The newly designed 4-stroke water-cooled DOHC 1036cc 90-degrees V-twin engine offered the rider a powerful and comfortable ride. Its excellent acceleration feeling and the thick sound of the V-twin engine also comforted the rider. The piston focused on its rigidity and weight and was designed after being analyzed by the FEM (Finite Element Method). The radiator had a high cooling ability. With these pistons and radiator, the engine was made light, more powerful, and more maneuverable. The further advanced engine electronic control system offered powerful low-speed torque. The newly designed flywheel had a magnet with a better inertia mass to improve the maneuverability at low speed range. It offered the rider a comfortable and stress-free ride even when driven double or when driven long distance with lots of luggage.
