Genuine Yamaha Piston (STD) for FZ6

This was the second part of the piston and rings rebuild for the FZ6. The piston was damaged on one cylinder so I also purchased a new set of rings for this too. The part was not hard to find and I used the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. This piston was really good value and better in price than my local Yamaha dealer could beat. I had a few parts for this rebuild to ship so got them all together. I used EMS and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. The piston arrived in it's own little Honda box and was in tact and as I expected. There is no burns no marks and is basically just ready for reassembly for the big job in hand. The fitting was not hard, it is the rest of the rebuild that was a pain to do. Got it done pretty easily and was happy with the return of good compression to that cylinder. Now the bike runs a lot better.
