm Piston size is just right for the Caliper (M50 for STREET TRIPLERS) with 30mm Piston of brembo. I think it is good to use 16mm.
Although the grip has increased, the Brake is now firm from the beginning even with a light grip, and if you grip just enough, it will stop that much more firmly. This is partly due to the fact that the ABSUnit is still in use, but the Touch is a little fluffy, and honestly, if you want to grip it, you can grip it as far as you want. In fact, if you set the Lever distance too close to the Switch box, it will hit the Switch box immediately. Especially when the Throttle is a Ride-by-Wire model, the switch box and Throttle holder become large, and the lever hits the switch box more easily.
At first, I could not get used to the difference from the previous Touch feeling, and I sometimes gripped it too much, resulting in too much stopping.
However, the interference between the Lever and Switch box, which was a concern, was caused by heat coming in during the Race, so I will try to counteract this by changing the Lever or adding a Remote adjuster.
[Included Parts:were they on?
In addition to the MASTERBody, a Crash washer and Hydraulic Brake Switch are included. a Reserver tank and Hose are not included, so if the original tank or hose are not available, they must be prepared separately.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
As this was my first Radial master cylinder, I would say that this is about as good as it gets in terms of Touch feel. However, I was not satisfied with the touch feeling. It only stops as long as you hold it." This is exactly what I mean.

Will not interfere with OEMChain Guard!
It was said that up to 51 rear sprockets could be installed on a WR250R without modification (chain replacement is required), but we decided to increase the number of sprockets to 50 to make room for more sprockets. At the same time, the Front Sprocket was reduced by one to 12, so it became very short, but it is very powerful on forest roads. It is also manageable on public roads. I was concerned about the excessive effect of the embellishments, so I changed the Front back to the OEM 13, but the Rear is still 50. I think the current condition is the best unless the car is too hard/enduro. View detail
