Genuine Honda HRC Tensioner Lifter Assembly for NSF250R 2016
This was the final part that needed to be ordered for the NSF250R for the piston rebuild project. We were also doing a new replacement for teh camshaft chain and of course, whilst changing that, made sense to change out the tensioner too. As before, finding the correct part was really easy due to the fact, this ony fits this model of race bike. You honestly cannot make a mistake as long as you have the right year. The price Webike had this listed for was really good value and a lot better than I could get here at home from my local Honda dealer. This of course makes sense as Honda is a Jpanese brand so you get a better deal going direct to buy. My order had a few parts in it and I decided to get them all shipped together to save a littel on cost. My preferred courier these days is EMS as they just do what they say the will and get it delivered fast. In 5 days from shipping my packages arrived. They were packed really well and there was no signs of any damage during transit. The tensioner lifter assy came in the usual Honda packet but this was a bubble wrap packet too to keep the tensioner safe. The mechanism is free moving, the machining is crisp and clean and free from random shards. The mount points are well milled and just waiting to get this all back together now. Genuine Honda HRC Piston for NSF250R 2016
The piston was shot and defintiely needed a new one to get it back on track and racing again. As this is a small team, I have done a lot of work for them. Finding the correct part for this bike was not tricky and I used the Honda HRC schematics to cross reference for my own peace of mind. The prices for all these parts for the piston rebuild project were far better value than I could source locally so added to the basket. I also added the 2 piston rings needed along with a couple of other parts. I had all the order shipped using EMS as I know the timeframe of delivery and it never fails. All delivered in 5 days from shipping. All my parts were individually packed and no damage was found during transit. The piston itself was also in the HRC box which also protected it. The quality of this piston as brilliant, the machining is perfect and no flaws that I can see. The surfaces are smooth as expected, this really is a very well made piston and I cannot wait to get all this fired up and see what the little bike sounds like again. Brillaint job Webike. Genuine Honda HRC Cylinder Head Gasket for NSF250R 2016
This is a customers private older race bike which needed some attention. This head gasket also need to be changed as it would be of no use after being removed anyway. The part was not hard to find, just like the other ones in my order. These only fit the one bike so you honestly cannot get it wrong. I did use the toold Webike provide and them cross referenced with Honda schematics for my own peace of mind as this was a critical job. The price was as expected from Webike and better than my local Honda dealer could do anyway, no brainer. Upon receipt from EMS which arrived in 5 days, the gasket is in one piece and no signs of damage at all. The gasket is made very well and is stiff but flexible enough to manouvre into place. Once all the parts were assembled and in place where I needed them the big refit commenced. Not too bad and once it is all back together, there will be a noticable difference. Genuine Honda HRC Piston Ring TOP for NSF250R 2016
This was the second piston ring needed to complete the rebuild job in hand. No point in trying to use a used ring if you are replacing the other one. Due to this being a race bike, you really need to be on your game when doing any maintenance. This piston ring was also not hard to find as it only fits one model, this NSF250R. I did have some other parts in this order and got them all shipped together using EMS as my delivery company. I know how long EMS take to deliver so I get the order when I expect. 5 days from shipping is all it took, great. All my parts were packed really well and this piston ring was no different, it came in the Honda packet and also inside a bubble wrap envelope for security and to keep it safe from the heavier items in my order. Genuine Honda HRC Piston ring (Oil ring) for NSF250R 2016
Again, this is part of the bigger rebuild for the piston which I also needed the 2 rings to complete the job. Finding the part was not hard as I use the schematics Honda provide . These do only fit the NSF250R so you can't really go wrong anyway. Witht he other parts needed to complete the job, all my order was shipped using EMS and deliverd in 5 days after shipping. The ring came in a nice little Honda HRC packet and was as you imagine a piston ring to be, they are basically all the same anyway to look at although the perfomance will be better with these ones due to them being for a race bike. Fitting was relatively easy, take your time and you're good to go. Be careful as there are some pretty sharp edges on these so I would suggest using a good set of working gloves. The compression is in a better state now and runs a lot better than it did before.Great result. Very happy customer, thank you Webike. View detail

Outstanding visibility
The headlight had rotted out, so I replaced it with a CIBIE 180Φ with aluminum bracket and case, and installed a SUPAREE H4 LED Headlight 40W 12000LM 6500K and KIJIMA's AeroGEARShield. The light is much brighter and more visible than the OEM one, and the Visor is very good at keeping out the wind and rain even though it is so small. I highly recommend it. View detail

Perfect for Repairing Rear Sets!
I always have one set as a repair for my race car.
Knurl also grips well with Sugar Crystal, so you can get a good grip. Recommendation Footpeg.
If you get rid of it, rotate the Footpeg to get a clean surface and the Grip will come back.
It tipped over a few times, but it did its job as a solid Slider without breaking!

Fee Ring good!
We are using the CarbonPad of the same brand in our race car and the fee ring was good So I put it in my street riding motorcycle For city riding, I chose Sintered instead of the CarbonPad
