Great ride!
I installed it on a 2009 FIMODEL with AB27. The Hydraulic Damper is still good. As I expected, the fee ring is exquisite when stroking. I have only reduced the damper by about 5mm, but it is still enough. This makes me want to replace the Front as well! If you like hydraulic fee rings, I recommend it, although the price is high. Best of the Best Rear Shock Absorber for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the rear shock absorber from Ohins, only the best materials used and surface finishes obtained as you would expect for the price. Almost exclusively made from aluminium to keep the weight down and anodised for durability. About the feeling of use: The look of this rear shock absorber fitted to the Grom is sensational and the feel from the rear end while riding is like a completely different motorcycle now, with the ability to adjust pre-load, rebound and compression the adjustments are endless. Products to buy together: The Ohlins fork insert kit would also be desirable to purchase along side their rear shock absorber but sadly is not currently available here on Webike so would need to be purchased elsewhere. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about an hour, only 2 bolts holding it in place, I removed the rear hugger, seat and rear plastics then supported the rear of the motorcyce with an A frame and strap. A little difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: An extremely expensive option for a rear shock absorber for the Grom but if you have the money to spare you will not be disappointed. Any aftermarket rear shock absorber will be better then the Honda one and the options available from YSS should be looked at if your budget is limited. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght is my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost and it is fantastic that it has returned as an option once again so I can put my money toward parts and not high shipping costs. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. The first thing I felt immediately after getting in the car was how comfortable it was.
And the legs move well with the Gap on the road surface.
Tire is grounded and secure.
Curve can be infiltrated.
I had the illusion that my driving had improved.
I am glad I bought it as it was well received.

Another dimension.

I will be replacing the Shock from SP Mukawa's Shock.
It is a different dimension compared to that.
It is supple, has good road surface followability, and high Control performance.
It's perfect - it even absorbs the thrust of the Gap.
There is a wide range of adjustment, and we like that as well.
Installation is an easy part of the process, I think, myself,
On the top side, I cut the plastic part of the body with a little Cutter.
On the Under side, I replaced it with a JC61 Rear inner fender at the same time based on Net information beforehand, so there was no problem.

Suspension Reinforcement
Because it is an old car, both front and rear shocks were getting downs, so we decided to replace them.
I had used them on other vehicles and decided that if I had to replace them, it would be with OHLINS.
I have also changed the front springs to Ohlins, but this time I changed the rear springs as well, and I think the balance between front and rear has improved, such as the sinking feeling when straddling.

Immediately after purchase, the oil leaked (about 300 kg). I sent the defective product back for replacement, but it was only repaired. I asked them to exchange it for a new one if I had the same symptoms again, but they said that the quality was better than a new one and that the finish was reliable. I had the feeling that they were selling a long-term stock or an inferior product at a low price. I drove the car about 200 kilometers after that and had no problems. I felt that Webig is not a very good company to deal with. View detail

As expected, OHLINS
This is a change from NORMAL.
It is expensive, but it improves ride comfort and makes driving even more enjoyable as the Rear stays moist and sticky.
I don't think it's a bad idea to buy it.

Footing improvement
I am satisfied with the ride height adjustment function, which lowered the ride height by 5mm and pushed out the FrontCB400T a little more than I expected. View detail
Was good
Since I bought a CB1100EX, I have felt uncomfortable with the rear suspension and wished it had been sold with a better suspension. I rode it patiently, but I was also concerned about the impact of slight bumps on the Large suspension, and the bouncing, and I also felt bad about the motorcycle that I bought because I liked it, so I bought it now after 8 and a half years of riding it. 。 Rear tire and rear suspension behavior has settled down considerably. 。 I was most concerned about stopping because of my short legs, but I like the stability of the vehicle when it stops. 。 Now I'm a little concerned about Front. I was not dissatisfied with the ride quality even with the OEM suspension, but after replacing it with OHLINS, the ride quality became very comfortable from city driving to touring. It is a standard custom product, but I would not make a mistake in purchasing this product. View detail

quintessential performance
It's a quintessential quality.
It was a replacement from the tired Normal suspension, so I felt even more effective!
Unfortunately, it is difficult to set up.
It is a suspension that can be zapped out and still ride well, but once you get on the vehicle after zapping it out tightly, you will want to stop zapping it together.

Mounted on cb400sb NC42
The Silencer and the Chain Cover were removed and installed.
It seems a little shorter than OEM, so we installed it with slight adjustments.
Since there was no Center Stand, we used a car Jack to lift it.
Using a torque wrench, tighten to the specified Torque and complete.
The ride wasn't even dented by the OEM, so I don't know yet.
I like it because it's not uncomfortable at all.

Standard OHLINS
I installed the OHLINS, which are more flexible than the OEM suspension, and I really enjoy winding. I think the pain in my buttocks may have been reduced. The price is expensive, but I think it is worth it. View detail
