It's hard!
ESTRELLAfi (Rear 40) I changed from OEM 15T to SUNSTAR 16T in
I've been using it for a while now, and I'm really happy with it. The width of the 4th gear became wide, and it became easy to ride, and I am satisfied.
By the way, the OEMSprocket in the picture is not Level that Nut is hard and cannot come off, so I recommend you to buy Impact that has more than 200nm Torque. I bought the 500nm one.

About the installation.
The quality is good because it is made in Sunstar, which is also made by OEMSprocket.
******* Here I write about installation.******************
I got a 27' Socket to install it myself and tried to remove the OEMSprocket but it wouldn't budge, I had to put the GEAR in 1st gear and have another guy step on the rear brake as hard as he could and it wouldn't budge.
I felt like I was going to break the screw if I did any more, so I told the Motorcycle shop what happened and had them loosen the screw with their Air Impact.
When I was servicing my Honda Grom, the screws were tightened in Overtorque. In the case of Honda Grom, the screw was tightened with overtorque and it was difficult to loosen it. ZX-25R also has the screw tightened with overtorque according to this theory.
If you try to loosen the screw by force and break it, you will have to pay a lot of money for repair.
If you just want to loosen it, the labor cost is not expensive.
I think the most large difficulty is when you remove the screw, but once it is loose, it goes smoothly after that.
It is easy to replace, so I put SUNSTARSprocket on it, and when I tighten it, I used Torque wrench by my own hands.

To the same number of teeth as OEM
This time, I bought this one in order to change back to the same 17T as OEM. The one I was using until now was also the same SUNSTAR 16T, and it hadn't run 10,000km since I changed it, but I decided to change it to suppress the engine rotation because of the vibration at high speed driving.
The 17T fits perfectly to the gears on the shaft, which shows the high precision of SUNSTAR. I am sure that I can use the 17T without any problem because I have been able to use the 16T without any problem. Moreover, I think that the durability can be expected enough from the state of the removed 16T.
Since I changed from 16T to 17T, the start is slower and I feel uncomfortable, but I think I will get used to it soon. I haven't run at high speed yet, so I don't know if it will improve the vibration, but I think it will reduce the rpm to some extent. I would like to try the SUNSTAR Chain next.

SEROW Forest Road Spec.
I dropped the DriveSprocket from the OEM 15T to 14T on the SEROW, the Washer lock didn't come with it so you have to buy it separately, but it didn't bend and break when I removed the OEM so I used it this time.
You can see the difference in the start of driving immediately after changing. I will practice to be able to do AxelTurn and Front up on the forest road.

It's light!
I installed it on WR250X.
It is very lightweight compared to OEM.
You can feel how light it is when you shift while driving.
I think the GEAR sound became a little large because there is no Damper that was in the OEM.

SunStar 14T Front Sprocket
With the stock 2018 Honda Monkey 125cc engine the motorcycle would struggle with large hills in fourth gear. After some research it was suggested to either go down one tooth on the front sprocket or go up two teeth on the rear sprocket. With the front sprocket being cheaper and easier to change I went that option and the improvement was well worth it as now the motorcycle can pull up those large hills in fourth gear where in the past I would have had to shift back to third gear. The fit and finish of the product is as go as OEM do it matched up to the OEM rear sprocket and chain well. My only issue now is my speedo is no longer accurate. View detail

SUNSTAR Front Sprocket
Sunstar stars are a great product. This is a review of Sunstar 511-18 chainring. The star has 18 teeth to rotate the chain. Compatible with chain size 530. Made of steel with added components that are more wear resistant and durable. The star is black. Installation of the star is quick. I use these stars all the time because of their high quality. Reliable SUNSTAR
[How is it used?
I replaced the front and rear Sprocket and Chain together because the Sprocket of my used WR250X was worn out very much. Before the replacement, 12 chains of the same made in Sunstar were installed, but we chose 13 chains of OEM because the main purpose of this bike is for street riding. The new chain is DID 520ERSV.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The front sprocket is Chrome molybdenum steel with no particular color, but since it is hidden by the cover, it is not a problem.
Was the installation difficult?
If you can use Impact, you can remove Nut instantly, but if you don't have Impact, you need to put GEAR and step on Rear brake to prevent Front sprocket from rotating. If you don't have Impact, you need to put GEAR in and step on the rear brake to prevent the front sprocket from rotating. It is dangerous if you can't hold the car body down, so it is safer to work with someone or ask the shop if you don't have the tools.
How was your experience with it?
There is no special thing that changes by changing to this Sprocket, but the GEAR ratio became Long by increasing the front one, and I was able to lower the RPM when cruising than 12. The rest is how much durability there is, but I think that it is enough if I can last that much this time because I always last for 10000km.
[Included Parts:were they on?
In case of WR250X, the Nut that holds the Front sprocket is a Crimp type, so you need to prepare a new Nut when you replace it. If you use the same Nut all the time, it may not crimp properly and the Nut may loosen while driving.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
This is a Repeat product and I have no complaints.

Sunstar Front Sprocket
Sunstar chainring, bought on YAMAHA YZF R1 RN12 05. Excellent quality, strong metal. I would say that after the original star, Sunstar is in second place. I changed my JT chainring almost every season. Putting on the Sunstar, I drove about 22,000 km on it. It was possible to continue driving, but when replacing it with the original chain, I put the original stars. View detail

Speed up
My car is KAWASAKI’s NINJA 400, model year 2019. The front chainring of the original car is 15 teeth, and the acceleration is too slow when riding, and there is no low twist. Then I bought this 14-tooth front chainring from SUNSTAR on webike. It takes a lot of effort to unload the screws of the chainring when changing, and it takes a jackhammer to remove it. After the change, the acceleration has improved significantly. ---------------------------------------------- My car is 400 , the 2019 models of KAWASAKI NINJA. It's a GEAR ratio for Touring~!
I replaced it because I wanted to lower the RPM of my XG250 TRICKER when driving on the highway.
On the highway, the RPMs should drop by about 6%. Even so, I calculated that it was close to 6000 RPMs at 100 km, so I didn't feel much of an effect.
On the other hand, when I was driving behind a slow car at around 50km/h in 4th gear, I felt like I was going around and in 5th gear, I felt like I was going to snatch.
A little while ago, I put on the PowerBoxPipe, and the 5th gear 50km became delicious, but it became delicate and I feel lonely...
If you like to rev the engine a lot, or if you have a lot of roads where you can drive over 60km/h, you'll probably prefer the Merit because it has a delicious 5th gear Zone that extends upwards.
As for the quality of the product, the finish is also beautiful with SUNSTAR, and although the damper on the NORMAL is gone, there was no such thing as machine noise becoming a concern after the replacement.

Definitely a product
I used it with ninja1000's ChainConversion.
I contacted Manufacturer and they told me the model number.
I'm sure the durability will decrease with the 520, but the way I've used it a few times in the past, Life is long enough that it won't be an issue.
You can be sure that it's MADE IN SUNSTAR with high reliability.
