Used for STREETFIGHTER 848
It is not dedicated to STREETFIGHTER848 but it seems to be installable so it was installed.
The purpose is two.

Because Seat High made Omm with 840 mm + Seat shape up 10 mm with Order Made
Footstuff tight.
Both feet ballerina state in a flat place, so that your toes are grounded even with one foot
Waiting for a long time signal is pretty painful.

It may be better to apply Grease resistant to high load to Pillow ball.
