CRF125F was fully greased up one year after delivery. I put a lot of grease in when the car was new, so the bearings were in good condition, but two seals had died, so I bought new seals. I bought it because it is a pain in the ass to replace seals.

Refreshing around the Handlebar
The models used are V7special850 and ST400tempter.
The Right Grip with a built-in switch is Refreshing, and the Throttle pipe integrated with the Right Grip is good because the bond is peeled off and there is no gap, but the smallest take-up diameter available is 34mm, which is Large. Usage with Z900

Many Z900Rs have them on, but I think I spent more time researching them because not many people have them on their Z900s.
If only the wiring can be routed, installation should be easy since there is an Attachment that fits the Z900. 。
D-UNIT of DAYTONA's Waterproof was used to connect to Battery.
When D-UNIT is used, the power supply is also turned On and Off with the key On and Off, but since the Bullet Terminal is a Small type on the D-UNIT side, an additional Bullet Terminal was purchased.
How was your experience with it?
At first, I tried the max. power on, but it didn't warm up quickly and I thought it might not be very warm.
After installation, I actually ran and used the product and found it to be more than warm enough even at mid-Level.
Also, the Grip diameter is almost the same as the OEM, in fact, it seems to be a little smaller.
Throttle assist became loose and misaligned.

It has Aluminum Tape on it, but the adhesive is not strong enough and the tape has come off.
I didn't need it because the Handlebar bites enough without it.

The grip diameter is small, which is a good point, but there is not much cushioning and the grip feels hard.
Throttle turns without any problem if Attachment is attached.

If the required power is not available, it may turn off or not get warm, so it would be better to secure power supply with a Fuse Extraction Unit such as Emon or similar.

The power is supplied from the car body, so there is no need to worry about the power supply or hassle when using it.
However, the performance as a grip when the heater is not used is not so good:the rubber itself is thin and has low cushioning, and the surface has little mold, so it requires a little bit of grip when operating the throttle. It is not a problem when riding around town, but it is a little hard when long touring.
I thought that the switch part (the part you press when turning on the power) was separate from the Indicator part, but in fact it is one piece, so the switch part is Large, which could cause accidental power (switching) operations when operating the Blinker.

Replacement from HondaOEM Product
The Honda OEM grip heater that was installed on my ZX14R was used for 6 years, so I chose this product as a replacement.
The Axel side was not so difficult to install since all I had to do was to select a matching ThrottleAdapter. I tried to insert the clutch side as it was, but when it was about halfway in, it stopped moving, so I pulled it out and used a paper to shave the handlebar and the inside diameter of the grip a little.
Wiring is completed by connecting the power wire and the grounding wire to the coupler branched from the position lamp already installed.
The Instruction Manual shows the color of the wiring connection for each manufacturer, but it is safer to check the wiring diagram for the model of car to be installed.
The temperature can be adjusted by 5-stage adjustment, but Level 4 was sufficient even when the outside temperature was 9°C during the daytime in January.
I can't stop using Grip heater once I use it, and I think KIJIMA products are the best from a cosmetic point of view.

Standard Grip heater

This is my first time installing a Grip heater and it works great!
As stated in the instruction manual, it would be easier to insert the Throttle side if it is warmed and softened once when the Grip is installed.
In my case, I had to shave the Throttle sleeve with File. I thought that if I shaved a little, it would fit, but I had to shave it until it was almost smooth to fit.
Mounted with heat-resistant Grip bond.
It's about 10 degrees Celsius outside and with winter gloves, Level 4 is warm enough. This was a good buy!

Grip heater installation
I had a little trouble installing the Throttle section.
I thought it would go in if I warmed it up and put it on, but I couldn't get it on.
I had no choice but to tap it lightly and managed to attach it.
I don't think it's possible to remove it.

Installation was relatively easy.
Wiring was also done with Relay and Wiring was done at Bhatt.
