Use with Ootani Coil
[How is it used?
Model used:FTR223
Applications:Street riding, Touring, Circuit
Period of use:About 3 years or so
Number of bottles used:About 4 Repeat purchases
Was the one you received as per Image?
As you can see in the image, the electrode is thicker than the one made by Denso, so I felt I could use it with the Votani Coil.
Was the installation difficult?
As long as you have a plug wrench, you should be able to do it without any problem if you are careful about the angle when tightening. There was no need to remove the tank.
How was your experience with it?
As mentioned in the Title, I will describe my impressions of using it with the Uotani Coil.
First of all, I was able to run with no trouble with the Utani Coil for the duration of its use. The electrode melted and I could not run. This was not the case.
The Iridium plugs themselves are good, as they are used in conjunction with the Utani Coil, but the start-up was very good, and the torque feeling was Large.
The Iridium plugs were excellent in terms of starting and torque, but once the electrodes got dirty from getting covered up, starting became extremely difficult, so I think the Standard Plug BP5HA would be a better choice for car bodies that use Watani Coil and tend to get covered up.
The Life had been replaced with a new one between 5,000km and 6,000km, as the Torque feeling changes after about 5,000km.
[Included Parts:were they on?
None
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None
Point and hang of installation
Anti-seizure agent on the screw part of the Plug (Anti-seeds、CopperCompoundetc.) can be applied to prevent it from becoming a Trouble the next time it is replaced.
I've been doing it that way for more than a decade, and I've never had a problem with the plug burning off.
Also, it's not enough to tighten the plug as hard as you can, so read the product description carefully and do the work.

Not compatible with Wr155?
I bought this as a spare, thinking that if it fits the Yzf-r15, it will also fit the wr155 of the same Engine.
However, it seems that the one on the fit was an older model.

If you're replacing it at the right distance, it's normal.
[How is it used?
I change Oil in Ninja400 every 3000km and change Element once for every 2 Oil change. also change after using Gasoline additive etc.
How was your experience with it?
The filter area is smaller than OEM, but if you change the element at the right distance, you can use it without any problem. I think that OEM Element has more filter area to prevent trouble even if you don't change Element.
How did it compare to other products?
It's easier to get it at actual stores than OEM, so it's something that's convenient.
[Points to note]
To keep the engine in good condition, it is more important to change the oil at the right distance than to use good oil or good filter.

OEM sense of security
The price is cheap, and above all, there is a sense of security of OEM.
As you can see in the picture, it is a Washer of the type that deforms plastically when the drain bolt is fastened with the proper Torque and Sea Ring, so reuse is not allowed.
Tightening must be done at the specified Torque.
After tightening and filling the oil, degrease the area around the drain bolt carefully with percuri to make it easier to find the oil leak if there is one. If you just wipe off the oil, you will see the remaining oil on the surface and in the gap. Because it is panic.
It's safer to make sure there are no leaks after driving after an Oil change.

It works better than you can imagine.
I ride a ZX-9R F-type.
The only reason I bought it was that it was a hassle to buy the Oil Element every time I needed to change the Oil, so I didn't expect anything from the Others.
I switched from the regular Element to this one and the engine started to blow up lighter.
It is thought to be because the resistance to the oil pump is small.
In Others, the water temperature dropped by 3 degrees.
This is because the heat radiation of Element itself is high, and the temperature of Oil has decreased, and the water temperature rise of 9R which has the water temperature type Oil cooler is suppressed.
As for the dustproof performance of the Filter, it is difficult to see a clear replacement, but when the Filter part is dipped in kerosene, a certain amount of dirt comes to the surface, so I think it has a certain performance.
I think that many people will change the oil in less than 3000km, so even without the dustproof performance, if you look at the effect of the amount of oil inflow, the reduction of resistance, the suppression of oil temperature rise, etc., I feel that it is a very reasonable product in terms of vehicle protection.

Ideal for older motorcycles
I replaced the horizontally mounted Master Cylinder.
I replaced it because I wanted a more Linear feel and it was the right choice.
I'm changing from a 5/8 to a φ19, so even though the Lever ratio has changed, the Brake lever stoke is shorter.
I'm replacing the billet lever with an antlion billet lever, and the adjuster was third from the largest on the horizontal Master Cylinder.
In the semiRadial master cylinder, the fourth largest Adjuster is Quantity:Set
Now, when you hold Lever, LeverControl can be done in the same position as when you hold the horizontally placed Master Cylinder.
Since the viewpoint of the Lever is farther and the Lever is longer than that of the horizontally mounted Master Cylinder, Brake can be used with less force than before.
Breaking of the same strength is possible. (Principle of leverage)
Thanks to this, the Stroke has become smaller, but the power is not needed as much as before, so Contour has become easier.
However, as you can see in the picture, if I cut the Handlebar all the way on the ZX-7R, it makes contact with the Meter.
After that, I use the Fluid Tank that came with it originally.
The antlion billet lever will turn off the brake switch when the brake lever is released quickly, but if it is released slowly, the brake switch will stay on in the On state.
I had no choice but to replace it with a horizontal MASTER Brake switch and the problem went away.
Be careful when replacing the Billet lever with the Other Brand Product billet lever.
