I thought I'd be more comfortable riding around town...
[How is it used?
Street riding only
Was the one you received as per Image?
No different than the one in the picture.
Was the installation difficult?
If you have touched the Scooter drivetrain before, you will have no trouble at all.
However, a special tool is always required, so if this is a one-time replacement
We recommend that you do not do it yourself, but ask the Shop to do it for you.
How was your experience with it?
I don't know the pulley diameter since I haven't measured it, but I think it is the same as the OEM one.
On the Weight Roller side, the wall thicknesses of the outer and inner diameters are quite different.
The Weight Roller is moving LARGE widths! I thought
In fact, the wall thickness is so thick that it has to be carved deeply.
The wall thickness of the insertion point of the Pulley boss is also much thinner.
Overall, the Weight Roller movement seems to have changed.
Compared to the OEM, this product has a smoother angle when going to the outer edge of the Weight Roller.

The shape of the Ramp Plate was quite different.
Belt was also purchased new from OEM.
The conclusion after the replacement is that if it is downhill and over a considerable distance, it will go all the way up to the swing-out.
However, on flat roads, the OEM was faster and had the highest speed.
The Weight Roller may be a bit heavy.
If I lighten the weight, I might be able to gain a little more acceleration, but I don't feel like packing it in that tight.
I guess it is enough to think that I could play with this Gold amount.
By the way, as others have reviewed, I checked the OEM Pulley Weight Roller.
My Motorcycle is also a Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It was in RoseRose.
This product is not meant to be fast, but rather new OEM Parts are expensive.
I thought I would be lucky if I could feel a little quicker, so I thought I would use a cheap Other Brand Product to get by.
Incidentally, I checked with the Manufacturer and they said that Belt uses OEM.

We are diverting for Today to SPACY 100.

Mounting accuracy
There is no problem, I attached SPACY with non-processed ponto.
Both Roller's rolling surface and Sieve surface are beautiful.
Quality, texture
The appearance is beautiful.
However, since damage report of attached Slider was seen with Net, I made it to OEM Parts Number from the time of installation just in case.
Performance
Both start acceleration and intermediate acceleration are satisfied.
As for the Top, since Pulley outer diameter is Small, it may be a matter of seriously setting out Engine or other settings, but in NORMAL vehicles, I did not understand the difference.
durability
When we opened it after hundreds of kilometers of traveling, weight roller was out of three of six and slightly worn out.

As I evaluated it with Net, I thought it would be worth a try and purchased it.

Weight roller included is the same weight as OEM, but we are taking good balance of acceleration performance and top speed performance and start at high speed when heavy use is made at low speed. I feel that it is shifting and slipping in the middle speed range of 30 to 40, but after that, since the engine rotation once accelerates to about 65 after it falls into the low speed range, the Engine sound is also less and the Engine is impossible It changed obviously from the time of NORMAL.
However, not all the advantages.
In the case of a ride that uses a lot of medium and low speeds, Torque at medium speed will be lower than at NORMAL, so it may be unsuitable for those who use a lot of slopes or heavy from departure to 40. It will be Engine high rpm until 40, Clutch slipping time is also long.
After all it is both good and bad with Pulley exchange alone.

Dramatic change
When I start with NORMALS cooter, I think Pulley will be the part where everyone first hands their hands.
Although not comparing with other companies' things, Hyper pulley of this MFACTORY is Full set and Reasonable price, looks also Cool. (If installed it will not be visible from outside. )
Acceleration, the highest speed both change drastically, strange with Stages disappears, it becomes really comfortable.
