The FCR Carburetor Body you've always wanted!
I had been on the fence about buying it, but I was informed that the price will go up by about 32,000 yen starting April 1.
I made the decision to purchase.
The setting for the car model was already out to some extent, but once the Jet and other products were installed, it was not possible to use them.
Checked the number of screw-related returns and tuned the throttle valve.
Also, I installed a SEPBearingGuide (I'll skip this since it has nothing to do with product impressions).
Installation is easy for those familiar with the OEMcarburetor, as it simply replaces the OEMcarburetor.
After starting the engine and adjusting the idling, the car was ready for a test run.
As expected, FCR Carburetor Body Response like a demon!
Acceleration like a demon...?
The Exhaust System has been replaced with an external one, so it is obviously thin. (Breathing at 6000 rpm)
Quantity of Main jet in the future:Set is purchased and Setting is issued.
Low speeds run without any problems.
After all, it is shipped with the settings for the car model, so it will run to some extent.
From there, I'll boil it down to my own taste.

FCR Carburetor Body of your dreams
My first impression of the installation was that the Throttle was very heavy! No amount of Wire routing or type of Wire could improve it.
So we changed the Spring to a lighter one, and it now feels as good as the OEM one. The spring change is not possible without a full reverse operation.
Other than that, the acceleration power is as good as its reputation.

Vito car models Exclusive Design
I bought it because of Vito's Exclusive Design, but I thought it would be difficult to set it up, and I thought I would be able to drive it with the engine running, but I just popped it in and drove it. I could feel the power of Torque fully from the bottom to the top.
Nojima's Full Exhaust System & Silencer was a one-off silencer with a good exhaust system, but I was satisfied with the settings, which were better than I had imagined.
The funnel size is only 35mm, so it would have been better if a longer funnel was included as a spare.
I would like to take it to PowerCheck to check the air-fuel ratio and fine-tune it.
If you don't mind, I think you will be fully satisfied even with a pontoon.

It's a reImpression I used for 3 years.
I did an impression once right after I bought it, but there were a lot of errors due to lack of knowledge, and the setting had not been published, so here is my impression again after 3 years of use.
The OEMAir Cleaner Box was used for installation, and OEMWire was used for the Throttle Wire.
An adapter for Active's Power Filter is used for connection to the OEMAir Cleaner Box because its diameter is the same as that of the Air cleanerbox.
So, other than the FCR Carburetor Bodycarburetor, as long as you have the Adapter for Active's Power Filter, you can install it on the W400.
At first I used Power FilterSpec. but I was not satisfied with the performance even though I did my best in Setting.
I think the OEMAir Cleaner BoxSpec. is the only choice for W400!
Driving performance is improved from the moment the throttle is opened.
Even in the normal rpm range of around 3000-4000 rpm, the power is clearly different from that of the OEM.
Especially when the Axel is opened, it gives a direct feeling, so just by subtly turning the Axel on and off, you can make your motorcycle more enjoyable.
However, the sense of pulse when idling is reduced, and it becomes a rotating type of engine instead of a thumping type of engine.
The Engine vibration itself increases when turning.
The Shipping Settings were honestly a mess!
The Slow Jet that came with the shipment had a 38 on it, but it was too thin to idling properly.
Jet needle is FTM, but it is also useless, I don't think FT system is right for it.
In the end, Slow Jet settled around 45 and Jet needle around EZQ!
Main jet remains at 125 and Large body can be used except in winter, so you need to prepare Throw and Needle first.
Setting also affects the exhaust system, so this is not the correct answer, but it is best not to rely on the factory settings.
By the way, the Exhaust System is Wyvern classic.
Fuel consumption depends on setting
When riding around town, use the thicker Emphasis on Torque setting to achieve around 21km/h. When touring, use the thinner Emphasis on Torque setting to achieve around 27-30km/h.
You will be able to set it to your liking, so we are not talking about going up or down compared to the OEM.
The condition of the Engine changes every day due to the different temperatures and the different fuel tone.
It is not always 80 because we don't set up every time, some days it is 70, some days 95.
Spring, Fall, Summer, and Winter Setting for a minimum of Season is required
You'll be constantly feeling the Engine's burn, and that's more fun than you might think!
W400 is less difficult to set up because you can replace the jets without removing the carburetor.
If you like tinkering with Motorcycle, you will enjoy it including Setting!

The standard VITO FCR may have the engine displacement volume, camshaft, exhaust system, etc. in the NORMAL condition. If so, we can assume that the people who choose this FCR are those who have changed the Engine Displacement Volume, Camshaft, Exhaust System, etc., so there is no way that the standard condition is good.

Remembering the smell, sound, and color of the exhaust in the current Carburetor, even if it is just a good sense, will be helpful in setting up the FCR.

Therefore, I think it is a Large thing to shake the number of Jet, etc. to the opposite direction when things go wrong, instead of doing it with a fixed mind.
It is also important to know in which season the Setting was issued. When the season is on the opposite side of the Setting, it will be easier to run if the fuel is changed.

Finally got my hands on tFCR
OEMCVK #4Slide valve is worn out and sucks secondary air, so negative pressure is not stable. FCR was the only choice.
Disassembled for inspection of each part and sprayed with Bell Hammer for bearing. Commercialized by Kyoritsu Kougei Co. SEPBearingGuide" The order was placed to install the But I am not sure when it will be delivered. This will protect the Throttle valveBearing from cutting the groove in the Carburetor Body.
I hope it comes soon.
I don't know how well it works myself because I haven't assembled and ridden it yet, but the fact that so many people have used it is the best proof of all.

Setting struggles
The racing cabs are very easy to set up, and once you get the settings right, you will be amazed at the acceleration power you can get. However, setting is very difficult. It is very difficult to set up the engine, because it is mainly used for touring, and it is hard to set up the engine without stress at all openings from the bottom to the top. It is also difficult for amateurs to judge whether the jet is too thick or too thin. Expensive, but good
I submitted a Setting in FunnelSpec.
I had a one-off muffler in the car, so the basic setting did not match the fuel mixture.
The fuel mixture was matched while changing the Jet.
It is troublesome to remove the tank when setting up.
The product is as expected from FCR.
Acceleration pumps are also included to accelerate with the carburetor's distinctive intake sound.
Axel's luck has improved a lot.
It is also durable, so it will not break even after long use.
Setting is good for those who enjoy doing it, but if you have a Shop with Know-how to take care of you, you will be able to get the best out of it.
I think it will be painless.
