I had a hard time finding the name of this product, which expands and stops when the screw inside the rubber is pulled when the screw is turned.
Posh face is called Insert Rubber Nut, but it is also called Well nut.

RubberNut on Cowl and Cowl Bracket was damaged and was replaced.
I could not get it in with just my fingers, but I pushed it in with a Hexagonal Wrench and it worked. View detail
