NM4-02 came with a voluminous appearance, an electronic toll collection system, and a grip heater. Its bold and block style front fairing was matched with its rearview.

The mechanical disc brake of the JX was changed to a hydraulic type. The blinker was changed into square and was made brighter.

It was turned into a motorcycle of a sporty taste by remodeling its tank and seat. Model JX was based on CB50, and had a mechanical type front disc brake.
