What is Throttle Wire?
Accelerator wire is a wire that runs through the tube connecting the Motorcycle Carburetor and the Axel. 。
Also called Throttle Cable or Throttle Wire, it regulates engine speed by varying the amount of gasoline supplied.
And, of course, it is always better to have new parts because they are always moving.
There is a slight return of Wire.
How to deal with it? ]
What to do when ......Axel does not return?
Lubrication to make Cable movement smooth and improve Axel return. 。
Use a commercially available motorcycle lubricant, such as silicon spray, or apply lubricant evenly over the entire Cable and wipe off any excess lubricant.
...I lubricated it to try it out, but it's not bad.
Uneasy to think about in the future.
The service life of wires can be extended by maintenance.
If you feel that Motorcycle's Throttle operation is too slow,
The first thing to do is to oil the Wire.
Especially when the clutch wire and throttle wire are used frequently, if they are not lubricated, their movement will gradually slow down. 。
It depends on the type and condition of Motorcycle, but it is best to do it once every 3 months.
I think the Wire still works, but I would replace it, because the basics are the same for both 4-shot and single-shot, so I can do it myself. But there are a few Large weird things.
Procedure
Remove the side cover and air cleaner cover first.
Remove the Fuel Tank and each Pipe. 。 Remove the screws from the air cleaner and make room in the back. Loosen all the Indicator bolts.
→ I have to do this before I can work on it. Sue Four can't do it without doing this (laughs).
Loosen the screws of the switch box on the Right Side.
↓
Remove the box (2) and you will see the throttle cone.
↓
(3) Remove the thailand portion of the wire that fits into the throttle cone hole.
It can be taken by *Tweezers or thin Driveretc.
↓
(4) Disconnect the Accelerator Wire on the Carburetor side from the Holder (or carburetor).
Please remove the thailand co from this one as well.
↓
(5) Place a new Throttle Wire Thailand Ko in each hole.
Assemble in the order of ??→? and lubricate during the process.
Lubricate the Switch Box before closing it.
↓
?Check the return condition of Axel and the wire routing.

◎Axel return is much better.
◎Test drive, though only in the yard to try it out.Axel returns properly, so I think I can use the embrasure as well.
The Accelerator Wire is a part that should not be taken lightly, so it should be maintained, and if it is not, it should be replaced.

Nearly OEM Equivalent Product
This is an impression of using it on a C-type ZZr1100. It seems to be usable without any problem since it is common with D type.
We bought a ZZr that had been laid up for a long time, and when we raised it up, we checked every part of it and found that the Throttle Cable was also not working properly, so we replaced it. No Color inferior to OEM Product!
