This is a Slider whose foundation is Firmly!
[How is it used?
The Engine Guard is heavy, and we chose MORIWAKI's Slider, which is not so conspicuous, considering the Protector when standing up.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was a Slider that was Larger than the Image.
Was the installation difficult?
The bolt that connects the Engine and Frame is co-tightened, and the original bolt is also tightened at a high torque, so it is difficult to loosen the bolt without using a long type of Glasses Wrench.
Once the bolt of the Engine Mounting Bracket is removed, it can be installed one side at a time, but it is safer to use a lift or jack under the engine to prevent it from falling off.
How was your experience with it?
It protects the car body from standing chipping.
When the car fell down once, the body was intact, but the Manufacturer logo was scraped off and lost.
Other manufacturers' products, such as DAYTONA, have only a colored base and are installed with a single bolt, which may seem a little unreliable, but MORIWAKI products have a base and are fixed with two bolts, which makes them firm.
[Included Parts:were they on?
A complete set of bracket, bolt, instruction manual, and other items necessary for installation are included.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not particularly
The color variations are White and Black, but Black is by far the most common. I think black is by far the most popular color.

Engine slider with Refreshing look and feel
[How is it used?
BANDIT1200 and other oil-cooled iron frame motorcycles have overhanging engines.
Even a standing fall could break the Pulsar Coveretc.
Especially for those who wear YOSHIMURA's Magnesium cover, etc., the Shock when cracked is immeasurable.
Engine sliders are required to be installed to prevent such sad victims.
This time, in order to fulfill my obligation as an oil-cooled rider, I purchased and installed a fully loaded car.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As for the product, it is a reliable brand, MORIWAKI, and the installation was smooth and trouble-free.
Was the installation difficult?
Installation is relatively easy, as there is no need to make a mistake in the bolt installation if you refer to the Instruction Manual.
How was your experience with it?
I haven't had a fall yet, including a standing fall, so I don't know about the feel of the product.
After all, there is a difference in the sense of security between having it and not having it.
Many oil-cooled Engines were available in the past, and they were inexpensive.
As the vehicles themselves are becoming more and more valuable as they are re-evaluated at the Taste of Tsukuba and other races, and as the number of vehicles themselves decreases, I would like to take these protective measures and ride them for a long time to come.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Instruction Manual for handling is included.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I am not disappointed in any way.

A little product Point
As is the case with all MORIWAKI products, the Large and Half Bolt and Repair Parts are OEM parts from Honda.
This is also indicated in the part number on the Parts List that comes with the product (the OEM product number is used as the part number for management purposes). (The OEM Product number is directly used as the part number for management purposes.)
So, if you want to continue to use or repair products for a long time, we recommend MORIWAKI products.
Especially, Webig sometimes has a discount sale on OEM parts, so you can take advantage of such opportunities to buy repaired parts.
That's also a good point because you can get Parts at a lower cost than you would normally order them.

I wanted to put it on because everyone else was putting it on, so I did too. 。
There is very little, but I bought it in the hope that it would be useful in the event of a standing accident or something like that.
Role of Slider in Motorcycle.
It is also called "Axle Slider" or "Engine protector", but it is different from the Guard of the cover shape that covers the Engine, and generally refers to the projecting Small TypeParts consisting of the Bolt and the Pad. 。
When Slider is installed, the vehicle body can slide and decelerate in the event of a fall, thus reducing the ground contact surface and impact of each Parts.
[What are the benefits of wearing a Slider when standing on a Motorcycle?
Even if you have a motorcycle and you have to stand on it, you can reduce the risk of damage to your motorcycle if you have the Slider installed. 。 It is the Large Merit that prevents the Cowl from cracking and the Tank from being dented. 。 Also, even if the motorcycle is stalled, the slider makes the angle of inclination shallower, making it easier to get the motorcycle up.
Sliding them down raises the chances of survival as much as possible.
Engine sliders and engine guards are similar but different.
Difference between Engine slider and Engine Guard
Engine Guard When Slider" Have 。
Engine Guard mainly prevents the vehicle body from grounding in the event of a fall due to the curved steel pipe, whereas Slider focuses on reducing Damage by allowing the vehicle body to slide.
This time, we put MORIWAKI's on it.

Looks and Parenthesis better now!
It was originally for HONDA CB1100, but was converted to VFR800F.
I had been wearing a GSG Crash Pad from Made In GERMANY, but I was dissatisfied with the material and length of the pad, so I decided to change it to a MORIWAKI pad.
Since the Pad is common, METALBase and Rubber were purchased separately.
Also, Bolt was purchased separately at Home center because it was not the right length.
The price of the pad is a bit high, but I am satisfied not only with the quality but also with the improved appearance of Parenthesis.

It is an essential item for new car customization and improves the appearance as well as functionality of the parts.

It protects the vehicle body.
[How is it used?
We removed and replaced the Y's Gear Engine Guard (steel) that was installed 18 years ago when we purchased the car new.
It is made of steel, so it was rusting, although I never damaged it by falling.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is a solid product that appears to be rigid.
Was the installation difficult?
I asked Right-arm in Nishi-Tokyo City, and I feel safer asking PRO to do it.
How was your experience with it?
I will know how it feels when I fall down, but I haven't fallen down yet.
I did some research and found out that unlike the steel Engine Guard, the Pad slides and protects the body of the vehicle by shaving it. I also like the fact that it is not flashy.

None

The Silhouette of Motorcycle is not destroyed but has a certain presence.
■About Installation
Structurally, the Level is not difficult and can be easily performed with tools.
However, since the bolts are on the engine mount side, proper tightening with a torque wrench is essential.
Then I think it would be a good idea to ask at Shop for general work Level.
Reference:Tightening Torque:44.1Nm (4.5kgf-m) *In case of ZEPHYR400X
(I don't have a Torque wrench so I asked for one at the Shop.)
About the effect
I have never fallen down wearing this, so I don't know how effective it is.
The original purpose was to”reduce”trauma Damage to the Engine block in the event of a fall,
Quickly move the vehicle off the road (originally on the Circuit's Course) and out of the travel line,
It is designed to prevent rear-end vehicles from becoming entangled.
About the appearance
The parts themselves are surprisingly large, and have a presence that can be clearly recognized when the driver straddles the vehicle.
However, when viewed as a whole, the vehicle as a whole, the Parenthesis is better with Race ish without destroying the Motorcycle's Silhouette.

To insure against standing over.
The installation was easy, but I did one bolt on each side and one bolt pc at a time, but the bolt still did not fit properly, so I had to raise the engine a little by using a spinner handlebar or something like that, using the lever principle.
A bit expensive, but for insurance.

Installed on Circuit Running
I installed it on a 2011 CBR1000RR.
We wanted to install the minimum amount of sliders necessary for circuit driving, so we installed these. The installation is done by tightening the bolt to the engine hanger bolt on both sides. When installing the slider, it is necessary to drill a hole with a hole saw or similar tool for the OEMSide cowl. The hole position was drilled according to the positioning paper included in the package, and then the hole was drilled by matching it with the actual bolt. Since I have not yet crashed, I do not know how well it will perform, but I think it will be very effective for slip downs and the like. On the other hand, I would not use it on public roads because the Damage may go to the Frame side if the Slider gets caught on a curb or something when it falls over. It takes a bit of time and effort to install, so if you are not confident about it, you should ask a motorcycle shop to do it for you.

Fell over.
Engine is intact. It was well protected.
As the name "Slider" implies, it slides quite a bit after a fall. I knew that, but it was scary to think about oncoming cars.
