Ride quality changes.
It arrived about 3 months after purchase.
I thought I might not be able to see much of a difference because of the use for city driving and touring, but that was not the case at all.
With the OEM suspension we had been using, there was a tendency for the car to bounce when stepping on the gap, and for the body to swing back and forth a large amount when breaking and re-accelerating, but after the replacement, these problems disappeared and the ride became very firm and secure.
Motorcycle is over 20 years old, so the same may be felt with OEM suspension OH, but we are very satisfied with the high quality appearance of this product.

Improved ride and buttock pain!
Since my previous vehicle was an OHLINS, this time I purchased a NITRON, which I had long been curious about.
I'm a total amateur and adjusting for softness.
Touring about 300km after replacement with FrontNORMAL.
Adjustment was made because Front was also customized later.
The weight of the Rider equipment is approximately 58 kg.
I would have preferred R2 or R3 if I had to pay a little more, but I didn't like the look of the adjuster on the outside and the setting is a hassle, so I bought R1 which is simple. I'm not a bullshitter!

I chose Black for Spring, and the rest were Gun meta, which is an austere color. I think it suits my Black XSR700. Very cool.
Was the installation difficult?
When I received it, I had mysteriously attached a Center Stand, so I floated the Swing Arm to the position where the Nut was loose with the Pantograph jack, and BoltQuantity:Pulled out 2pcs and completed replacement.

How was your experience with it?
I bought it as is and rode it with the factory settings, not knowing the Order. I think it is enough as it is if you are very heavy or if you are not a circuit rider.
With the NORMAL suspension, my buttocks became sore after one hour, but after replacing the rear suspension, my buttocks do not get sore no matter how much I ride. The ride quality has improved and the stability in Curve has increased.
After installing NAG BURRITO on the front, I felt a bump in the rear, so I reduced the ambidextrous dumping of the NITRON a little and it calmed down.
I have not adjusted the Pre-road adjustment as it seems to be moderately stroked, but the adjustment process is tedious, so the Hydraulic Adjuster (Not selectable by webike?). is attractive.

I am an old rider. I had been skipping the replacement of the suspension and just doing grease up by replacing the needles on the LINK, but it was getting too noisy, so I decided to replace it to make sure the needles were in good condition. I have had experience installing external suspension systems such as X-Lins, Wight Power, and XSS, but I can assure you that it is the best. It is the best.
First of all - compared to the OEM, it is much lighter, sinks in firmly, improves footing, is supple, and has a great gap and tread.
I think the high speed Corner is good, but there is no comparison with Nylon. I have the Handlebar Up Type and it feels like I'm riding a NAKED. As others have commented in the review, it is better to try it first than to replace the exhaust system and reduce the weight. The ZX12R has a reputation for being difficult to drive, but it has become a normal Mega sports car.
Replacement will take about an hour, but if you are not careful, the vehicle may tip over, etc. Please be careful if you have no experience in rear suspension replacement.

The OEM suspension of the VTR1000F FIRESTORM was not to my liking no matter how much I adjusted both the compression and rebound sides, but this suspension has a very smooth and supple movement, and I can really feel the ground feel and high road-following ability. R1Series is considered to be the cheapest version, but for city driving and touring level, I think the performance is good enough to make up for it.
The disadvantage is that the rebound and compression sides cannot be adjusted separately. It is not suitable for those who want to set the suspension very strictly, since it only comes with a 1-way adjuster for both effects.
However, this Setting mechanism is Simple. This is very attractive for light users. It is a lot of fun to find the setting you like as you play with the Adjuster, which is easy to turn. What I personally really like is that the pre-road adjustment is very easy to do. Many suspension systems use a hook wrench to turn the adjuster, but I don't like to use that because it is very difficult to do. On the other hand, with this suspension, it is about twice as easy to adjust with the included special device as it is with the Hook wrench, so it is really easy to touch. I really appreciate it.
When you think of Suspension replacement, OHLINS may be the first thing that comes to mind, but VTR1000F FIRESTORM is the OEM Spring color of Color:Since it is yellow, it is hard to tell that it has been customized if it is OHLINS. Therefore, I personally like Spring in turquoise-blue, which is easily recognizable as NITRON at a glance.

Benefits can be gained even in city driving, but the range of adjustment
This is an imprementation used on a 1990 CBR400RR (NC29).
The NC29's OEM rear suspension is surprisingly good for a motorcycle that is over 30 years old and can handle most situations by adjusting the pre-road and rebound damping (mine was overhauled by a specialist), However, I still longed to try an external rear suspension at least once, so I decided to install a large-size suspension.
The difference between the OEM suspension and the NC29 is the ride height adjustment function, which is easy to understand. Even though I sometimes kneel when touring, the NC29 has an overall low center of gravity, and when the tension is increased, the Crank Case Cover is sometimes grounded.
When straddling, it is obvious that the suspension has been raised up and is now in a more aggressive position. The spring rate itself has increased by about 10%, but this was definitely felt.
When you start driving, you can feel that the suspension is not stiff and is more supple. As mentioned above, the OEM suspension is very good, so we do not feel such a drastic change, but it is not a problem since we were not dissatisfied with it in the first place. In the city, I tightened the damper slightly from the default setting in order to balance the hardened front fork.
When taken to a mountain pass, the 7mm extension has a positive effect, and the NC29, which is straightforward as it is, collapses more sharply and aggressively directs the tip of the nose toward the corner exit. It is very satisfying to get the characteristics as I wanted to make it more like a laser dimension since it is a Replica. Anyway, it feels great.
I have done camping touring in Hokkaido since I installed this suspension, and I used more pre-road than usual when I loaded a large luggage in the back. It never bottomed out and I was able to do long tours comfortably.
The oil has been used for more than 10,000 km and there is no particular trouble such as oil seepage. The oil has deteriorated a little and the damper seems to have become less effective, but there is still plenty of room to tighten up the oil, so it will continue to be used as is for the time being.
Finally, as a side note, NITRON's image color, turquoise blue, matches the 1990 NC29 and is the best parenthesis. The Rear suspension that peeks out from the rear of the car is a great statement.
It is not an inexpensive purchase, but even the lowest-priced Grade has a fairly wide adjustment range and can cover many Situations. I really think this is a good purchase. I am glad I bought it.

It's a wonderful suspension
Although evaluation of Suspension of MT-07 of the previous MODEL is not good, I also felt bad feel of impression like Ha Drill as bad as after switching to High grip tire.
Although there are various bad points, I just could not stand it, so I got in touch with the suspension exchange.
From the conclusion, MT-07 of the same MODEL should exchange Rear suspension before the Full Exhaust System.
Ride comfort is quite good, and the feel and ease of loading Tire is strange than anything. Pitch at acceleration also decreases, and useless movements are very few.
Also, you can fine-tune it by increasing the degree of freedom of adjustment of Pre-road. Furthermore, in this price range, it is possible to adjust the damping of the simultaneous adjustment of expansion and contraction which is rare, and the height adjustment of the car.
About car height adjustment I think that it can not be done up to the place to raise Gatsuri Rear, but I think that it is a practical range of adjustment for riding public roads.
