Purchased this one because it is slightly cheaper than OEM. I don't think there is much of a problem. I know many people reuse them because they tighten so tightly, but considering the significance of Gasket being used there, I think they need to be airtight. So I'm not being stingy and replacing it. OEM Parts No. 11061-1055
For late D Tracker and KLX.
The size of the Gasket is different from the previous year's Gasket, so you should check carefully when placing an order.
I was able to install it on Beauty by installing it on the Slip-on Silencer side and then inserting it into the exhaust pipe.

No problem for OEM exhaust pipe installation Size
[How is it used?
Replaced during installation on an XJR400R Slip-on Silencer.
I chose this KITACO product because it is a consumable and the OEM price was too high.
How was your experience with it?
The Size on the Exhaust pipe side is Exactly, which is fine for conformity.
However, the WR's Slip-on Silencer that I replaced did not require a joint gasket, so I ended up keeping the size only as a result.
Well, if I ever change the Exhaust System, I will have a chance to use it, so I will let it sleep in the warehouse.
How did it compare to other products?
Less expensive compared to OEMs.
I don't think there are any problems with the Size and quality aspects.

Required Replacement Items when purchasing and replacing Slip-on Silencer.
In most cases, the joint gasket that connects the silencer part to the exhaust pipe part will stick when heated and cannot be removed. The gasket itself will break if you try to remove it forcibly.
Therefore, I have chosen to purchase KITACO's Joint gasket from the beginning, because the lineup is abundant and the compatibility list is well organized, so you can purchase a Joint gasket that fits most sizes of Japanese motorcycles.

Purchased to eliminate the gap between the middle pipe and exhaust pipe in order to install a Slip-on Silencer.
How was your experience with it?
Exhaust pipe and Gasket are perfectly sized.
However, the inside diameter of the middle pipe was 1mm smaller, so it was necessary to file the gasket. (Gasket is not bad).
How did it compare to other products?
I think other Manufacturers sell them at a much higher price, but KITACO products are sufficient.

However, the product is actually not usable when replacing Slip-on Silencer.
Because it is for the exhaust pipe assembly (before the catalyzer), the size does not fit.
Slip-on Silencer can help you After Catalyzer." You have to look for it in the "Search by car type" section, but it doesn't show up in the search by car type!
The piping size of the Silencer section of the GSXS1000 is
On the Catalyzer side Φ49
It is Φ54 on the OEMSilencer side.

It's the same as the genuine product & it's so cheap. product quality is awesome I replaced the gasket with exhaust maintenance of TW200 . This is the gasket on the silencer side. It takes a little time to remove the old gasket, but you can rest assured that it is the perfect size and Kitaco brand.while you installing this exhaust gasket to the silencer make sure put anti-seize compound around exhaust gasket otherwise it will seize to the silencer & difficult to remove it.It can be used without exhaust leakage .HAPPY OVERALL.I'M GIVING 10/10 View detail

I bought the Exhaust System for my XG250 TRICKER on a whim to change it back from db's to NORMAL. I thought that the quiet NORMAL would be nice once in a while. However, I will definitely want to replace it with db's again, so this time I bought Quantity:2pc. Set purchase. I think I can use it without changing it, but I don't feel good about it. Purchased in preparation for Exhaust System replacement
We will be replacing the Exhaust System on the NINJA1000 soon!
Naturally, I had to replace the Gasket, so I purchased it in preparation.
Since NINJA's exhaust system is a dual exhaust system, two Gaskets are required.
Gasket itself could have been anything, but I chose this one because it seems to be a standard product used by many people.

I used it as a silencer gasket for CRM250AR. It's not on the fitment chart, but the length and diameter of the Silencer and Chamber sides are Exactly the same, so I thought there would be no problem. I also used a liquid gasket. So far there is no exhaust leak. View detail
