Purchased Black Gel but has deep scratches.

Buy Black Gel

I understand that Black Gel is a prerequisite for painting, and I can understand abrasions, small scratches, etc., but I'm not sure.
There were deep scratches on the Pate fill Level.

I thought it was defective and inquired about it.
They told me that the manufacturing mold was damaged and that I would receive the same one even if I exchanged it.
It seems to be a good product.
