Direct fit to my 2014 suzuki burgman 200. Metal used is top notch. Weldings are very clean just as i expected coming out of japan. I was looking to replace the stock pipe but i didnt want anything loud, this was it. Boxed very professionally. Happy customer here. View detail

Careful construction
The OEM exhaust system was not enough and they decided to replace it with an external exhaust system, but there were only two choices:Beams and WirusWin. I decided to buy the Heat Titanium exhaust system because of its beautiful appearance. I installed it by myself, but I had a hard time removing the under cover and there was no description of the torque for tightening in the instruction manual. The appearance, welding, and finish of the product are beautiful and I have no complaints.
After installation, the volume of the Idling was almost the same as the OEM? I thought so, but after driving for a while, I got used to it and it seems to be getting better.
It may sound better with some age.
I have the impression that the high rpm range is clearly better, and yet the low and mid rpm range is not scuffed up and seems almost the same as the OEM.
And most importantly, it is much lighter than the OEM Exhaust System, which allows the Motorcycle to turn easily when it is tipped over.
Overall, I am satisfied.

Moderate volume
I changed it after 5,000 miles on the OEM.
The volume is a little louder than the Idling OEM, but it's crisp and just right. We are in a residential area and it's not a problem.
On the other hand, when you run, you can't tell by the Wind Cutting sound.
The performance is, well, I feel like it's a pleasant ride.
I had Beams on my SEROW 250 as well.

Reliable Exhaust System
I use it as installed Standard baffle. The installation was also possible to Smooth. Externals are firmly exchanged Image is cool and it is pretty quiet Exhaust System. (It may be similar to or lower than OEMExhaust system - - - ) You can use it without any problems in the residential area. I do not want to be noisy, but NORMAL is recommended for those who do not care.
Although it is MAJESTY 125 FI, but after a low speed run a little After Fire will occur but it is not as good as adding a fire controller.
It is a satisfactory Exhaust System.

I changed the Exhaust System
Something, I exchanged the Exhaust System with playfulness.
The work itself had difficulty in removing Under Cowl, but even if it clears it, it is easy to finish the work at the Instruction Manual street.

Fall into Right Side. I was scratched up to Cowl and Exhaust System, and I was thinking about exchanging at this time, I reached this exhaust system. When I contacted Manufacturer, I decided that fuel consumption and volume are not different from OEM. Although I ran about 40 kilometers after replacement, I am satisfied with the sound that is not an explosion but a neighborhood inconvenience.

Simple Exhaust System
The price is also cheap but making the detail is solid, too. It was a replacement from Normal muffler, but Silencer is bigger and bigger than I expected. It is a quiet Sound that the hair grows in OEM.
Throttle response improved, making it easy to handle Motorcycle.
And I think that if you get on the BURGMAN 200 ride,
Clutch meat works at around 5000 revolutions, but there is a distinctive feeling of smoothness. After installation, the feeling of its slip disappeared, and Smooth acceleration was obtained. Also, what's worrisome is mileage.

I did not need any additional work, it was a pon attachment. Besides, Gasket was also attached, so it was a blessing.

It is necessary to match the position of Spring hook on the Exhaust pipe side and the Silencer side though it only installs as instructions. In addition, it was easier to access the Flange bolt by setting the body with Side Stand. Extension bar is easy to enter.

Although a Standard baffle is wearing settled, removing this suffers troubles. Although it struggled with reference, your information etc. could not be removed if it remained as it is after all, but were removed by processing it a little with a Drill

(3) COSPAR is looking for the high
external Muffler and had cleared conditions, it was made Colet.

Installation was simple,even though the instructions were all in Japanese. The pictures were sufficient enough. The sound of the exhaust is very tunable because of the included silencers. The one that came in sounds very quiet like a stock muffler, but without i think provides for the best sound. I am very pleased with the exhaust however take note that a portion of the lower side piece must be cut to make room for the new pipe (see photo) overall very happy with the purchase! View detail
