Yearly update?
I replaced the Front Disc on my 89 MD24.CRM250RK with a new one due to a Brake Overhaul. The original Rotor is still usable, but I replaced it hoping for a slight improvement in touch. The replacement was easy, but the OEM front hub cover could not be installed, so I applied anti-loose agent according to the service manual and tightened at 1kg/cm (98N/m). In the test run, I did not feel any difference in the touch and the braking power, partly because I had not yet gotten accustomed to the pad.
However, the lack of wear would be expected to improve Touch.

Parenthesis is good!
I bought it because it is a hassle to replace the Rotor every time when switching ON/OFF.
It is probably better to use it off, but I installed it on the OnTire because of its parenthesis appearance.
Naturally, Brake usually works.
Thickness is about 0.5mm thicker than OEM

OEM Product Substitution
Purchased as a replacement for an OEM Rotor that was discontinued.
It is thicker than the OEMRotor, but weighs 508g, the same as the 497g weight of the OEMRotor, which is less polished, so it seems to have been effectively thinned out.
Braking force is OEM same etc.

Used by D Tracker
[How is it used?
D Tracker for Off-roadSpec. (KLXification) Used for the following purposes.
Applications:Enduro racing, Off-road driving
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per the image, cheaper than OEM Product and looks good in Parenthesis.
It also has a lot of holes in it, so it seems to dissipate heat well.
Was the installation difficult?
First, the OEMBrake rotor is a pain to remove, so I'll describe the hang.
Scorch the mounting bolt with a burner, etc., so that the screw locking agent can be removed.
After that, spray the bolts with lubricant such as Raspene. It makes it easier to loosen.
Hexagonal Socket+Spinner Handlebar with high accuracy (Breaker bar) to loosen Bolt.
If the head of the bolt is licked, use a hammer and graver or a penetrating screwdriver to loosen the bolt.
For installation, it is preferable to use a torque wrench to control the torque.
How was your experience with it?
In off-road driving, I had a chance to drive in both dry and muddy conditions, and the control was as good as in either case. Muddy condition (Enduro race) There wasn't much mud, and there was no trouble.
Although I did not always use it on public roads, I recommend this product over the OEM because the change from OEM will improve the appearance of the parenthesis and the control is comparable.
Also, when replacing the brake rotor, it is recommended to change the brake pads to new ones as well, as it will affect the beauty of the brake.

With Reasonable, you can enjoy not only the effect but also the visual change!
The Brake Pads were so low that they attacked the Rotor quite a bit and had to be replaced.
I could have gone with OEMRotor, but this product had a modern Design and was reasonably priced, so I decided to give it a try.
Also, the fact that it was highly rated by other people's impressions helped me to make my decision.
I've only done less than 100k miles since the replacement, but the original Brake was tired, so it feels like it works and Touches well.
Even if Life is a little shorter, it's not that expensive, so if I'm not dissatisfied with the performance, I feel like I'll put this product on again next time.

Vehicles and usage
HONDA XR250 (MD30) 2007 (last model)
I use them mainly as my daily legs to go to Convenience and SUPER.
Background to the exchange
When I was checking the Brake Pads on the front, I found that the Rotor was worn as well, so I had a friend check it out at his mechanic shop. The OEM Product costs about 18,000 yen (including tax), which is too expensive. I was recommended to buy the Other Brand Product, and I bought it because it had a guarantee of conformity here. The exchange was done at the same time as the Pad, on June 9, Pad was stock in hand. DAYTONA Hyper Sintered Pads 72430 It is
My first impression when I showed it to a friend who is also a mechanic was I feel like it's better made than OEM. It was
When installing, the Rotor itself attaches without any problems, but the Material that was installed in the OEM center section.:I removed the Plastic Black Cover because it needed to be processed.
Impression after replacement
Braking power and controllability up to below 30km/h is perfect. However, when the speed became lower than that, a strong shaking like Knocking occurred. When I brought it to the factory to make sure, it was judged that the feeling might have changed because the contact area changes because the outer circumference is wave-shaped, and it was said that there was a large possibility that it would stop if the surface became accustomed by running.
After four or five days, the speed of the tremor decreased to less than 20km/h and the tremor became a little weaker, and in July, the speed of the tremor decreased to less than 10km/h and the braking force changed to a weak wave.

Is it a hit or miss?
I bought it because of its low price, but the design and ratings were good.
The end of the disc and Caliper will interfere with each other when actually installed.
I had no choice but to sand the upper part of the wave and the inner part of the Caliper.
I tested it without wearing the pad, and it was OK.
I was just wondering if I could go.
This time it also interfered with the upper plate that holds the Brake Pads inside the Caliper.
The end result was that we had to cut down even more.
It was like 0.5mm in total.
I won't buy it again next time.

It could be high for what it's capable of
attachment
Dimensions are intact and fit easily
But the price tag is not beveled. I was going to cut my hand off later on with a light Belt Thunder chamfer
And it seems to me that the steel is very soft, so maybe it's a little thicker?
Feeling of use
It's a pretty biteable Rotor. It looks a lot like a Chinese Rotor
It bites and stops well from the initial actuation, but as a sensation, it doesn't increase the stopping power when you squeeze into it
One of the advantages of the disc brake is that it provides more braking power for grip
This Rotor is backwards. It's just a feel-good story
I mean, it's not like I'm fading and not stopping, but it's not like I'm going to be able to stop fading, even though I'm having a bit of a cackle-Brake thing going on initially It doesn't feel like it's going to work very well, even if you grip it, and it's hard to control
Rain makes it less effective, but it's not as susceptible to rain as it should be, since it's only marginally worse from the beginning to the grip
The pad is made of sintered metal, and it makes that squeaky sound
I've only been using it for about 1,000 hours, but if it's twice as long as the Chinese, it's the same. I'll take a Chinese Rotor for less than that. It's the same in terms of performance

Full Breaking and Difficulty
The shape and price are good
It's fine for normal city riding and off-road exploration
We have two Wheels, so we don't have to change Rotors
However, when breaking hard (but not EnduroSuspension In the KLX of setting
And it's not even full Breaking.)
Chatter came up I've checked the installation several times
We believe this is due to this product and not out of the OEM
Maybe it's the compatibility with the Pad, but it's an OEM Pad
(I have no knowledge or experience in that area.)
If you're MOTARD and you're competition oriented, you shouldn't be
Such as using the late FIMODEL's Large-diameterized Rotor
This may not be very relevant as many people do Custom
