Installed on SEROW250
Installed on SEROW250.
When going to the forest road, I put on a tire with a high block and the down fender and the tire hit each other and were scraping each other, so I replaced the fender.
To reduce the area where the Fender is not exposed to wind as much as possible because of the air-cooled engine, we chose this model with a slit on the back side of the Fender.
At first, I thought about using the DT230 LANZA's Front Fender, but the slit processing mentioned above seemed too troublesome, which is also the reason why I chose this product.
Was the installation difficult?
The holes on the Fender side and the holes on the Spacer were already aligned with the mounting holes, so no additional Bolt holes were needed.
The headlight bracket foot clearance machining required for the DT230 LANZA diversion is necessary. Drill holes for phi&14 in the black part and use the OEM Grommet for installation.
Hose supporter of Front brake interferes, so additional work is required for Spacer and Fender, respectively.
Both are hard enough to be shaved by Cutter. Be careful not to cut them all at once to avoid injury.
Mounting Bolt replaced with M6×25mm Hexagon Bolt and Thick Seated Gold. may be a little short with OEM.
It took about two hours net to attach and remove the notches.
How was your experience with it?
The length of the Fender is shorter than the OEM, but we have not yet been able to go to the forest road and are unsure of the demerit of the shorter length.

It is inevitable because it is a Universal Product, but it would have been nice if the Fender was a little longer on the front side.

Fender, full of Wound, was replaced with this one.
The OEM Front Fender is over 10,000 yen, so I decided to go with the less expensive polisport Universal Product. The quality of the product is better than Large.
Surprisingly, it could be installed without any modification. 1cm spacer was inserted in the 4 screws to complete the installation.
SEROW Hook and Quantity to Fender extending from Headlight cover:I have 2pc's plugged in, but there seems to be some interference.
I did not process it because it was not a concern.
The front length is a little shorter, but the rear frame side is not a buttstock of the OEM, so it looks more like a parenthesis.

In MOTARDFender, best recommended
[How is it used?
Installation Type:D Tracker
Traveling:Touring, mountain passes
Replaced another company's MOTARDFender. Used for about 4 years after replacement.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It's just like the image. I've been using it for a few years now, and I'm very happy with it.
Was the installation difficult?
This product has holes drilled from the start, and its unique hole alignment system makes it easy to install, not only for the D Tracker but for a wide range of car models.
For mounting angle adjustment, a washer was used.
How was your experience with it?
The style is large and strange, and I've used about three social Fenders, but this is the one with the best parenthesis appearance.
The D Tracker has a large Radiator area, so I didn't feel much benefit from it, but I can easily see it becoming a Plus.
I also felt that it was cosmetically sound and would be easy to replace if damaged.

Point and hang of installation
When installing an external fender, it is recommended to use a stainless washer of size M8 and above to adjust the final installation position. This will allow you to adjust the installation angle to avoid slight interference with the frame.
When I introduced the external Fender, I was adjusting everything with Washer.
For the washer, it is easier to use Aron Alpha's instant adhesives to align the holes and temporarily attach the washer.

Consumables?
I don't remember how many years after I bought it, but I got rid of it after about 3 or 4 years of use. It might be revived with a good Chemical, but the gap under the Headlight also bothers me, and the reason is that the OEM Product seemed to be of better quality than anything else. Durability. I bought it to install on my WR250X, but I am not using it at the moment because it was different from Image when I installed it.

Expect a drop in water temperature
Because the 2 division Front Fender for wr250x that I used for a long time faded, I put another Fender this time of Poly sports, but the water temperature seems to rise whether it is the relation of the Slit position. (Checked with a retrofit water temperature gauge) I'm not sure what to do with it. So I replaced it with this MODEL where Slit is close to Radiator. Iwate is the time of year when I can not ride Motorcycle, and I have not tested it, but it seems to be effective. View detail
It's tighter
I use it on my DR-Z400sm.
It's cool just to install it, although the OEM shabbiness isn't bad either...
Not only does it look cool with a single body, but it also looks properly natural.
It's also a deep black color, not cheap at all.
Once it fell over from the Front and was firmly grounded, but it was only scraped off and did not crack or distort.
I think that the use of the attached Spacer was slightly confusing, but it was not the problem which did Large.

Everything fits.
POLISPORT has a lot of universal products, but I think they have a line up of products that are easy to match with any car.
It's also very cost effective, which is handy for the fragile Off-road exterior.

Cospa is good!
Mounting on CRF 250 M. NORMAL's Large Kana Fender searched for MOTARD-like Small things, Design was good, Poly sports's cheap Gold price Yubasal Front fender - Purchase SMLine.
In the attachment to the CRF, because it does not fit the mounting holes of de Fault, needs to be modified.
Also, in order to prevent the rear end of the Fender and the Down tube of the Frame from interfering with each other, processing of the mounting hole was trial and errored. Although it took quite a while with unfamiliar work, I managed to install it somehow.
I am satisfied with Silhouette which I refreshed very much compared with Normal fender.
However, the texture is suitable for the price, sometimes the material is so soft that it gets scratched with a slight contact.
(Well, there is no problem if you consider it to be lightweight)

The TRAIL car of the 90's feels the exterior unhealthy.

First I thought about color.
Originally, I was thinking of trying to make something Moss-green as safe Black.
I thought that it might be quick to paint the color, but after going through the pretreatment exactly, using Urethane or Primer, if you do not do it with a gossip just paint will peel even a little rubbing.
Already the Side cover has already been torn off due to falling during Maintenance, so drop the paint that was originally painted, make the ground and make it under the decal of Carbon Style Decal.
Well, Rear is not scraped a lot, as it is.

I tried thinking a lot.
Mask and Front fender.
First of all, Front mask was diverted and pretty fearlessly finished, but on the other hand, Front fender looks heavy.
Let's make it a bit shorter, then what about Fender for MOTARD?
I saw various people 's blogs and I got about the atmosphere, so I chose this.
It happened to be doing Sale, and there was stock and arrived the next day!
The actual thing is somewhat shorter and sharper than the OEM. Sure it's Stylish.
Weight is not measured, but it also contributes to weight saving with weight of about 70% of OEM.
Although the appearance is also not shaky, it is not matte black.
Impression that it is better than I thought.
Flap is attached to Front, and it seems that the wind is supposed to be able to escape when driving at high speed.
I do not skip it much, and I do not ride so fast, though.
Engine side has Slit and probably will reduce air resistance.
If you bounced mud, you can even feel the atmosphere that Engine seems to be dirtier than before ....

A thick Vinyl bag contains descriptive text and attached items such as Bolt, Screw, Spacer.
The explanatory note is a simple picture and English, I do not know something quite well, but somehow I understood when I saw the shape.

There are two things like Spacer, but since one piece does not fit clearly, pick one who fits and expand the hole according to the actual thing and make a process using Large & Small technique.

When delivering cars, I seemed uncouthful little by little manly (Owner in front is a woman) It is getting.

Satisfied with Cospa
I installed it in SUPER SHERPA.
It is for KX250, but its length is shorter than OEM, so it will not interfere.
Because we needed to extend Pitch of mounting holes slightly both vertically and horizontally, we made it.
Because it is lighter than OEM, handlebar judgment may be somewhat easier.
Since there is not a manual or anything, it may take time to install if there is no knowledge or technology that can be installed by looking at the actual thing, but the difficulty level is not high.
Design, Color, texture is satisfactory.

Cost performance OK

A little customization of the exterior
It is the same as that from DAYTONA, purchased here because there is no Green Light.
It was scheduled for delivery in mid March at the beginning of January, but it arrived in February. (Thank you for your prompt delivery.. )
Bekkashi became shorter than OEM, and lateral width became narrower so it became Slim. It was made to fit various kinds of cars, Bolt hole was Large grade and Bracket was attached, almost able to attach.
Those who want to make Fender Slim are recommended.
