This for GPZ900R
NGK's fitment is DR9EA. However, when I changed to this, I felt the Torque was thin under 2000 RPM. Also, it sometimes lost fire. The removed plug was smoldering and the heat value was not correct, so I changed to Kawasaki specified DR8ES and the problem was corrected.
My NINJA is Japanese specification and has been overhauled with carburetor last year, and the oil surface has been adjusted to the exact specifications.

I'm going with NORMAL.
The heat value on the Parts List and NGK's heat value were slightly different. For the time being, we purchased the plugs according to the heat value on the Parts List. The heat values of the Plugs removed from the car body were 3 for No. 9 and 1 for No. 8. What! I thought, "What!" but for the time being, I replaced all the plugs with No. 8 plugs. When replacing the plugs, a torque wrench is necessary to avoid over-tightening the plugs.
After the effect, the RPM of Idling was reduced for some reason. As for the condition of the removed Plug, No. 9 was a bit covered, and No. 8 was in a moderate state of burnt condition, so I think No. 8 is good. I think No.8 is good. As for the condition of the Engine after the replacement, it seems to be worse, but I will see how it goes from now on. I wondered whether I should use an iridium plug or not, but I heard that NORMAL is good for Carburetor Vehicles, so I will continue to use NORMAL for cost-effectiveness.

Unlike iridium, the strong point is long-life too.
In the direction of a touring main, a price is also cheap, ignition is also stable, and I think that nothing suffers inconveniences.
However, if setting of an intake system is not firmly issued since it is a level equivalent to pure parts, a cub will surely be kept.
If those who run drowsily by low rotation clean periodically with an additive, or turn to high rotation occasionally and carbon is breathed out, they will think that he is still more effective.
Probably, it is effective, so that it will take, if check and exchange of a plug cord are carried out the direction of the old vehicle riding simultaneously with plug exchange.
